Hotel carino, pulito ma un po' distante dal centro quindi e' necessaria la macchina. l' uscita dell'autostrada e' a due passi e se vuoi fare shopping o mangiare(qualsiasi cosa) a poche centinaia di metri c'e' SEARS(centro commerciale). Per chi viaggia con l'auto e' l' ideale .... La zona dove e' situato l'hotel e' molto tranquilla e non trafficata, inoltre l'hotel ha il suo parcheggio .. Per noi e' stato Ottimo

Posizione eccezionale, servizio scadente ma buona pulizia delle camere. Colazione striminzita...niente di eccezionale ma buon rapporto qualità prezzo...per qualche giorno a Toronto può andare bene.

L'HOTEL TUTTO SOMMATO E' BUONO, PECCATO CHE PER IL CENTRO CI VUOLE1ORA CIRCA. BISOGNA PRENDERE IL 37, PER IL RITONO 37 A, ALTRIMENTI NON ARRIVERETE MAI IN ALBERGO DAVANTI AL WOODBINE(IPPODROMO) DALL' ALTRO LATO DELLA STRADA. IL BIGLIETTO COSTA CIRCA 3$ ED E' VALIDO TUTTA LA GIORNATA PER BUS E METRO TTC. COLAZIONE FORMATA DA SOLO PANE, MARMELLATA, UOVA SODE O MACEDONIA, CAFFE', THE', SUCCO DI FRUTTA. CHI E' ESIGIENTE SI DEVE ADEGUARE.

"Great Hotel. A bit of a walk from Bay Street"
I love boutique hotels, and this was no exception. Great rooms, beautiful lobby. Four or Five blocks from core Bay Street offices, so if the weather isn't great, it's not that pleasant. Also they are demolishing a building next door so a bit of an annoyance.

excellent location near Theatre District and downtown generally. Warm welcome at the outset and prompt friendly service throughout visit. Room large and well appointed. Late night cocktail in very attractive setting. Will definitely return

My favorite hotel in Toronto, feels 5 star
"Never wanted to leave my room."
Best room ever. 703. I came into the hotel room beat and tired after a long few days of work and was instantly invigorated by the waterfall shower and extra comfy bed. Breakfast in the morning was pretty good, would have liked a bit more options. All in all this was the best experience I've had to date in any hotel.

We stayed at Le Germain on New Year's eve and had an great stay. The location was excellent as we visited the art gallery during the day, then went to the Bell Lightbox for a movie and then walked to Nathan Philips Square. The room was a bit on the dark side due to very subdued colours of the walls and rugs but we were able to see the CN tower and the […] night lights of To. The best thing was the breakfast which was included with our stay. It was outstanding in terms of variety and quality. Another best thing was the quality of the staff. All were helpful and courteous at all times. We did not realize that parking was also included in the cost of the room so we did not bring our car. Perhaps this could be made clearer on the website. "Toronto Le Germain hotel"
We were very disappointed by the fact that our room was too hot and we had no way to control the temperature. Staff told us that the air conditioning was turned off in the hotel for the season. This resulted in a very poor sleep for us. Not being able to control room temperature is unacceptable for a hotel this expensive!!

One of the few hotels in the ED that is luxurious without being precious or pretentious. Everything about the service and decor is understated but well done, and there is a pleasant lack of hipster disdain among the helpful and well trained staff. The bathrooms are excellent, the linens and bedding are very good, and the restaurant is good enough. Do […] not be alarmed by the nightclub across the street, as the rooms are very soundproofed. "great staff"
Great staff. Reasonable charges for local calls, room service, etc. Only complaint is the air conditioning system in the room. There were only two settings during heatwave: either draughty or too warm.

We were really impressed by the service at this stylish boutique hotel. Highly recommended.

"So-So experience at Le Germaine"
The hotel itself has a modern feel to it, which I loved. The rooms were fairly spacious, although the hallway leading to the bedroom area was pretty narrow. So, if two people were trying to get ready in that part of the room, it made for a crowded situation. The outlets near the bathroom sink didn't work when we got there, and the heat was not working […] properly, either. I had to tell the front desk twice about the outlets in the bathroom.
