Ottima accoglienza alla reception. Servizio impeccabile, disponibilità massima. Comunque conoscevo già la catena Boscolo, della quale mi fido!

Il personale mi è sembrato non all'altazze e poco strutturato. La gentilezza è affidata a poche individualità più per capacità personali che dovuto a specifico training direi. Colazione cara e da dimenticare. Meglio uno dei numerosissimi bar delle vicinanze.

Sconsiglio i piani bassi dell'hotel, durante la notte siamo stati attaccati senza sosta dalle zanzare che entravano addirittura dall'impianto di aerazione, oltre 12 uccise in due notti. A volte si sentiva pure una puzza intensa che usciva dallo stesso impianto. Per il resto molto pulito, e personale gentile.

Per chi cerca un hotel di design l'hotel Aleph Boscolo non delude! L' architetto visionario che lo ha progettato si è spinto in un design hard core che dona all' hotel personalità ed originalità. Gli spazi sono piacevoli ma non aspettatevi un hotel faraonico, cosa che per molti può essere considerato un lato positivo. Le camere sono ben curate e dotate […] di ogni comfort e optionals, ma risentono un pò dell' usura del forte passaggio di ospiti malgrado l'hotel sia piuttosto recente. La pulizia e la cortesia dello staff sono comunque ineccepibili. Ottima la posizione, a un minuto a piedi da Via Veneto, cinque da Piazza di Spagna, metro Barberini a 100 mt. ADIACENTE PIAZZA BARBERINI FERMATA METRO VICINISSIMA, VIA VENETO E VILLA BORGHESE NELLE IMMEDIATE VICINANZE. L'HOTEL AVVREBBE BISOGNO DI AMMODERNARE LE CAMERE, SONO UN PO' RUMOROSE, E NON C'E' POSTAZIONE INTERNET A DISPOSIZIONE DEI CLIENTI.

Siamo stati molto contenti della posizione centrale dell'hotel e delle nostre camere - anche se abbiamo notato (dalle indicazioni per l'evacuazione di emergenza) che avevamo le due più grandi del piano. Il personale era molto disponibile e cordiale. Siamo rimasti delusi dal fatto che la colazione non fosse inclusa nel prezzo, ed abbiamo anche scoperto […] che mangiare in hotel era molto costoso, quindi andavamo fuori ogni giorno. C'erano moltissimi locali in cui mangiare nelle vicinanze. Abbiamo potuto raggiungere a piedi tutte le più famose attrazioni turistiche ed anche la metro era a pochi passi dall'hotel, il ché ci ha agevolato nelle nostre escursioni. I prezzi dei biglietti di metro /autobus sono buoni, costano solo 1 euro e sono validi per tutte le corse prese entro 75 minuti. Abbiamo scoperto che avendo superato i 65 anni ed avendo un passaporto europeo, potevamo entrare gratis in moltissimi siti ed in altri avevamo diritto ad una riduzione sul prezzo - vale la pena portarsi appresso i passaporti e chiedere! Era bello tornare in un comodo hotel alla fine della giornata! L'unica cosa che ci è dispiaciuta è stato il cattivo tempo, dato che abbiamo incontrato diversi forti temporali (per la gioia dei tanti venditori di ombrelli!) - ma Expedia non c'entra con questo! Avevamo letto che novembre era il mese più piovoso, ma il personale dell'hotel e dei ristoranti ci ha detto che tutto l'anno è stato particolarmente piovoso e che le piogge che abbiamo incontrato erano eccezionalmente forti! I nostri vestiti si sono inzuppati ma i nostri animi non si sono raffreddati. Continua a leggere

Bellissimo hotel, moderno e lussuoso. L'idromassaggio era delizioso dopo una lunga giornata passata in giro per le strade. Super letto matrimoniale! Soffici e morbidi asciugamani bianchi, lenzuola di cotone bianco ben stirate e piumini - meravigliosi! La colazione è molto costosa a 20 Euro a testa, ma ci sono diversi bar nelle vicinanze che offrono […] caffè, cornetti e tutte le solite cose a un prezzo molto più ragionevole. Anche le bevande sono piuttosto costose, ma credo che sia prevedibile in un hotel 5 stelle. La fermata degli autobus turistici è facilmente raggiungibile a piedi se non si vuole visitare tutta Roma a piedi. Consiglio senza dubbio questo hotel per il suo stile da boutique, il personale cordiale e l'ottima posizione. Abbiamo ottenuto un buon prezzo tramite Expedia e nessun problema con il pagamento anticipato, ecc. Abbiamo prenotato solo camera e deciso di non pagare le 20 euro a persona in più per la prima colazione, ma abbiamo finito per mangiare lì due […] volte, perché era un ottimo buffet e molto meglio dei caffè locali che costano quasi lo stesso prezzo per un cibo abbastanza scadente e caffè freddo. La stanza andava bene, ma avremmo preferito avere una poltrona per rilassarci. Abbiamo dovuto sederci sul letto. La camera Deluxe aveva un bagno grande, ma rispetto alla camera Superior la differenza di comfort non è stata significativa. L'albergo era vicino alla metro, a Piazza di Spagna e alla fontana di Trevi, quindi in ottima posizione. Un cordiale e affettuoso benvenuto vi attende all'hotel Aleph a Boscolo. La posizione è ottima, si trova su una strada secondaria ma vicino a ristoranti e bar e alla Scalinata della Trinità dei Monti. L'arredamento è di colore nero\rosso e moderno. Sul tetto dell'albergo vi è un terrazzo molto carino dove è possibile consumare delle bevande, mentre […] gli spuntini e le bevande del ristorante sono ottimi. La stanza è abbastanza piccola, ma pulita e confortevole, mentre il tappeto delle scale aveva bisogno dell'aspirapolvere. Non abbiamo mai fatto colazione, pertanto non posso fare alcun commento. Great hotel! Very nice location. Easy walking distance to trevi fountain and spanish steps. Staff was wondeful! Very helpful. Always very pleasant! Room was clean and comfortable. Hotel was very accomodating with setting up neighboring room for kids with cot.

It was a great choice for us to stay in this hotel that was recommended to us by a friend. It has a real peacefull rooms and at the same time the location is near of the center. I will certainly recommend this hotel to my friends if they will travel to Rome.

This was my second Boscolo hotel stay in Italy and even after telling them I was dissapointed in my last stay, this room they put me in was still not perfect: missing drawer pull, stain on carpet, no robes in the room, no towels at the spa, the sauna seat in the spa was cracked, they charged me for mini-bar and I did not take anything from the minibar. […] Small details but I expect a five star rating to be perfect. Also, breakfast is not included and other 5 star hotels include lovely breakfasts for their clients. Finally, they do not have a doorman to open the door for you and greet you upon arrival. We reported on different occasions that the main ceiling light could not be turned off and the only way to douse the light was to remove the card from the system on the wall but yet it was not fixed. This was our only complaint everytinh else wa excellent. A great hotel in a great position. Thank you for a wonderful stay

We enjoyed our few days in this lovely hotel, very close to all sights we walked everywhere. Hotel was in side street so a lovely haven to return to. We had breakfast - buffet was very good, cooked breakfast could take time but was available till 11am.

To and from the room, walking up and down the alley we past a bum sleeping on the sidewalk everyday of our stay. The room had a bathroom room that you had to walk up the steps to. quite pleasing to the eye until you have to go to and from the restroom during the middle of the night. Our family of two adults and one teen stayed at aleph for five nights. everything about the hotel was outstanding.our room was spacious.compared to other European hotel rooms. The location is superb and close to most major attractions. We took cabs to many venues and found the staff willing to call cabs and all arrived within two minutes. We bought […] the breakfast voucher which proved to be a winner as we were able to get a delicious meal before heading out for sightseeing. The decor is beautiful in a modern hip way. It was fantastic. We loved every minute of it. The staff were always helpful and offered great advice. Location makes everything an easy walk and the rooftop terrace for a drink at night is very special. My wife was over the moon.

My wife and I travelled to the Aleph A Boscolo for our honeymoon, and I can't tell you how happy we were that we made that decision. From the moment we arrived, we were treated exactly as one would expect for a high class experience. We were given a beautiful room with a huge terrace that we spent hours on drinking Chianti and enjoying the ambience, […] which was given thanks to the great service of Georgia who greeted us upon arrival. We used the hotel facility mainly for overnight accomodation as we dined out at different places. The facilities at the hotel were excellent, we used the pool and the sauna and although we did not use the restaraunt it looked to be very nice. Don't be fooled into thinking this is the hotel seen in some of the pictures, which show pics of the sister hotel, which is far grander. A bit misleading on the websites. Nice small hotel, great location, but wifi didn't work in rooms and our telly didn't work either so we had to push to move rooms, not the greatest service helping with this issue as […] had to keep asking. Outstanding hotel. Located in the center of Rome in a extremely convenient position. 2 minutes walk to the Hard Rock Cafe, under 10minutes to the Spanish Steps. Rooms are clean and excellently maintained. The hotel bar offers drinks that while yes, they are a little expensive, you do always get a couple of plates of 'nibbles' to go along side complimentary. […] This is a 5* star hotel, so you don't expect to get a bargain pint! There is a Spar in the hotel which while treatments are at additional cost, using the mood lighting Swimming pool, Jacuzzi, steam room and sauna are completely free and worth a visit. It was a lovely hotel and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The room was more than we expected but there were some simple things missing ie an clock/alarm clock. The hotel is in a great position and we were able to walk to all the major sites and attractions.

We’ve been to Rome many times so we’ve stayed in several different hotels all over Rome, including the sister hotel to this one (Exedra). The Aleph is in a better location, a short stroll from most of the sights and an excellent selection of restaurants and bars – although suggest you walk away from the main roads to find cheaper restaurants. The hotel […] staff couldn’t do enough to help us, we took our six month old baby and had no issues with the hotel providing a cot, kettle for making up bottles, car seat for the journey to and from the hotel and anything else we needed (the driver from the hotel car service even offered to stop at a supermarket for us to get baby supplies). We were a large party, we had 5 rooms in the hotel and all were large, well decorated and clean – not sure why some people in these reviews thought the rooms were small, the rooms were large by European standards). This certainly was not a 5 star hotel. Maybe the sister hotel around the corner. Room was small, carpets old and torn and furniture quite worn out. Centrally localted but so are the other hotels nearby.
