la notte trascorsa è stata positiva ma dopo aver chiesto di passarne altre 2 successive,mi è stato chiesto un prezzo 5 volte superiore .poca serietà aziendale.peccato perchè il prezzo pagato in offerta era ottimo ,ma quello proposto fuori mercato

Ottimo rapporto qualita' prezzo. A 3 minuti a piedi da bus e metro, si raggiunge il centro in 15minuti di passeggiata. Da un lato l' hotel confina con un parco. Ottima colazione a buffet. SPA ben tunuta e pulita, piscina abbastanza grande x nuotare.

L'albergo è interessante, la posizione buona. Unico difetto il costo della colazione presso il ristorante annesso: la qualità è raffinata, ma il prezzo troppo elevato

"Great hotel St Raphael in Hamburg"
This is a very good hotel, 5 minutes walk from the main station and another 3 to the main shopping area and another 8 to the Rathaus. The room was well proportioned, comfy with a nice bathroom. The beds were very comfy and the staff were happy to provide a firmer pillow - and a tea tray & kettle for hot drinks. Chocs or sweets on the pillows each night. "Good Hotel-Met Expecations"
Overall the hotel met our expecations. It took a few attempts to find the actual street. It is located on secondary frontage street which GPS had a challenge to determine. Check-in could have been a bit better. The older male clerk wasn't friendly. When we asked for room off the main street we were told this was the only non-smoking room available we […] though we make specific request for quite room when booking. Good news is we didn't see him for the remaining four days of our visit. Room quality was good. Location was good being only 3 blocks to main train station/U-bahn. Walk to train station isn't the best but hopefully will improve as area improves. We didn't feel unsafe thanks to streets being occupied. Continua a leggere

"Hotel St Raphael, Hamburg - convenient"
We appreciated that it was within walking distance of the main rail station. Close enough that we could wheel our luggage to and from our destinations. We also used the rail to get ourselves around Hamburg. The area was quiet and we had plenty of dinner choices. We would recommend the hotel to anyone touring Germany.

"cheap and cheerful"
This hotel is in a good spot and although the rooms are small i guess its what you get for a normal price near the centre.

I was more than satisfied with the hotel. The room was small, but well appointed and it served my needs as a lone traveler. The breakfast left nothing to be desired with a great selection of foods one would hope to find. I would gladly stay at this hotel again on a future visit to Hamburg.

What a very nice hotel. Clean, modern, beautiful rooms. Internet was good and reliable. The pay per view movies had very good choices and could be viewed in English, a rarity in Germany. The breakfast is very good and the dining room very nice. Close to Hauptbahnhof and close to the Center City sights.

"Best Western Hotel St. Raphael - Good value"
The hotel was located near the main train station but a about a Kilometer from the main tourist area. The room was normal for a tourist hotel and had a modular type bath. The room had comfort control and was warm and comfy. It had a stocked refrigerator and there were at least three outlets for pluging in chargers, laptops, etc. The room had a free […] internet connection which is high on my list of amentities. The only issue was the desk and TV. The TV was solid mounted to the wall and you could not see it due to extreme angle when sitting at the desk.. Since I was not too interested in the TV anyway it was not much of problem for me. The desk was very small and tight to the bed. Otherwise it was a good value in a fairly good location. "Great for the money & location to the train station"
Not as close to the train station as others. Walk to hotel the neighborhood is not the best but never afraid. Hotel was great for the price.
"impressing"
Our room was in a very good condition, comfortable bed, and a nice small room as closet and a bar , a big and clean bathroom.. happy and nice atmosphere at the restaurant and the bar of the hotel. in addition it was close to the center and the main station.

"ligging"
Hotel ligt heel gunstig t.o.v. het centrum. Het is lopend te doen. Gevoel van veiligheid is oké . Zal volgende keer weer bij dit hotel boeken. De kamer is wel schoon en goed maar klein.

Hatte aufgrund der guten Bewertungen mehr erwartet. Ausstattung und Komfort sind unterdurchschnittlich.

Hotellet ligger meget centralt, og det tager kun 5 minutter at gå ned til de store shoppinggader. Inden afrejse havde vi set anmeldelser, som nævnte, at man tydeligt kunne togene i undergrunden - alligevel blev vi overrasket over at det var SÅ tydeligt. Men når det så er sagt, så var det faktisk ikke så slemt, og bortset fra togene var der overhovedet […] ingen anden larm. Så vi vil bestemt overveje dette hotel igen. Dejlig stor morgenmadsbuffet. . Det var vor oplevelse, at der ikke blev fyldt op i buffeten efter kl 9 og præcis kl 10. blev den inddraget, selv om man fortsat sad som gæst

Meget centralt beliggende hotel. Gå afstand til indre by. Udsøgt morgenbuffet i hotellets restaurant, som i øvrigt også har et lækkert aftenmenu. Venlig og serviceminded personale. Ellers anbefales Restaurant Teheran lige i nærheden med pragtfuldt persisk mad! Et dejligt hotel hele året. Har eftehånden brugt hotellet gentagne gange! Nem parkering (betaling) […] i gården. "Prima"
Prima hotel voor weekendje Hamburg. Centrum dichtbij en je kunt uitstekend parkeren op de besloten parkeerplaats achter het hotel.
"Hotel St. Raphael - meget centralt"
Hotellet ligger i gåafstand til hovedbanegården - nemt og bekvemt. Værelsesstandarden er god, rengøringen i top og personalet er venlige og imødekommende. Der bemærkes lidt rumlen fra undergrundsbanen. Meget god og velsmagende continentalmorgenmad med alt hvad hjertet begærer.

Zentrale Lage, wir hatten dann alles zu Fuß besichtigt. Bis zu den Landungsstegs etwas weit aber durchaus machbar und auf dem Weg dahin kann man gleich noch viele andere Dinge mit besichtigen Zimmer war super, nicht zu klein und nicht zu groß mit allem was man braucht, Lärm war keiner vorhanden, die Türen sind etwas hellhörig. "Lækker og funktionelt i Hamburg"
Tysk kvalitet over hele linien - ikke en finger at sætte. Stort og luksoriøst værelse. Sætter pris på den lukkede parkeringsplads og at der er kaffekoger på værelset.
Super morgen complet, pænt og rent på hotellet, roligt og venligt personale, værelserne kan desværre have meget forskelligt standard. Bestiller altid stort comfort værelse, men generelt super tilfreds.

Hotellet ok, men det er utilfredsstillende, at det ikke tydeligt fremgår, hvad der ikke er inkluderet i værelsesprisen, men der opkræves ekstra for.
"Die U-Bahn ist selbst im dritten Stock hörbar"
Insgesamt ist das Raphael ein angenehmes, sauberes Haus mit freundlichem Personal und gutem Essen. Leider ist das Geräusch der unter dem Hotel verlaufenden U-Bahn bis in den dritten Stock hörbar. Ich habe mich zwar daran gewöhnt, aber ruhig ist einfach anders.

Aftenmenuen i restauranen var ikke voldsom interessant, men maden var ok.
Sehr positiv aufgefallen sind die zwei Servicedamen beim Frühstück...sehr freundlich!!

Metro-trafikken under hotel støjede meget op gennem bygningen også i natten.

Das Frühstück war super, aber aufpassen, ist nicht im Preis enthalten, wird noch separat verrechnet. Isolation der Zimmer sehr schlecht; falls eine Familie daneben haust, kennt man sofort die Namen der Kinder und hat einen automatischen Weckdienst.
"meget lille værelse"
Værelset var velholdt - rent -senge ok- men vi fik et meget lille værelse. man kan ikke gå to voksne forbi hinanden ved siden af sengen. (vi er ikke overvægtige nogen af os) så når man opholdt sig på værelset var man tvunget til at være i sengen- der er på hotellet støj fra undergrund og værelset ryster hver gang et tog kører under hotellet- Men det […] kan man vænne sig til. parkering koster ekstra 8 euro/døgn morgenmad som er OK koster 14 euro pr. person. Når det lægges til værelses prisen er der ikke tale om et billigt ophold, Men det er tæt på bycentrum og det har sine fordele. Continua a leggere

Tæt på alt - godt hotel, super service Dog burde morgenmad som er super være incl. 14 € pr. person pr. dag er lige i overkanten. Til gengæld var buffeten om aftenen uovertruffen til 18€ pr. person Kan anbefales
"Centralt, god service, generelt fint hotel"
Hotellet ligger 15 min gang fra hovedbanegården, tæt på museer, havnen og strøget. Man skal lige huske at der IKKE er morgenmad inkluderet i prisen og der er noget "larm" i bygnignen fra uBahnen der løber under jorden der, men dejlig morgenmad og fin service der, personalet er meget behjælpelige. Ring evt til dem for at booke en parkeringsplads, der […] er ikke mange og parkeringen er ikke god i området da parkometeret kun kan tage 2 timer af gangen :/ Anbefales kan det bestemt, vi nød det meget men vil nok gerne være foruden undergrunds larmen ved næste besøg i byen Continua a leggere
