"Terrible Location - Poor Customer Service"
Hotel is located in worst part of town. Had to wash buggers of of shower wall and remove criciets from tub before use. No hot water in evening for my wife's bath. Breakfast bar area has 4 tables in a very small, compact area which is not sufficient for number of hotel rooms. Used that service only on first morning. Was continually bumped while trying […] to eat by other patrons struggled to get breakfast. No maid service the first day. No wired internet in room as advertised. Only unsecured wifi which was slow and could not access for business security reasons. Poor front counter customer service.
