Sono stata con i miei amici dal 24-04 al 30-04-12. L' albergo è molto carino, pulito e confortevole. La stanza è spaziosa, il bagno è pulito ma sostituirei la vasca con la doccia. La sala da pranzo/colazione è carina e affaccia sul lago. La posizione è ottima per visitare la zona vicino al lago (molto romantica), la CN Tower, il Roger Centre; per visitare parte più centrale (Yonge Street) è preferibile prendere l'autobus o il tram ( che passano ogni 5').

L'hotel è tenuto bene e pulito, ma situato in piena Chinatown, sopra un centro commerciale che dà più l'idea di essere a Pechino piuttosto che a Toronto (anche il personale è tutto di origine cinese). Comunque le camere sono spaziose e pulite, è situato su Spadina Ave quindi in buona posizione per raggiungere CN Tower e porto a sud, e parco e università a nord. Il quartiere circostante non è granchè, ma non dà l'idea di essere insicuro. E' dotato anche di parcheggio sotterraneo condiviso col centro commerciale. Le camere sono spaziose e pulite.

leggermente fuori mano rispetto alla zona dei locali. di sera intorno c'è poco e niente. comunque pulito e ben tenuto.

Classico Hotel della catena. Camera grande, pulita, letto immenso. Frigo bar ben fornito. Unica pecca una strada, a poche centinaia di metri, dall'hotel piena di barboni e gente poco raccomandabile. Comunque posizione comoda per girare Toronto a piedi!

"Good place to spend the night before your flight"
Went down to the Savana Restaurant in the hotel, where a very nice, friendly, Polish bartender/waitress took very good care of us - food was good too.

Perfect for what we needed.
The hotel is directly in the path of planes taking off and landing. We were under the impression that we were to get a King size bed yet ended up with a Double. In some parts of the room the wallpaper was peeling away and there were a few spots of mold found in the bathroom. "Comments"
Perfect location. Hotel reservationist did a great job. The only disappointment was I asked for a hotel with microwave and refrigerator. When we got there, there was no microwave. I did not ask hotel staff, because I booked through Hotel.com.

Great price and close to airport, free shuttle to airport, and all around good clean hotel.
Stay was great but waited at the airport for over an hour waiting for the shuttle to come called 4 times said they didnt see us when we were there the whole time then when they showed up all they made was excuses not impressed

the room was very nice and the beds were comfy. but the hotel was a good 20min away from the actual airport. so i wouldn't call it an airport hotel, but at least they had a shuttle. the restaurant attached was absolutely horrible. the food tasted like it came out of a can and the service was horrible for the little amount of people in the restaurant […] at the time. unacceptable Continua a leggere

"Very dissapointed"
We have stayed at this hotel twice a year for the last 1o years, and were quite disgusted with our stay last week. The room was not clean, the curtains smelled, and were extremely wrinkly. The front desk was rude and not helpful. We will never stay here again, and would recommend you stay clear from this property.
"Stuffy and hot all night"
The only reason we were staying at the hotel was to sleep between our evening flight from California until our early morning flight to New York City. The heating and air in the room was stuck at one temp and it was a night of tossing and turning as if we were in the jungle with a bad fever. Other than that, it was fine. The front desk staff have a great sense of humour whether it was 3:20 a.m. when I caught my shuttle or when I arrived at 1:30 a.m. a week later. The really pleasant surprise was how great the coffee tasted.

"Second visit"
Have stayed here one other time when taking an early flight and found it very convenient having shuttle service and park'n'fly option. Reasonably priced also. A little bothersome having to move my car across the street the night before to a crowded extra car lot but what can you do. Would stay again.
This hotel did for our stay before our flight out early in the morning but our arranged wake up call was never received good thing we set our alarm and it worked.

Hotel - I was very very satisfied with the quality of the room. Shuttle - I waited some 45 minutes for your airport shuttle. Other hotel shuttle bus had time to drive by on4 or 5 times and drivers assured me that your shuttle bus would come but it did not come by. and finally I took a taxi at the cost of 40 dollar Canadian... at least that amount was […] reimburst by the the hotel. I was told once at the hotel that phones were available at the airport... unfortunately I did not see any. the next morning I was told the shuttle would be there at 8:40 but it arrived late. Restaurant - I had the buffet and I was told it was 10 dallars all you can eat. when I got my bill I foud out that the price if the coffee was not included and some 2.00 was added to the bill. I wiyld prefer being told the price of the buffet did not include the breverages or that it cost 12.00 dallars including one beversge. I do not like hidden costs or surprises in my bill. Great stay as always. Have stayed here multiple times and haven't had any complaints. Asked for queen beds but think we got doubles...but for one night, that's ok. Pool was great and the kids had a good time. Will stay here again in the future.

"comfy beds ,steak place next door"
We were surprised how nice the beds were, they need a bigger shuttle bus as we had to wait for the bus to come back to pick us up so we had to wait 40 mins or so . The main thing that ticked me off was I requested a wake up call, didn't get one and when I brought it up with the guy at the desk he didn't even acknowledge it . "Great hotel, TERRIBLE Shuttle"
did the stay and fly option, took the shuttle to the airport, driver was was....not a good driver, unfriendly and left another passengers baggage at the wrong terminal, luckily she noticed and he backed up to get it before it was too late, then on the way back we had to wait for a long time until a shuttle from another hotel filled its bus with passengers […] headed to this hotel..when we got to this hotel the shuttle and driver where just sitting there. just strange.. "Pre-flight stay"
Good to be able to leave the car for duration of vacation getaway. Additional charge per day for car over 7 days surprised us. Airport shuttle broken down both before & after vacation but hotel did make other arrangements. Onsite restaurant pricey. Good quality room & service. Would definitely stay here again.

Room and hotel was fine for cleanliness. Arrived on a delayed flight from holiday and called to get shuttle from airport.Was told shuttle would be there at 0700 a.m.at 0710 called back as no shuttle had arrived.Was told it was on its way,waited until 0730 and finally got there.Driver said he was never paged from the 0625 call.At the desk on checkin […] the clerk stated that the previous clerk had never called the shuttle.We waited over an hour for the shuttle which never was called.Will never use Best Western again.Poorest of customer service! "Telephone system"
Had to go to lobby and use an outside telephone to make a long distance call. After trying 3 times to make the system work , and a call to the front desk, I was advised to go to the lobby and make the call. Very antiquated system in my estimation.

This hotel is a reasonable choice for those nights before or after a flight out of Pearson. The airport shuttle was reliable. I liked the availability of a restaurant in the hotel and a Subway shop just outside the door.

"Poor Pick Up At Airport"
Four of us arrived at the Airport at 2:00am, I called the hotel repeatedly from 2:28 until our final arrival at the reception at 4:159(ish). Reception stall asked how many were in the party (4), driver came to the airport to another stop and picked up two (2) went back to hotel.
