"Not much too look at outside beautiful inside"
The rooms are very nice they look as though they have just been remodeled. It is not much to look at on the outside but the rooms are very clean and very nice. FYI this is a motel with outside doors not a hotel.

We stay in Branson a couple times a year. We usually never stay in the same place twice. We like to stay in nice places but do not look to spend a lot. This hotel was very comfortable for the money. The beds were nice, the bathroom sink and tub were above average, and the room was fairly roomy. We have two young children so the pool was a draw. It is […] 3 ft all the way across so they could swim by themselves and touch. It was indoor and headed. They give you free breakfast and it was a mix of muffins and hot food like biscuits and gravy. "Great place to stay at a great value"
The hotel was very close to the train station and was a great place for our family of 4 to spend the weekend. The indoor pool was a lot of fun for the boys, everything was very clean and the morning breakfast was great!

Overall we were pleased with our hotel stay, however on Friday night when we returned to our room after shopping and dinner, we were locked o ut of the room. Not because the key wouldnt work but the lock on the door refused to work. We had to wait for well over an hour in the lobby for anyone to help. There was no maintenance worker available and so […] they had to call the manager from home to come to the hotel to retrieve keys from the safe to open the door. "Just Okay"
Maybe it was just the room we got..but I smelled funny. Room wasn't dirty but there were stains on the ceiling and not sure that the floor in the bathroom had ever been mopped. I've definently had to stay in worse but wasn't the cleanest either.

"clean hotel but has street noise"
The hotel itself was very clean, good location, but if your room is on the street side the traffic noise is a real problem. If you plan on staying here, ask for a room on the other side.

"Pet Friendly Stay"
We planned to stay only 2 nights but ended up staying 3 and were very impressed with the staff at the front desk. Mikki and Sandy were wonderful! Pet Friendly hotels do a wonderful thing for us pet owners who love to travel with our pets.
"Great staff, great location"
Hotel is close to the water front, within walking distance of the landing. Staff was very kind. The breakfast was excellent - free breakfast included biscuits and gravy, sausage, scrambled eggs, fruit, bagels, muffins, bottled water, etc. We will definitely stay here again.

"Great location, friendly staff, nice rooms"
We stayed here for two nights with a dog. The rooms were very nice and fairly comfortable, I thought the pillows were too full for my taste, but other than that, very comfortable. Nice breakfast, free wifi. I liked the location, within walking distance of Branson landing and historic downtown. The pool is great for small children, only 3 feet deep. […] I would've liked a hot tub next to the pool, but there was one located outside. I liked that the hotel doors opened to the outside, as we were traveling with a dog and the weather was beautiful. "Best Western @ the Landing/Branson"
The Hotel was fine. Nicely furnished and clean Rooms were quite small for more than a night or 2. Beds were very comfortable. We were on the back side of the hotel and it was quiet. Parking was plentiful and convenient. Breakfast was not outstanding, but adequate. Location was good; near shopping and dining. Personnel pleasant and helpful.

This Hotel was close to all the old downtown shopping and the lovely Landing. Room was clean and beds comfortable. Breakfast was very nice,with more hot food choices than most. Our room faced the street, so road noises kept me awake most of the night. The hot tub was out side and very small.
This is an exceptional Hotel to stay at for the price, I have stayed at other Hotels that cost twice as much and the service nor the conditions weren't as good as this Place. So Pleased with this Hotel that we will be back again in the near future. All thumbs up !!!!

hotel was nice staff was terrible. front desk was unfriendly. they gave us the wrong internet codes. house keeping woke me up around 8am wanting to clean my room. i was on a business trip and worked very late the night before completely unacceptable. when i told the front desk they didnt seem to care. ive stayed at a lot of best westerns and the service […] at this one is by far the worst. "Convenience"
We have stayed here a number of times now. The staff are great, the room is good and, for us, the location is perfect. We like to be able to walk to downtown Branson and to the Landing at night, have dinner, shop, etc. This hotel is reasonable and nice and perfect for our needs when we are in Branson. "Best front desk crew in Branson"
The girls at check in were very friendly and informative (she even gave us her own new pack of gum). This is the best place I have stayed in a long time and the rates were very reasonable. We were kinda late checking out and they were very understanding and friendly about it. This Hotel ROCKS!!!!
"Great Place if can't afford to stay at the HILTON"
I was so pleased with this hotel. The friendliness of the staff was refreshing and the hotel breakfast was great. The walk to the Landing was perfect and easy and so much better than dealing with the traffic of Branson. I would stay here again in a heart beat. A decent hotel; value for money. Decent location; close to attractions yet away and quiet. "I was happily surprised"
This is a great place to stay, perfect location, close to the landing and blue route so easy to get to without fighting the traffic. The free breakfast was not very good but really overall loved the hotel.
"Recommendation"
The best part was the full hot breakfast, included. It was also great to have a small refrigerator and a microwave in the room. The only disappointment was the very limited counter space around the sink.

We chose this hotel due to location and price. Although the rooms have recently been updated, they are very small. Wtih rooms on the front of the hotel (on 76 HWY), there is LOUD traffic noise. We went to Branson to see a band at the Landing and then hang out at the piano bar. It was very close and accessible to what we needed without being expensive. I was very pleased with this hotel. Convenient to every thing you would want. Nice rooms, good breakfast, nice pool area. All the staff was very pleasant and the cleaning staff ladies were very very nice. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to stay in Branson, MO.

I could tell furniture was new and the lobby and the staff were wonderful, very helpful. I had reserved the room online, I don't think it asked Smoking or NON. Our room was a smoking room, we needed a non-smoking. The air was off, our room was very hot. We arrived around 10:30pm it stayed hot until around 1:30-2am. Our stay was great. The beds were very comfortable, breakfast was great and whatever we needed the front desk ladies were very nice to accomodate. Was dissappointed that it was no over looking Branson Landing as it describes.

"The Best Western Motel in Branson - a perfect spot"
We couldn't figure out why this motel is rated as a "2 star," because we loved it and would plan to stay there agaiin if and when we visit Branson in the future. The accessibility to our room due to the elevation and split levels sometimes was a little tricky, but on the other hand, even though our room was adjacent to some apartments, it was in a somewhat […] isolated location which was what we preferred, since traffic with people congregating was minimal. The room was very comfortable. The location of the motel was also ideal, since it was on the main street leading both east, where we liked going either to the downtown or the mall by the river, or west where we enjoyed going to the other attractions, again by staying on the main street. "Great location, Free good breakfast, 24 hr pool"
The rooms were very clean. The hotel itself was in a convenient location. We walked to Branson Landing and the downtown area. The breakfast was good because it was FREE and it was actually good. The pool stayed open 24 hours so we were able to take our daughter swimming later at night after we got back from different shows. We wanted a room that included […] a coffee maker, a refrigerator, and microwave and those were included with the room.
