Avevo la necessità di stampare i biglietti per l'universal studios e disneyland ma il business center non funzionava , la recepetion ha provveduto a stamparli girandogli la mail.

I think what made our hotel stay special was the service and the little amenities they provide. The staff was very friendly and accommodating all throughout. The breakfast they provided was extensive and good, and the little touches they add on like the lemon or cucumber water in the lobby or the afternoon cookies were a treat. I think this hotel is by far the best place I've ever stayed at! I loved the surrounding area, the room had a stove, refrig, microwave, free breakfast, doors that close off the living rm from the bedroom. It was like a home away from home. Pluses: -This hotel is located away from the freeway, so there was no freeway noise -Felt extremely safe. -Breakfast was better than expected -- made to order eggs, hashbrowns, canadian bacon, bages, cereal, etc. -Newer hotel, so everything was clean […] and works well, no funky smells. No negatives, but be aware that is hotel is in the middle of residential area, so you would pick this hotel if you had a reason to be in the surrounding areas. There's a strip mall in front of it. The staff was very, very nice and polite. However this hotel seems very well suited for the business traveler due to the accommodations of the room/hotel. Needed place to stay while there on business. VERY comfortable and quiet! Plus the fridge and microwave was nice for quick bite of lunch and relax while on break. "Great hotel - hidden gem"
We were looking for a place to stay after a day trip for a reasonable price. The place was very clean and very comfortable. We took ourselves twice to the swimming pool to relax. I think this was the highlight of that trip. Like I said, a true hidden gem in Orange County. If I even get a chance to stay, I'd do it again.Recensioni obiettive Hotels.com

"Nice Place"
We enjoyed our stay very much. The only complaint we had was that the air conditioning is controlled byb a thermostat on the wall in a place tht is hard to see. The front desk person did not know how to make the air conditioner work so we spent one very warm night there until the maintenance guy came up and showed us where it was. this is one of the nicest hotels that I have every stayed at. I love the set-up they have where the beautiful flat screen TC acts like a computer!! In addition, the bed was so comfortable. They also had a wonderful HOT breakfast where you could make your own egg mcmuffin. This was very convenient for me as I was attending a medical conference nearby […] at Mission Hospital @ 8:00 AM. This was a last minute selection for a business trip to Irvine and it worked out great. It was easy to find and close to my destination. "Suprisingly Great!"
We showed up thinking it would be a bit of a hole, the breakfast blew me away. Waffles, eggs, bacon/sausage, cereal, bagels, toast, yogurt, fruit, cakes/donuts, it was definitely not expected, especially for the cost. The rooms were nice, very large fridges and the tv/computer setup was amazing. Has games preloaded on it that you can play online, internet […] speeds here were faster then any hotel I've ever been at, you can use Netflix or any other online services. The neighborhood is nice and clean and not too far away from the freeway. Took us about 30mins to get to the beach, and there is mall/shopping just minutes away.
