"Bed bugs beware!"
In the morning I was rudely awaken by a bed bug it was bright red. Called the front desk he quickly arrived stating it was not one picked up and left. We grabbed our belongings as fast as we could went down stairs to file a complaint. He said he took a look at the bug it was not a bed bug besides you can't see bed bugs! I looked up online and told him […] that you can see bed bugs when the become adults! He said he was 99.9% sure that it was not a bed bug, although he has never seen one before. Hmm... I have never been in this stituaton, I have stayed at Hotels in puerto Rico, Mexico and all over the US. This my first experience at a best western and it will definitely be my last! "Awesome location, great staff"
This hotel is the best hotel I have stayed at in Longview for work purposes. It has 3 restaurants in the parking lot, so no need to drive around looking for somewhere to go. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful and even remembered my name after just one stay. The rooms are a great size and very clean.
