Mi dispiace non fare una recensione positiva ma è giusto dire le cose come stanno. L'hotel è vecchio come costruzione e concezione, non capisco come in un 3 stelle ci possa essere un tv a tubo 14" che trasmette un solo canale (di pesci e mare) perchè il decoder è inutilizzabile, oppure come possa mancare il piatto doccia, o ancora come ci possano essere […] delle formiche sul pavimento. Il personale è molto gentile e poliglotta (l'abbiamo sentiti parlare in varie lingue) ma l'albergo non vale le 3 stelle sicuramente. La colazione era abbondante e buona. Per quanto noi abbiamo effettivamente usufruito dell’hotel(punto di appoggio per visitare Venezia) possiamo tranquillamente dire che,posizione perfetta ,bus e treni praticamente dietro l’angolo(130m,2€ a/r xP), la camera si presentava pulita ed abbastanza “abitabile”considerando che eravamo in 4,la colazione è risultata più che buona calcolando i 15€ […]  che abbiamo pagato,il parcheggio auto abbastanza comodo ad un costo ragionevole (10€ ). Per finire possiamo concludere dicendo di aver trovato ciò che volevamo ad un prezzo veramente ottimo per il rapporto qualità prezzo espresso. The location of the hotel was excellent, minutes from the train station and steps from the bus stop making traveling to Venice a 10 minute breeze. There are stores, restaurants and cafe bars galore on the surrounding streets. The hotel staff were very pleasant and knowledgeable and were able to provide details on local activities & restaurants. On the […] other hand, THE ROOM.... immediately entering the room you could smell a distinct stale odor of mold and in the bathroom you could literally take a shower sitting on the toliet, how convenient.... Overall, this hotel was disappointing. The room was smaller than our bathroom, and the bathroom was smaller than our closet! The "shower" was a roughly 2' x 3' area curtained off from the rest of the bathroom with the bidet encroaching on our showering space. The grout between the tiles was stained as well. At night, families with small children should be informed that the route from the train station is patrolled by prostitutes. A cab is recommended. Working in their favor is the hotel staff allowed us to keep our luggage there the morning before we checked in while we travelled into Venice. All was good they did try to charge me for the room and had to produce a receipt that I had paid but still wanted to chareg my card again. good basic hotel for americian standards. no plugs so you need a converterfrom 220 to 110 Small small shower

Parking was a few blocks away at the train station. It is close to the station which was handy, but on the way to the hotel while walking through a park was followed a little by some young men. Also, when I checked in to the hotel the desk clerk was not friendly or professional in regards to being a woman. Our shower did not work the first night, and […] they forgot to give us enough towels for our second day. How shall I start.... First, after having a day and a half of travel the last thing you need is the person that should be greeting you to their establishment to be giving you a bit of attitude. Secondly, be warned if you have a room with a private bathroom, your in for a fun time. Imagine it to be 6' wide and 3' deep. There is no border when you enter […] the shower so all the water runs into the bathroom. So don't keep anything on the floor because it will get soaked. Thirdly, the only thing that made the stay worth while was the fact that the hotel was very close to the train station. So in conclusion, if your just looking for a place to lay your head a night that's cheap then maybe consider this place. quaint hotel, close to train station, and shops. older style hotel, rooms too small for 4 people, and the surrounding area not that safe, the shower was dodgy but the breakfast was excellent, probably overpriced at 8 euro

Some of the reviews about how the TV is only in Italian are ridiculous. Things like that don't concern me when I travel. I want a clean, safe, good location, and that's what this place was. It's decent. It's not the four seasons, but you're going to Venice, you shouldn't spend that much time in your hotel room anyway. Things I didn't enjoy: we had […] a non-smoking room but if you open the window, smoke will come in from people smoking outside. I didn't particularly enjoy how one person at the front desk took one look at my passport and started insulting my nationality, but I'm used to disgruntled people thinking that I'm like all the stereotypes on TV. (figure out which one?) We had a bathroom in our room (not all do) but the shower is just on the floor and the curtain goes over the toilet. Apparently that's common in older hotels, but again, not that big of a deal. Easy walk to the train station, easy walk to a grocery store to save money on breakfast. It's one stop away from the train to Venice and it only costs a Euro. You'll save money by staying here and I highly recommend it for smart travelers. When I arrived in Mestre it was hard to find the hotel as it is on back streets, I passed a couple of other hotels that were the same price and looked much nicer than where Piave. When I arrived they put me in a single smoking room when I had already paid for a double non smoking. Only when I looked online (as they had taken my paperwork) did they change […] me. The Neighbourhood is not safe as a female travelling alone I did not feel I should be out after dark. It was extremely noisey at night to the point where I went out and purchased earplugs for the remainder of my stay. It was not just outside noise the staff played music late at night and with which filled the stairwell and thus the entire hotel. The rooms/bathrooms are extremely small. They work as places to sleep/shower, but that's it. This hotel will be difficult to find without a GPS, but it is in a convenient location - close to shops, restaurants, cafes, and within a 5 minute walk of the train station which you can use for easily/cheaply getting into Venice (€4 round-trip, I believe). […] There is no Internet available here, though front desk claimed it would be "coming soon". If you don't plan to spend time in your room beyond sleeping & showering, this hotel works great. Otherwise, look elsewhere, as there are multiple other choices in the immediate area. The hotel is perfect for those who want to stay outside of Venice on a budget and commute in. The train ticket is 1 euro and the train to the isle of Venice runs every half hour or so. But keep in mind if you are wanting to center your trip around St. Marks's square, it will take about an hour to get there fom the hotel. This includes walking to the […] train station, taking the train, and whether you walk to vaporetto-it to the square, it will take half an hour from the Venice train station to the square. But anyways, the hotel was decent. There was no shower curtain and I had to shower holding the faucet. On the plus side, the AC worked REALLY well. All in all, you get what you pay for! we had read reviews before we reserved, we took a chance and if paid off, very clean, although small, but that is normal in europe. the ac worked great. we dealt with 4 staff that were all very pleasant and helpful, they spoke enough english. it was close to the train station, and to a nice supermarket, the breakfast buffet was extra cost, but well […] worth it.. fresh croissants and cappucinno every day! we felt relatively safe walking in the area, the train station is a short walk. the only downfall maybe there were not too many resturants in the area. Vi bestilte det billigste alternativet fra hotels.com, og tenkte at vi trengte ikke å ha muligheten til å få pengene tilbake, så vi tok non refundable. På hotellets nettsider fikk vi vite at alle gjester tilbys gratis frokostbuffet. Dette var tydeligvis ikke tilfellet når man bestilte det billigste alternativet fikk vi beskjed om av en arrogant hotellansatt. […] Med andre ord: LES DEN LILLE SKRIFTA NØYE før du bestiller. Og ikke forvent blide fjes eller serviceinnstilte folk, selv om hotellet har tre stjerner. Muy mal las habitaciones del hotel que son muy, muy pequeñas (unos dos metros cuadrados) y muchas gracias a Mirko (uno de los recepcionistas)

Hemos pasado un par de noches en Hotel Piave y hemos quedado contentos. Es un 3 estrellas muy normal, pero la habitación estaba muy limpia y era amplia, aunque el baño muy pequeñito y sin plato de ducha. Está a unos 3 minutos andando de la estación de trenes de Mestre, por lo que es ideal para Visitar Venecia o cualquier otra ciudad de los alrededores. […] Salen trenes cada 10 minutos, y el alojamiento aquí es mucho más barato que en la propia Venecia, al menos cuando nosotros hemos ido en Semana Santa. En la Vía Piave (justo al lado del hotel) encontramos dos restaurantes donde se comía muy bien y de precio también estaban genial: uno se llamaba S. Marco y está en la esquina donde giras para el hotel, y el otro está un poco más adelante, en una plazita con una iglesia. En general, la relación calidad-precio nos pareció buena, aunque un hotel de este tipo es para visitar muchas cosas y volver a ducharte y dormir, no más. Continua a leggere

Es un hotel tranquilo en la zona de la estacion de Mestre, apropiado para visitar Venecia, si viajas con familia habitacion amplias, ya es la segunda ve que voy y si algun dia vuelvo a Vencia o la zona no dudare en volver al mismo. En recepcion nos trataron genial y en español; son muy amables. Totalmente recomendable

Hotellet er nær jernbane og bussforbindelse til Venezia. Enkel standard, og bare så vidt verdt de 3 stjernene. Det var utrolig lytt på rommet, men på den positive siden kan nevnes at hotellet ligger i et stille og rolig strøk.

Detta hotell har ett bra läge i förhållande till tågstationen i Mestre. Efter 5 minuters gångtur kan man inhandla en enkel tågbiljett för c:a 12 SEK och hoppa på tåget som tar dig till Venedig på 10 minuter. Hotellet har en prisvärd frukost. If you are looking for a cheap place to stay only one short night near the train station on your way to or from Venice, then this hotel can be ok. It's a 5 minute walk to the train station, and the hotel has a car park. The rooms are tiny and crammed though, and sound travels through the walls easily. One night only.

Gecekondu gibi yapılan çıkma 4. katta(asansör bile 3. katta kadar çıkıyor),çalışmayan bir klimalı odaya nasıl 3 yıldız verilmiş anlaşılır gibi değil.Sadece tren garına ,dolayısıyla adaya yakın o kadar.Paranıza yazık.

Wir waren 6 Personen und uns wurden 3 wunderschöne, saubere und sehr grosse Zimmer in einer Dependence zugeteilt. Auch mit den am Vorabend bei Hotel telefonisch reservierten Parkplätzen im Innenhof hat es bestens geklappt. Hice un viaje a Europa y nunca nos trataron tan bien como en la recepcion de este Hotel... y eso que fui a Madrid y tambien nos trataron como reyes. En recepcion (Mirko) hablan al menos 3 idiomas (ingles, español, italiano) y nos trataron de una manera muy calida y humana.
