"Would do it again"
The room was very clean, the staff was very friendly. The location was great. The price was a bit on the steep side, but it was a break from life for a few days.
"Bed Pillows Awful!!!"
Everything about the hotel was fine EXCEPT the bed pillows. They were extremely uncomfortable.....way too big!! We both had restless sleep, woke several times with neck aching and sore!! Probably will not go back just because of the pillows!! I normally have absolutely no problems sleeping...ever!!

"Clean, comfortable and spacious."
Although not the best location in Halifax (you'll need a car), the hotel is close to the big box stores and restaurants that sit in the burbs of most cities. The hotel itself was very clean with nice big rooms and comfortable beds. The bathroom was large and the shower had the best water pressure of any hotel I've ever stayed in. "Future Inns Halifax - great restaurant"
GOOD: I liked that the windows in the room opened, so we didn't need to run the AC at night. GOOD: The restaurant, the Redwood Grill, with its emphasis on cooking from scratch, is a destination on its own. Excellent! GOOD: The breakfast coupons gave us a choice of a continental or full breakfast. Nice to have the choice.

"good hotel"
This hotel is outside Halifax, about a 15 minute drive to the city. We were dropping off our son to his apartment in downtown. The included breakfast was delicious, very plentiful. Good shopping very close including Costco.
the staff was very polite and helpful.the bed was very comfortable. the food in the restaurant was very good and reasonably priced. over all it was a great place to stay.

The front desk was extremely helpful and willing to share all kinds of information for the asking. I think this was a 3-star hotel and we were completely satisfied. Pillows not the best, but not the worse either.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Future Inn in Halifax. Very well kept and great location for what we needed. Had all the amenities required for our stay
Our recent overnight stay @ your Halifax location was a pleasant one. It was a very warm night so we left the windows open. Some very 'excited" wedding participants were very noisey and kept us awake for a while. Other than that, it was a pleasant experience.

Rooms were clean and fresh, breakfast (included) was excellent, and close to movie theatre, restaurants, shopping, and fitness centre. Not downtown, but actually worked out better for siteseeing around Halifax area, great location.

Comfortable room, excellent beds, nice bathroom. Breakfast delicious, but service very slow. 10 minutes drive to downtown, shopping mall close by. Would stay again in this hotel.
We arrived well in advance of the normal 3p check-in time, but they still allowed us to check in. After the 12-hour drive, we were very much appreciative. We immediately fell into the most comfortable beds to take a quick nap before heading off to explore the area. "Very Warm And Engaging Staff"
Genuine warmth and conversation was always the experience from the front desk. The beds were very comfortable and the little notes of thanks to the cleaning staff were met with cheeful notes and chocolates. The only disruption was the room next door coming and going during the night with the door closing hard.

"Comfortable, clean and a good breakfast"
This hotel seems to have a lot of business travellers but worked for us as a family as well. The freshly-cooked breakfast and friendly waitress was a great way to start the day.

This hotel doesnt have a pool or free breakfast but for us it was perfect no distractions to keep us from visiting everything we could fit into each day. The staff was wonderful and very helpful, the rooms were clean and fresh and in great shape. The location was perfect for us as we traveled all through Nova Scotia and getting on and off the highways […] to stay instead of all the way through the downtown core was a plus. I would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling and not wanting to just sit by a pool all day. We will be staying there any time we visit the area and other areas where a future inns exist. Overall the room was very comfortable, conveniently located and the staff were very friendly. On the negative side, our room had a mild stale odor and the doors tentering the room are very loud when they close. ie. you can hear everyone on your floor leaving and arriving.

Our stay at the hotel was exceptional. The room was large, very clean and our breakfast was delicious. Personnel at the front desk were most helpful with describing enjoyable sites to see and giving directions to stores we wanted to visit. Great hotel to stay in for families with children.

We were very happy with this hotel. It was very clean and had a comfortable bed. It was conveniently right off the highway, but you didn't hear the noise of traffic. There were restaurants, a movie theatre and shopping very close by.

We stayed here for 2 nights, and then drove up to PEI for 2 nights. Very nice hotel - only 10- 15 minutes from the harbour ( downtown), and quite central in location. We even came back to this hotel for our final night. Only thing that would make it better would be free internet in the lobby, and there is no hot tub. There is a Smittys across the road […] for breakfast. The hotel restaurant is quite good - we had dinner there - excellent haddock!
