Ho soggiornato 2 notti e non ho avuto rimpianti sulla scelta. Oltre alla gradevolezza dell'ambiente interno, si è rivelato ottimo anche per la posizione essendo vicinissimo alla stazione e non molto lontano dal centro (circa 15' comodi a piedi)

Siamo stati in questo hotel una sola notte. L'accoglienza è stata gradevole, le camere come ci si aspetta da un 2/3 stelle. Abbiamo fatto colazione alla mattina (12 euro a persona per adulto, 6 per bambino sopra i 6 anni). L'hotel dista 10 minuti a piedi dal centro ed l rapporto qualità prezzo ce lo ha fatto scegliere, anche per il parcheggio che costa […] 10 euro a notte ed è dietro l'hotel. Wi-fi gratis. Unico problema vicino a stazione e strada principale per cui a volte troppo rumore. Consiglierei all'hotel di proporre anche una colazione a buffet (più ridotto) ma a prezzi più contenuti : 12 euro sia pur con ricco buffet è un prezzo elevato anche perchè non si abbuffarsi ecessivamente...oppure lasciare la possibilità di prendere qualcosa per il resto […] della giornata..per il resto tutto ok soprattutto posizione pulizia e camere. Bel posto carino e in zona centrale comodo e buono il ristorante attaccato ma meglio non prendere l'acqua da bere 0.75 l costa 5.90 la birra da 0.5 3.00 io il treno non l'ho sentito

Hotel silenzioso e tranquillo a 10 minuti a piedi dal centro. Utile la conoscenza dell'inglese. L'italiano è poco parlato. Camera da letto eccessivamente riscaldata. Comunque consigliatissimo. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo

Camera piccola ma pulita. Il centro si raggiunge in meno di 10 minuti a piedi o coi mezzi. Quartiere tranquillo. Staff gentile. Consiglio l'augustiner brau per una cena in allegria.

Vado spesso in Austria e lo trovo in generale un paese pulito,persino le toilette pubbliche sono pulite e profumate!Mi ha fatto molta meraviglia in questo hotel la poca pulizia:la moquette dell'ascensore era lercia ed è restata lercia per la durata del mio soggiorno e anche il bagno della camera non si puo' dire pulito,quando per terra ci sono i capelli […] di chi è passato prima.Altra cosa da dire,siccome io fumo una mattina ho prenotato per la sera a cena nella saletta per i fumatori.Quando sono arrivata non c'era un tavolo libero,così non ho potuto cenare e questo dopo una giornata passata fuori non è stato sicuramente un piacere dover uscire nuovamente.Mi rendo conto che parliamo di catene alberghiere dove non c'è l'occhio del padrone,ma un maggior controllo sull'operato dei dipendenti si puo' avere! In my opinion this hotel is a very well equipped one and the quality is up to 4 stars hotels in Austria! I'm glad I choose it and I shall recommend it to friends; however I do not feel right that the parking should be so expensive - € 12 pro night - and I wish this could be improved.

voglio puntualizzare che la posizione è buona ,ma la struttura è datata e non così a buon mercato ,in oltre il parcheggio l'ho trovato un tantino costoso,la colazione accettabile ma assolutamente nella norma di un tre stelle,in oltre non ho trovato i servizi che normalmente si trovano in un albergo di questa categoria,bollitore in stanza per dirne uno […] comunque il personale è cortese e abbastanza disponibile. We were worried about train noise being so close to the tracks and upon check in asked for a room away from the tracks only to be told of course that it would be extra charge. We were then assured that the windows were 'sound proof'... Apparently the staff have not spent a night in one of their rooms - it's ok during the day with other ambient noise […] around, the trains kind of blend into the background... But at night in the quiet - they sound like they are running over your head! Window not sound proof (or thin walls)! But honestly, I could have forgiven the train noise due to being close to the station - but in the end, train noise was not the biggest noise issue! We stayed on level 4 and had floating floorboards, as did we found out our upstairs neighbors... Whenever they moved anything across the floor, which they did regularly, we were blessed with an almighty screetch - early morning, and very late at night. Then there was the sound of a 500 meter high waterfall every time the upstairs neighbour, or either side neighbors had a shower... Not to mention all of noise from the foyer, you could hear everything - people entering and exiting their rooms, footsteps, people using the stairs, room service banging about!! It was awful. I've never experienced a room with such bad sound issues. It's a shame because other than sound, it was a lovely room. But avoid if you like a nice sleep. Continua a leggere

We stay for one night as part of return journey from Easter holiday. Staff were helpful and keen to help in any way. Sudly we have to leve early in the morning so did not have chance to have breakfast.

It's easy to find the hotel from Salzburg Bahnhof, and the congress and Mirabell Palace are nearby. But the price is a little high if comparing with other hotels, and floor cleanness is bad in the room, it can't be a 4-star hotel from it's overall condition.

Excellently sited hotel. Walking distancto staion and old town, Direct bus to Salzburg Airport and Arena. Very comfortable, will definately stay there next time we're in Salzburg.

great room, very clean and friendly staff. Has its own restaurant and serves a great breakfast. If you didn't book the room with breakfast it can get quite expensive ($15.00/person) and parking is pretty bad in the area. If you use the small parking lot the hotel keeps nearby, it will cost you another $14.00 per day. We got a very large room for the family. The maid was very friendly, as was the staff. We had to walk to another hotel to get our Salzburg card though. Other than that, it was a good place to stay for the value and location.

i have stay there 4 nights its close to trainstation but i am not able to sleep there becasue of noise from heating system and train station. hotel customer service is very bad hotel staff charges extra such as salzburg city which not explain when i book this trip. i am not recommened anyone this hotel because of customer service and noise .

Outstanding hotel. It was located in a nice part of town and I had access to public transportation. The restaurant had a good variety of foods for breakfast, and there was plenty of German food to eat, which I was looking for.

Only one issue, inside of kettle was fairly disgusting. Not huge drinkers of coffee/tea so didn't offend us too much.

The hotel itself was very flash and the reception staff were friendly and informative but the room was not cleaned well. We were left two cups, one was chipped and cracked. I left it out to be changed, the cleaner took it away, did not replace it and left the second one unwashed. The tea and coffee was never replaced or topped up. We paid a fairly high price for this hotel because we wanted to ensure comfort as it was the beginning of our trip. The staff was amazingly friendly and knowledgable. The room was spotless and the hotel felt very well maintained. It is unlike the Sheratons that I have stayed at around the US and in Canada, as obviously it was in Europe and the room […] was smaller. However, it was quite roomy comparred to other hotels that I have stayed at in Europe. The mattress was very comfortable and all the amenities were available. The valet parking was excellent as finding parking in Zurich can be quite challenging. It was a bit of a walk to the main shopping and restaurant districts but a very short walk to the water. It was very quiet and relaxing. There was free WIFI available in the lobby which was lovely. However, for some reason my iPhone could not connect to it, but my iPad could. They have computers free of charge but did not work very well! One would not allow me on Hotmail and the other took close to 2 minutes to load up an email(not exaggerating this time at all). If you have a wireless device, I highly recommend bringing it. We made the staff aware of the computer issues and they said that it has happened in the past and they would get in contact with the IT department immediately. Not enough room to put two suitcases , one had to be out above the cupboard, comfortable beds easy walk from train station and walk to the old town. Breakfast wasnt included in our rate , good breakfast across road at coffee to go. Convenient, one of cheaper hotels

Great hotel in convienient location, 5 minutes from main railway station and 15 minutes to the city center through beatiful Mirabel gardens. Excellent service, clean and large rooms. Good restaurant on the first floor.
