It is a nice hotel, well located: 5-10 min walkinf to Siam Square and the connection with skytrain directly from the hotel. Big breakfast (buffet) and nice people at the reception/information desk. The room is ok, not a luxor room, but it is ok, sure more than essential

Very good hotel, already staied two times. good hotel, and good location, near city center.

Link to BTS on the 2nd floor. Clean room. Was staying on the 6th floor but can hear the traffics below.

This hotel is the best in everything you can thinking off! If you come to Thailand I suggest this is the one you should stay.

It's a shame that you have to pay there a lot for a WiFi connection.Futhermore; everything oke there.

This hotel is a lot like many I have seen all over Asia - a faded beauty that charges too much and has furniture that embarrasses you in its lobby. The walkway to the subway is great (although stairs and dark disused hallways make it rough for carrying bags.). I can never figure out these huge old dusty places...what exactly do they offer customers? […] There is no free wifi to be had, their computer system is so outdated that it took almost 30 minutes to check out, and the pool service is dismal (they could not find a bottle opener when i ordered a beer and I had to remind them twice that I was waiting.) If I did it again, I'd book a smaller, newer hotel for much, much less money, and use the savings to hire a taxi to lug my bags to and from. Continua a leggere

Poor customer service from check-in. Many staff members at front reception but no one asks if they can help. When I did approach them, kept getting pushed toward a different staff member for assistance instead. When we finally got checked in the key didn't work and had to wait up at reception again trying to get someone to correct their initial mistake. Although […] rooms were decent, felt it lacked some basic ammenities like lotion. The fact that they charged a hefty fee for wifi was outrageous and the wifi could only work in the lounge area...what's the point? The breakfast was very average and way crowded. Second time there, good service , walking distance to BTS , shopping centers like MBK , SIAM and Platinum MALL.

Water jug to boil water for a cup of hot drink not available in the room. I was told some rooms were provided with. At least give one when requested for, I had to pay 50 bahts for a jug of hot water. Most hotels provide with a jug and coffee / tea bags etc.

so, booked my first night on hotels.com while in Tokyo, en route to Thailand. Arrived and check in was relatively simple, took about 10 min. Overall, hotel was nice and clean as was room. Only issue with room is that bathroom was just ok, and fact that bathtub didn't drain well causing a small pond to accumulate at each shower, wasn't exactly pleasant. […] Pool deck was decent, but def not enough staff working as we had to wait quite a long time to place an order. Decided to book a second night as our plan to stay in bangkok extended another day. Was hoping it would be as smooth as the original check-in, but i was proved wrong. Going rate was more expensive than what was advertised on Hotels.com, so naturally i asked if they could price match... They couldn't (which in itself was inconvenient, but oh well) so i was forced to purchase their ridiculously expensive internet package of $7 American dollars for 15 minutes!!!!! do to their very s l o w internet i barely had enough time to book and couldn't get a conf #. Knowing that front desk said it would 20 min to enter in their system,and seeing that i booked the night before, i knew that by morning time, it would def be plenty of time (15 hours later). Wrong again. Went to front desk at 11am, they had trouble locating the reservation. after 20 min of - i have no idea what they were doing as they were not communicating with me clearly, i asked for a manager. Pars (duty manager) came out... Angry look from get-go gave me a not so welcomed feeling. I explained the situation (for the 3rd time, to the 3rd person) and he said he didn't see my name. He then said he'd check elsewhere, then disappeared for 10 min! I asked for him again, he came out, assisted other people for another 5 minutes, then came to me with an attitude saying "i don't see it anywhere. do you have a conf #?" i explained that the internet expired just as i was retrieving my email conf and that i didn't want to have to spend an additional 200 bat for this. Excellent location, easily accessible to/& from Suvarnabhumi Airport. Airport Rail link connects you to Phaya Thai, transfer to a connecting BTS line at Phaya Thai to Ratchathewi. Hotel is directly connected to Ratchathewi station. With the BTS station at the hotel's door step, travel to many parts of Bangkok is a breeze. Walking distance to shopping/food & beverage outlets in Bangkok, MBK, Siam Discovery, Siam Centre, Siam Paragon, about 10mins. The room was clean, the personnel is very client-focused. Very good balance of price and quality, location is also good - dedicated way to BTS station straight from hotel. Derailer is small ants coming from somewhere if you forgot something sweet on the table.

Asia hotel is a wery nice hotel in the middle of all the best shopping in Bangkok. You have siam square and MBK within walking distance from the hotel. The hotel also have a walkway that connects the hotel directly to the BTS, nice for the days with not so nice weather. Lots of elevators so you dont have to wait and a really good wariated breakfast. […] The only complaints i have is that they dont restock the minibar in the 4 days we where thereand the in house taxi is a huge rippoff. The taxi from the hotel wanted 900 bath for one trip to the airport and normally a metered cab is about 250 - 300. So a good hotel but stay away from the in house taxi and travelagency. If you haven't been to Bangkok, there is nothing that will ever prepare you for the 'experience'.... This hotel is just in the perfect location between the posh and clean shopping malls and the old town, close to trains and ferry, however just on the edge of the real dirty streets of Bangkok - but that's real..... as long as you are prepared for the […] reality of the city and wish to have the best value hotel in town without being located in the posh part which is only a few blocks away, then I recommend this place, the bonus is all affordable massage places round the corner, and the breakfast is fabulous!!! For a 3 star hotel it was good...It needs to be fixed up but the price is right. Food was too expensive and the Internet was way too much. However, it is close to the BTS which is nice.

It is close to the BTS and the rooms are cheap...so all in all it wqs OK...but not great

The hotel is old and needs an upgrade...The food and drinks are way overpriced and they need to have free internet or at least lower the rediculous cost per hour....It is close to the BTS which is the only reason I stayed there....Other hotels that are close to transit should be considered before staying at Asia Hotel

Hotel was very good neat and clean ,rooms are very comfortable and from hotel it is very easy to go arround and the sky train just next door great , it's a great hotel

This hotel is ideally located on the Ratchatsewi BTS station, just 1 station away from the Airport train line end station Phaya Thai. You can access the hotel straight from the station, it even has the signs to the hotel on the platform. We stayed in this hotel for 2 nights, apart from the view from the room, we couldn't have been happier. The room […] was nice and clean, the bathroom good and the bed comfortable. No pay-per-view movies though. 2 pools, a free gym and the breakfast buffet included in the prize were the cherry on the top. The hotel also has good, although pricy, restaurants e.g. the brazilian Rio Grill. Overall was very happy and pleased with this Hotel stay recently. It has a good location/walking distance to famous shopping vicinity. And BTS access within min walk with shelter covered. Also the Gym equipment is new and area are clean. good for working out. One of life's little pleasures is to find a luxury hotel, close to the main tourist sites, at a bargain price. Perhaps it was the threat of the Thailand floods. But even my friend, a long-term resident, was astounded by the value-for-money.

Walking distance to major malls, markets, BTS! Reasonable Priced!

we had some problem getting a triple as we reserved, but at the end we got it.

great location - we took a train from the airport right to the entrance of hotel..only 5 minutes walk to MBK and Siam center. The reception team is terrible - It took me 45 minutes to check in (I had a reservation a month before) and 25 to check-out..besides that everything was great...

Its attached to the Sky Train ! so rain or not ! its very convenient ! the place is always busy , so seems like your meeting different people from all over the world! breakfast was good ! they have 2 swimming pool , 5 floor and 12th floor roof top! i slept so well on the whole 10 nights i stayed ! this was excellent ! when there was issues like room […] keys not be able to open the duty manager came immediately to open , room service was excellent ! an also great value for the price ! there are side food every where surrounding the hotels , plus the SKY train is only ONE stop to SIAM! an only a few stops to other Major shopping area !!! Need to have cheaper and easier access to wireless. Inconvenient without this when trying to do business. This would be the only reason I would switch hotela as everything else is fine. The location with the skytrain is brilliant.

The hotel has a very convenient location and nothing else. They charge high prices for everything, I had to buy 1 hour of Internet for 400 baht which is ridiculous. The staff is not helpful, except for one lady in the reception. The push you with hotel taxis that have very high prices and even laundry rates were outrageous. This large hotel has 2 big outside pools and a great location. It is attached to a BTS station and is only one station from the rail link to the airport. Very handy and so convenient.

The room is clean and comfort but a little small. The access is great. The service is good. Nice hotel:)

For the price this Hotel was excellent value. Possibly one of the best location to the main malls and Metro. Leave the Hotel from the second floor and walk straight onto the metro. Travel one stop and link to the Express Airport Train which only takes 17 min. Room was large,clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

I stayed at Asia Hotel for 5 nights. Once I arrived I asked for a high floor room and they gave me one situated in the 10th floor with views to the indoor pool. The Hotel is big, it has several shops, and a night cabaret situated down the lobby. It's not a brand new hotel but it's quite well keeped, tidy and clean at a simple eyewitness. Rooms are spacious […] and comfortable. But, ...... not in this life is always wonderful. I discovered after my second day in my bathroom ants. Not so many, just few of them. I said that at the front desk and I was moved to the 8th floor. And in my new room I got 2 beds. And I found when I woke up the next morning hair of a woman down the pillow. And I said they should change them. And they were changed. I booked my room with breakfast. And I didn't like it. I just was eating every morning bread with butter and a pair of water glasses. In general terms, this is a reasonable cheap hotel and if you're not worried about those small details your stayed can be very comfortable. What I like much were the 2 pools. In the outdoor pool situated in the 12th floor you have spectacular views of Bangkok at night. The indoor pool has a fantastic jacuzzi, and the pool has more than 2 meters depth. And another strong point is its situation next to the BTS station which in just 30-35 minutes you're at BKK airport. If you ask me if I would stay here again, probably yes. But without breakfast. i stayed recentely in this hotel staff were super friendly room s clean location played more just 5 mins walk to MBK Siam Center Siam paragon ..... we choose this hotel coz it was connected to the skytrain we only had to change the train once i ll def recomend it to my friends and the rest of people

Hotel has no internet in rooms only at hotel lobby. The location and connecting bridge to the BTS trains is a huge plus. Breakfast is also good.

Situated very strategly with close distance to find something good to eat and if you want to go shopping many good opputunities are there. All in all a good located hotel in the heart of Bangkok.

Checked in, took forever even tho we had reservations. Horrified to find out that they had trippeled the price for an extension on the room. We did not really need it since we were leaving but wanted somewhere to hang out. Service was also terrible. Best thing was the bell boys and the room service. This was great. Its very close to MBK(5-600meters). […] Would only recommend this to ppl who want to stay close to the shopping before leaving Bangkok. Front desk does not want to sell hotell rooms.... everythings were tiptop, breakfast was good, room 603 was large, location was very convenience, took train fm airport to hotel which is next to station. fully recommended.

Daily breakfast has been in too many kind of western & Asian food you can choose. It is really wonderful! I will stay there whenever I make my holiday.
