è un posto agghiacciante, le camere singole sono 20 cm più larghe del letto: la porta per questo motivo neanche sia apre completamente.Se volete fare una vacanza per vedere come vivono realmente gli honkonghini andateci pure, altrimenti se volete evitare malattie di vario tipo spendete 10 euro in più a notte e prendetevi qualcosa di meglio.

trattamento ricevuto più che ottimo.gentilezza ed educazione davvero soddisfacenti.purtroppo c'è poco spazio; le camere sono piccole e manca,al di fuori della camera,un luogo dove poter stare. ma sono stato bene. cosa molto positiva: l'hotel é operativo 24 ore su 24. il personale parla inglese e questa facilita molte coce. l'accesso ad internet è gratuito.non è compresa la colazione,ma questo in cina è del tutto irrilevante. i collegamenti sono ottimi,ma è una caratteristica strutturale di hong kong.se si è soli e non si necessita di troppo spazio,il soggiorno è piacevole.

"Close to Port and nice for a smaller hotel."
My stay at this hotel was nice. The location to the port was very convenient and the staff was very nice. I read a lot of reviews before going that many of the staff could not speak English before going. I would like to report that many of the staff do speak English well enough to help with most any concerns. "Shekou Haitao Hotel - Reasonable 3* hotel"
This a nice 3* hotel, convenient for the Shekou Sea World area. Some of the facilities such as the BBQ and roof bar are not available. The only complaint with Hotels.com / the hotel was that the advertised inclusive breakfast was not available - I was booked on room only.
"Great Value"
Great location near ferry pier and short walking distance to seaworld and underground train network. Suite rooms are fantastic. Slightly disappointing that the staff refused to lend me an umbrella for my final day there. Breakfast is rather greasy too. Overall great value for money.

Quite a nice hotel that is near to the ferry terminal. Its pretty near to Shekou MTR station too. We like the hotel room and the standard of the rooms definitely has exceeded our expectations in terms of cleanliness and space. We got a rather comfy and spacious room, with all the shower and aircon facilities in order. The breakfast was alright to us […] even though the selection was limited, but thats not the main point for our stay anyway. The location of the hotel is pretty far from the shopping area like Commercial City and Lao Jie, but for those people who would like to stay near the ferry terminal - this hotel is highly recommended. "Good location"
We picked this hotel because it was supposed to be a short walk from the Shekou ferry terminal where we transferred directly upon arriving at the Hong Kong airport. The guys at the ferry terminal will try and get you to pay them 50 yuan to take you there, but don't fall for this. Just walk out of the ferry terminal and directly up the road to the light, […] make a right turn and then continue right at the next major intersection (we got directions from the cabbie at the taxi stand - the metered drivers don't want to waste their time taking you to the hotel because it's so close). The hotel is about a block down the street across from a number of "bars." The hotel is very clean and modern...quite upscale in decor considering the price. And it is a short walk from a major waterfront promenade with lots of restaurants and bars of all varieties. The hotel staff does not speak much English, so you need your phrase book or a Chinese speaker. It also appears that the hotel may be used by some of the local working girls for their "dates", so if this bothers you, maybe stay at one of the more expensive chains. Continua a leggere
"Gute Lage, gleich beim Hafen"
Das Hotel liegt fünf Minuten vom Hafen Sekou und zwischen zwei U Bahn Stationen. Die Zimmer sind sehr gut ausgestattet und in einem ordentlichem Zustand. Leider ist der Zustand der Fenster nicht so gut. Das ist insofern wichtig, weil rundherum viel gebaut wird. Nach Ende der Bauarbeiten an der Sea World dürfte die Umgebung sehr attraktiv sein.
