Abbiamo soggiornato in questo Hotel per 4 notti ad aprile 2012. Amiamo viaggiare e quindi siamo abituati a vedere strutture alberghiere di ogni genere e tipo ma dobbiamo ammettere che questo resort è veramente unico trovandosi all'interno di un condominio di lusso che si affaccia sul quartiere di Bay side. L'esclusività dell'arredo e la ricercatezza del design vanno a pari merito con la cortesia del personale. Di facile gestione anche il parcheggio auto che richiede necessariamente il valet e quindi un supplemento di spesa. L'hotel trovandosi in un quartiere molto ricercato non ha purtroppo store di generi alimentari o caffetterie vicine. Tuttavia all'interno dell'albergo il caffè e le bevande calde venivano offerte gratuitamente. Va specificato in ultimo che la struttura, traffico permettendo, dista solo 10 minuti dall'aeroporto, una comodità che deve essere valutata. Ottima esperienza! Laura e Domenico

Camera spaziosa con angolo cottura attrezzato e tavolino pranzo.Spazio per far giocare i bimbi. Bagno un po' piccolo. Perfetto per chi viaggia con bambini. Disponibilità anche di lettino da campeggio.

"Renaissance Plantation - comfort & convenience"
Very impressed with the Renaissance Plantation. The staff are extremely cordial, courteous, and attentive. Starbucks bar was a real winner! Very well appointed lobby, nice outdoor pool and located very conveniently. Very happy and pleased with our stay. Our first night, the front desk person was not very helpful. However,on the second day and night, the front desk was great!. Rooms were clean and cleaned on a daily basis from the start. Nice and stylish hotel! Far away from beach but pretty close to Sawgrass Mills and Bank Atlantic center. Good breakfast. Expensive internet connection. Friendly staff.

"The Reniassance Plantation Ft. Lauderdale"
We were pleasantly surprised! We have been traveling to the area for over 7 years and have never found a hotel that we were happy at. The Reniassance changed that for us. It was beautiful, clean and relatively quiet. The employees whether they were management, non-management, waiter, waitress, cleaning staff all greeted you with a smile and very willing […] to help with whatever you needed. They know what great customer service is and won us over. We had a situation our first night was quiet, however our 2nd night there was a teenage soccer tournatment in the area and they booked over 20 rooms, lots of them on our floor. We called the front desk to be moved to a quieter part of the hotel and they moved us no questions asked and did it with a smile! It was a little inconvenient for us, however the responded quickly and did it without making us feel like they were doing us a favor. They were very apologetic and offered us a free buffet breakfast the next morning to compensate us for any inconvenience, I was impressed. Let me not foreget the food, it was really great too! The lunch menu does not offer a lot of variety, however what is offered was fresh and tasty. The buffet was fresh and very good as well. I must say my stay at the Renaissance Plantation was excellent. I was married earlier in the day and chose to spend the evening at the Renaissance Plantation. "Bad Housekeeping"
We spent seven nights in this hotel. It is a wonderful hotel, very friendly staff, the lobby is very well decoratet and the food and service is excellent. The only bad thing was that the first day they did not clean our room, the fourth day we had to explicity ask them to change the sheets an many times we had to ask for more bath towels.
Safe and secure, expensive but clean and very good service.

Overall the hotel was in a good location. Many nice restaurants within a 5 minute drive, getting to North Miami was very simple and took maybe 20 minutes. The hotel was undergoing construction so there was often noise in the lobby area, the carpets looked a little worn but nothing drastic, still clean looking. The hotel and resturant staff were above and beyond helpful and friendly. Located near the highway, but I couldn't hear highway noise. Safe for single women traveling. Near food, NOVA, and the mall. "Renaissance - Plantation Fla"
This hotel was the best so far that I have stayed in Plantation. The location was right off the freeeway (no noise at all) and was so close to everything you need. The restaurant had terrific food and the room service was wonderful. You can't go wrong with this place. Free parking for your entire stay as well.

I liked the friendliness of the staff and the hotel is clean. The location was good for me because I was traveling North and South of Ft Lauderdale for business. However, I have a problem with extra charge being added to my bill at the end of the stay. The charges have not been removed as of today.

Then they booked me for only one day whereas I had booked 2 days.
