I would stay at this location again, near farmers market and resturants, shuttle service everywhere I need to go.

everthing was perfect and safe. only had one issue when i got to my room i had no T.P. other that all good.

The staff was not very friendly, they had attitudes, the room didn't have enough towels. If I go back I will spend the extra money to go else where

The only problem I had was the air conditioner didn 't cool my room very well.

Loved the hotel ,and workers was especially helpful.the worker there was so helpful.room was comfortable and clean.

I found this motel very easy to find and close to the airport,, it was clean and the people very friendly,, I would definately stay there again,, if in the area and needed a room!!

Friendly staff...convenient off street parking...brisk walk into the resteraunt area by the river.

The hotel had a great price, staff was friendly, and the free shuttle service was perfect!! I was a little disappointed with no in-room fridge, but other than that, I had a great stay. I was close to everywhere I needed to be and I didn't spend a ton of money. Loved it!

Our shower curtain had mold on it... seriously... don't stay here if you care about room cleanliness. Also, breakfast is mediocre at best.

First the positives: it was inexpensive and clean. That's not really good enough for a chain hotel though. The television in my room was broken. When I called down to the front desk to have it fixed, I discovered the phone was broken too. They could not fix my TV; they did not offer another room (in fairness, since it was already late I didn't ask […] either). The hotel is in a bad area, but it's close to downtown. If you don't plan to be on foot at night, the location is excellent. If, however, you hoped that the downtown location would allow you to walk to a decent dinner, you're going to be disappointed. I paid for an extra night and the morning staff did not communicate with each to let the other person know that I had paid for an extra day. My key did not work either when I tried to park the next day. So it was alittle annoying being asked about staying another day when I followed the instruction of the young men on the previous shift after I paid […] for the an extra day. It was close to our workshop; walking distance even and the folks at the front desk were super helpful with a courtsey shuttle service to the workshop. The workshop was on Internet marketing techniques and we really needed the Internet to do our assigned task at night, but after the first night there both the Lan and the Wifi service broke down with […] no tech support. We hussled and got our work done but it meant going elsewhere to do what we had planned on doing in the comfort of our room . Which really was not that comfortable... the air conditioner was missing its air register(baffles) and it had a musty smell, the frig barely worked. My wife left a feather on the floor by the bed to see if the carpets were being vacuumed and it remained there the whole time. It wasn't horrible, the staff were very friendly, the elevators were fast, the parking garage was handy, and the TVs were just upgraded (so were the door locks which meant we had trouble getting a couple of times). The bed and pillows were clean and the rooms tidy. All in all if it had not been for all the negative things that added up, it would have been a pleasant stay. Continua a leggere

Beautiful Inn . Staff very friendly. Large , very comfortable ,clean room. Breakfast was great. We loved it. Wish we could have stayed longer. We will book LaQuinta in Little Rock on any trips we will take. in the furture.

Very friendly, accomodating and professional staff. Catered to customers needs. Especially liked the free shuttle service to downtown and airport etc. Had some problems with the phones and TV, but they were working on changing the whole hotel with new TV's and phones. We got a new TV on the last day of our stay.

We were pleased to find the LaQuinta hotel to be so near the state capitol with free garage parking available right behind the hotel. The front desk staff were VERY helpful even offering up free shuttle service to the Riverfront where there were restaurants for dinner. The rooms had very thin walls and the sound of sirens and other hotel noises kept […] several of us awake most of the evening. The bathroom's popcorn ceiling was falling down and the caulking around the tub was in disrepair. For one night this hotel was fine, but we will not return here again. Continua a leggere

The staff at the hotel were GREAT! However, the door locks were defective and I had to have staff come help me get in my room several times before they ended up moving me to a room where the locks actually worked. The parking garage is a little scary, considering I saw several "non-guests" wandering around in the dead end alley that separates the garage […] from the hotel. I was there alone on business and was a little concerned for my safety. The beds were great and I slept very well. Breakfast was good and fresh. The ENTIRE staff at the downtown LaQuinta was exceptional!! I facilitate customer service training as part of my job and I must say the staff here was stellar! The hotel was very nice and clean. The courtesy shuttles back and forth to the hotel where my convention was were very timely and accommodating.

The location, price and amenities were on-point. But it seemed to me that the more nights I stayed there, the lower the standards kept dropping. If I would have left on my 3rd day my review would have been higher.

One of the worst hotel stays I have ever had. We had to wait 2 1/2 hours after check-in time to get our room because it was not yet cleaned. When we got into our room it was filthy. There were spiders in the closet, stains on the bed and the intake vent for the air conditioner looked like it had never been cleaned before. On the second day of our stay […] the maid took all of our towels and did not leave replacements. We called for more towels and eventially had to go down to the front desk to get them ourselves. I could go on, but you get the idea. I would strongly recommend that you do not pick this hotel for your stay in Little Rock. Continua a leggere

This is incredable you complane to these people that you have not gotten any towels in your room for 2 days and your bed has not been done and they just look at you. I was tolled the second night that the towels were in the wash.The third night we went back there was no towels and the beds were not done again. the location was great because we could walk to restaurants and to the park after we got settled in. Need a map to show locations of restaurants and points of interest. I liked that there wasn't any noise from other rooms coming through the walls. The second night we stayed in a different room and didn't sleep as good due to the curtains not shutting […] out light. For some reason I couldn't get them to stay closed against the wall so the light from outside kept waking me up. This hotel's customer service was terrible. They were rude, couldn't get the Internet working, were very unhelpful, etc... I had the worst stay here out of any chain hotel ever! The price was so high for such a ghetto place, I would look into a hotel on the main strip next time (the Peabody). I will never stay at a La Quinta ever again. Yechhhhh! Would have paid the extra had I known how bad the quality of the room was. Service tried to make up for it,

blow dryer didnt work, carpets were not vaccummed to the walls (dusty), A VERY used bar of soap in shower, dust on coffee pot & counter. Leftover half & half containers on bathroom counter. need comment cards in the room for customers to fill out. Very quiet, & workers were friendly. We will be back , just needs some attention to cleaning.

Other than being close to the Convention Center where we were attending a competition, I can't say much good about the hotel. Our room was awful, carpet was stained, sink was dirty, bathroom floor had a ring of dirt around it, bathroom door wouldn't close and the wallpaper was peeling off of the wall. The walls are thin and dog barking non-stop down […] the hall along with the man shouting profanity across the hall were not very relaxing. The hotel staff would never answer the phone and service was very poor - they appear to be understaffed. I don't know if I'd be brave enough to ever want to stay at a LaQuinta ever again. YUCK! The location is perfect to Rivermarket. They had a shuttle service free of charge plus tips. The front desk was MORE than accomodating!! We will always stay at the La Quinta from now on while visiting dowtown Little Rock.

When we checked in the first room they gave us hadn't even been cleaned so I went back down and they put us in a new room which smelled like cat urine but at least looked clean. They offer a 24 hour shuttle and told us to sign up on a sheet for when and where we wanted to go the next day. We signed up for 10:30 and did not get on the shuttle until after […] 11 because they were going on a first come first serve basis, even though we'd signed up the night before. So we were late getting to where we were going. Then once we were ready to be picked up we called the front desk probably 20 times and no one EVER answered. Finally the shuttle just happened to be coming to pick others up from the same location so we got on and it was extremely crowded and had to sit in the very back where theres no seats. The neighborhood is definately scary. The first night we were there a car hijacking happened 2 blocks away. They did have a security guard in the lobby 24/7 so that was somewhat comforting. This place has a few miles on it. There were a few age related flaws in the room but overall the hotel is very well maintained. Parking is sketchy, especially after dark. I used the stairwell to save time but the odors and stains in there had me use the elevator from then on. Staff was very friendly & helpful although one front desk gentleman had a […] cell phone glued to his ear every time I made contact with him ( 3 or 4 times over 4 hours) There's a great but funky brewery/pizza joint within walking distance but daylight hours are suggested. All in all it was perfect for me. I never heard a peep during my time in the room even though there appeared to be quite a few guests (it was a Tuesday night stay). Continua a leggere

Motel could not provide me with the proper receipt for reinbursement.

The lady in charge of the breakfast was great. Very cheerful and helpful about sites and places to visit.

The hotel was very clean and the representative that checked us is was courteous and helpful. We LOVED that there was a shuttle at our disposal to drop us off and pick us up at tourist spots in the vicinity.

Exactly what you would expect from a la quinta. Nice enough and in an excellent location to spend time down at the rivermarket district

Wonderful experience! Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and very nice...more than I expected - it even had a small fridge and a mircrowave! I chose this hotel b/c of the location to downtown [River Market] and the price was great. The next time we visit Little Rock, we are definately staying again at this hotel!
