Hotel in zona centrale vicino a numerosi mezzi e al cable car. A 15 min dal porto. Lo staff è molto cortese e disponibile. Colazione senza troppe pretese ma nel complesso soddisfaciente.

Hotel in ottima posizione a soli due passi da Union Square. Comodo il servizio al mattino del caffè e del the. Purtroppo sono molto piccole le camere se si vule alloggiare in quattro persone (due letti Queen). E' caro il garage (36$ a notte + tasse). Se ci si adatta un po' rimane comunque un buona scelta per veder San Francisco.

Front desk employees very friendly and helpful. Breakfast very good.
"More bang for your buck"
This hotel is located perfectly off of the freeway with easy access to gas and quick bites. The room was clean and newly updated with comfortable bedding. Breakfast was on par with other free continental breakfasts, recommend going for a waffle with the strawberry sauce. For the price and location you will be extremely satisfied, we will be back!

"Heritage Inn lives up to the name"
The Benicia Heritage Best Western was exactly what I had hoped to find for my short stay in Benicia. The staff was courteous, competant, thoughtful and quick. The location is freeway close, but not too close. The room was clean, comfortable and well appointed. The only thing I'd like to have seen was more water pressure in the shower. "Our Newest Home Away From Home"
We moved to Pasadena but still have friends in Sonoma and family in Pleasant Hill. Benecia is the perfect midway point, right on 780 with easy access to 680. The complimentary breakfast included eggs and sausage, a real plus compared to the usual fare one gets at La Quinta and similar chains. My wife and I ate at Sandoval's (Mexican) in Benecia, coffee […] at the Java Cafe, good main street for walking, and wonderful to return to such a comfortable room at the Best Western. "Heritage Inn in Benicia - great place to stay"
Stayed here while visiting family in Vallejo. The staff is over the top friendly and helpful - can't do enough for you. The rooms are large, nicely decorated and immaculate. Will definitely stay here again on future visits.

We enjoyed our stay! Darlene, at the front desk was kind, professional and informative. The bed was a little firm for me but otherwise a very comfortable stay!! We will be back for sure...

"Good value for the price"
We looked for a hotel that was in the Benicia area and were satisfied with the location. My only complaint with this hotel was the service that we received when we checked in. I think the woman who checked us in had to be new. She took too long in checking us in and then forgot to give me my credit card back. Then when I returned home, I realized that […] she had charged my credit card when I had already paid for the room in advance thru hotels.com. "Overall what I expected"
I stopped by Benicia overnight on my way from Sacramento to San Francisco, to break up the drive, just needed a place to sleep, not too fancy/expensive. Staff was friendly, room was clean and comfortable, included continental breakfast was standard fare. My only negative was that the hallways smelled a bit, like a stale smoking room (I'm not a smoker […] so I notice smells a lot). Utrolig serviceminded personale, meget tilgængelige og meget flinke. God morgenmads buffet. Internet der virker. Beliggenheden er langt væk fra SF centrum og ligger lige ved en motorvejsrampe.
