Every time we went to the pool there were no towels to use. We would go to front desk and they would say they would get some and never brought any. The rooms are comfortable and exceptionally clean. The indoor pool and laundry room are big pluses. The hotel is located in a nice area not far from the PATCO train to Philly which is a convenience. The staff at the front desk could have smiled a bit more but otherwise they were helpful. The TV didn't work in the first room they put me in, so they transferred me to another room and the phone and internet didn't work. This was a very comfortable hotel. The breakfast was nice. The pool was great. Unfortunately, the spa was out of order and the bathroom in the pool area had a broken door knob and couldn't be latched. We enjoyed the excercise room one morning, and got a pretty good workout. For a business traveler this hotel does not measure up. The first night there I could not get a wireless signal at all. The other nights there the signal ranged from poor to good and I had to sit near the door to get any signal at all. Even though it's a smoke free hotel our room had that old smokey smell to it. The air conditioning could not cool the room down the pool room needed maintenance, hot tub was not hot and there was only one employee on during check-in all through the night. The staff was courteous and helpful. The room was clean. I asked twice for the air conditioner to be looked at with no result. It was humid and warm in the room. The setting was on 60 degrees and the only way to keep the room cool was to have the fan blow constantly. Someone tried to enter the room in the night.
