Friont desk person Crystal was very nice. Our rooms were ok nice place to spend the night. Walking diatance to restaurant was very nice. I would definatley stay here again.

The staff is friendly and informative, the rooms are very clean and the beds are extremely comfortable.

Hard to believe that this motel had terrible smoke filled rooms. Breakfast facilities were so small that it was unappetizing so we left. Difficult to get around in the room. Motel is in need of upgrade.

The room was large and comfortable, although the A/C was loud. The area outside the room was filthy:: stained and spills on stairway, littered with cigarette butts, paper, etc. A loud group of guys partied all night just a few doors down. "Just passing through..."
The purpose of my trip was to get from Central Washington to south Texas as quickly as possible, so all I needed from this hotel was a clean bed for about 8 hours of rest. That's about all I got for the budget rate I paid. I stayed in the same hotel on the return trip two days later.

"Older but better"
An older hotel that has been upgraded. Nice room, not huge, but comfortable. Beds were very comfortable! Breakfast was ok, nothing exciting but enough so we didn't have to buy any. Close to downtown where all the cheesy action is. I'd stay there again.

"Terrible stay"
VERY NOISY! Could not get any sleep at all in this hotel, walls were paper thin, beds were uncomfortable, strange sounds of machinery clicking on and off woke me every 30min. Terrible stay! I would never recommend this hotel to another guest!

The room was all right, just old and felt not too clean. Really old television and the wireless internet did not work. It wasn't terrible, but I don't think I'll stay there again.

"Best Western - Not bad/Room for improvement"
Well the location was convenient and easy to locate. The room was well kept, however, with a slight sent of urine which came from the A/C unit...gotta knock the rating down for that. Aside from the small odor and the damp feeling of the room, I found the hotel quaint and rather modern in the bathroom and kitchenette area. Wireless internet was down […] while I was there, but for $10 deposit you can recieve the wires for lan access if you do not have any (money returned upon return of cable). The bed was comfortable and the continental breakfast was satisfactory. It's not a 5star, but it was comfotable and for a one-night stay it was worth it. Continua a leggere
"Cheap and cheerful"
This was a good a hotel for the small price we paid. Our first room had a leak in the ceiling which seemed to be a burst pipe from the room above, the room smelt bad and so we requested a room change. "Scary!"
Stayed there twice in a week. 1st room was clean and everything was fine. 2nd time, the 1st room they gave us smelled. Changed rooms and woke up in the night w/insects crawling on my face! Hotel staff was very understanding and gave me a full refund.

We had reserved this hotel for a single night driving to a destination that would take 2 days...This was a nice little hotel - clean - some upgrades. We were very happy and would stay here again.

"convenient location"
The location in Roswell was good. The only problem we had was a lack of parking. However, the girl working the desk was fantastic. She moved her own car and gave us her parking space in the hotel's lot.

"Best Western - Roswell"
Our stay at this hotel exceeded my expectations. The hotel was nice, it even has granite tile in the bathrooms and the mattress was new, very clean. The staff were all very friendly and the hotel was in a convenient location. Overall we would stay at this hotel again and will suggest it to other travelers!

Very convenient hotel with lots of room. Easy check in and friendly employees. Breakfast room was small and not a great selection. Otherwise a great experience.

Dieses Hotel ist für 1 Nacht Ok. Nichts besonderes .......Sauber die Betten Ok.Alles was man braucht in der Umgebung.
