Siamo stati 2 notti in questo albergo provenienti da Denver e diretti a casa. L'albergo è molto elegante e ben curato, a circa 5 minuti dall'aeroporto di Chicago O'Hare, da dove si può prendere la metropolitana per il centro di Chicago. L'hotel è collegato con l'aeroporto con una navetta gratuità che passa ogni mezz'ora. Le camere sono molto grandi, […] pulite, spaziose e confortevoli.Inoltre in hotel c'e una piscina ed una sala fitness. Gli unici problemi che abbiamo avuto riguardano il riscaldamento che nella nostra camera non funzionava, l'hanno cambiata ma anche nell'altra non funzionava. Comunque il prezzo è molto conveniente. When we arrived a 1:00 PM we found the beds unmade and room not ready, but they then gave us a different room. Our room was cleaned only once and the shuttle dropped us off at wrong hotel and would not take us to our hotel a half mile away so we had to cross against traffic in an unmarked intersection. My room was very clean and comfortable, the hotel was in a perfect location for what I needed on this stay, and the surrounding area was quite nice. Overall, it was a nice quiet overnight stay. The service while checking in was a different story. Extremely slow, my room wasn't ready at check in time, and when I finally did get to check in I was given […] key cards that didn't open the door to my room. That required me to wait in line for close to another hour to get the keys corrected. The quality of the service might not be fair to pick on, I think that the 2 people at the counter were doing their best, it was just horribly understaffed for as busy as it was that day. I probably would stay at this location again, as all in all it was a pleasant stay. The near 2 hour check in process was a bit of a rough start, but it worked out to be OK. Continua a leggere

This is a tired hotel which has obviously been rebranded. It it close to the Highway and so very noisy. Not for a light sleeper. Staff were very robotic at check in. No personality.

The hotel rooms was ok. There is shutle between hotel and ORD airport, but need to wait for about 30 minutes if you are not lucky. There is no restaurant in the hotel, have to eat outside.

Great location with only about a ten minute ride to the terminal. Very nice room and value.

I'd never stayed in Chicago and was there for only one night, so I wanted a hotel close to a rental car location so I wouldn't need to fight traffic and find my way around town. The Holiday Inn Express was right across the street from the cheapest rental car location I could find. It was really convenient: I arrived at the airport, called for the ACE […] rental car shuttle and was picked up within ten minutes. I got my car and drove across the street to the hotel. Excellent. Everyone very nice. Convenient shuttle bus to and from airport. Convenient and cost effective long-term parking. Good hot breakfast.

The hotel staff were great

The accommodations were comfortable, peaceful and clean. The lobby was spacious enough to move around with luggage and not be in anyones way. The decor was very nice and the breakfast area was large enough to find some privacy. The staff were all courteous and helpful. Well done!

The hotel served its purpose and the breakfast was pretty good however the fact that we had to pay $16 to park in the parking lot was too much. Also the parking lot was a ways away so that we had to walk in the cold to get to our car. The people were very friendly and curteous, unlike the one at the Fisherman's Warf in SFC.

Checked in fast, room was nice size, bed was comfortable, and breakfast was pretty good. We would stay again.

Room was clean but cigarette smell kept creeping through the vent or return air vent which made it very annoying. Free breakfast was at or below average.

They did a wonderful job of providing breakfast bags and getting us back to the airport on time. We really felt like they cared about our needs.

The enitre floor smelled like smoke. I killed a roach in the bathroom and there was a huge fly in the room.

It was nice and quiet. The beds were good.

Very good to have swimming pool and gynasim because if you live here you must want to relax before fly.

My husband and I stayed for 4 nights we enjoyed our stay. The staff was great. I had attended an Enagic Meeting there. The lunch that was provided was excellent! I will stay there again! Good job .

I am a rewards member and have been for a couple years. I travel with a crew for work and usually book all rooms in my name. last week I booked four rooms. so tell me why I do not have enough points for a free nights stay? what is the point of having a rewards program if there are no rewards. This is not a hotel for vacationers, unless you are willing to drive into Chicago for the day. But it was very convenient for our business purposes and everything was very nice. The price was great and it was very quiet, despite being so close to the airport.

I called from Alaska to purchase a bottle of wine for my husband that was already on his way to the airport hotel and Rueben at the front desk was very quick to help. My husband walked in after a long day of traveling alone with our 2 year old that just got sick all over him and was greeted by name with a bottle of red wine along with an opener. Conveniently located near O'Hare. A little noisy as planes take off. Clean, comfortable beds. Good buffet.

This hotel was comfortable and good for the price. Comfort is what i look for always and it was comfortable.

We were moving and needed to stay near ORD for a morning flight. We had to ask 3 times to get a crib for our room, finally arrived nearly 2 hrs after checking in, which was difficult for our 10 month old's sleep schedule. However, the free shuttle to ORD was awesome - the driver was super helpful, especially since we had 6 large bags to check, a stroller, […] infant seat, diaper bag and 2 back packs. We were dropped off right at curbside check-in, and he helped unload as well. Rate was reasonable, did not have enough time to try the breakfast in the lobby. Continua a leggere

The Holiday Inn express was a great choice for the price. It was a bit inconvenient to not have an on site restaurant or a microwave in the room but it was worth it to be 30 minutes from downtown chicago via the Blue Line CTA train. The staff was very helpfull and made my stay a good one.

Easy, quick, and perfect if need to be near O'Hare Airport. Very clean and I was able to nab a good rate even at the last minute.

My stay was a great experience. Friendly staff, clean room, wireless access, quiet. I would recommend to a friend.

I booked this hotel basically for the free breakfast buffet, and I have to say that it was just OK. Don't be fooled about it being a "buffet" because it's really more just buffet-style. Bagels, toast, biscuits and gravy, cereal, fruit, egg patties, juice, yogurt and milk. Like I said...not great, but just OK.

The hotel is comfortable and affordable and conveniently located. It serves a decent continental breakfast, but I have enjoyed better ones. The shower was great. The service was great. I would recommend for someone who just needs a good place to stay.

Overall this was a good hotel. The breakfast was pretty good and the room and feel of the hotel was nice. The pillows did smell a little. Kind of that hair smell your pillows can get. Wasn't super impressed by that. And the staff could have been a little friendlier. But overall it did the job and was pretty inexpensive. We recently attended a concert at the Allstate Arena and were able to walk from the hotel to the concert. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was wonderful.

The pick-up from the hotel was fast. Breakafast was high variety. Plan to stay here again when using Ohare

This was our family's first trip to Chicago. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The water in the tub was very weak. The breakfast was awesome and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

The Holiday Inn Express has improved greatly over the last several years. Their service, staff and rooms are excellent. The complimentary breakfast in the morning is the best in the industry. The WiFi internet connection needs work, it was operating at less then 56k speeds. They could also use an upgrade on their TV's.
