I have been staying here off & on for 3 yrs & have never had any problems. The manager & staff are very friendly & professional. Will continue to stay here whenever I'm in the area.

Sun Suites was a lower priced hotel and I was pleasantly surprised by the condition and cleanliness. I needed a place to sleep for a few hours between weekend events and this place was perfect. The location was convenient, the neighborhood was safe and the hotel staff was friendly. Overall, not bad. The location is close to the Silver Comet Trail and I stayed there on a biking trip. Obviously not a 5-star boutique hotel, but not bad for the price and expectation.

Where do I begin with this review. First, let me start by saying I requested a NON-SMOKING room and was given a SMOKING ROOM. The clerk told me that I wouldn't notice the smoke smell b/c new carpet had been installed and it would soak up the smell...yeah right! Secondly, my room was changed to a non-smoking room the next day.However, the person in the […] next room (who was an extended stay/long term guest-TENANT) to mine, kept playing loud music throughout the day and night which came through the walls of the hotel. When I called to complain about the noise, the front desk clerk KNEW exactly what and who I was complaining about. So, I figured that this must be a constant problem for all the guests that stay there. Thirdly, this hotel DOES NOT provide its guests with fresh towels daily. This hotel charges guests for daily fresh towels. That is ABSOLUTELY CRAZY!!! I have NEVER stayed in a hotel that charges for fresh towels nor that do NOT exchanges old towels for fresh ones. Lastly, the hotel front desk closes at 11pm. There is no one available until 7am the next morning. If something happens after 11pm (such as you lose your key or is locked out of your room), you are screwed until the next morning. I WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN. Please, DO NOT EVEN consider staying in this hotel. IT IS NOT WORTH IT!! PAY THE EXTRA MONEY TO STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE THAT IS NICER. Continua a leggere

Came to town for a convention, couldn't pay downtown ATL prices. Great location, great rates. Desk staff and Terrance in particular were very helpful. Ended up needing to stay an extra night in the Atlanta area so we booked again. Again, great service, comfy clean room. The room was outdated but the price made up for that. We were pretty disappointed at how uncomfortable the beds were though. The shower didn't drain well either so after I had finished with my shower I was standing in 5 inches of water. The hotel was just a 10 minute drive to six flags and 15 minutes from places we wanted to go in Atlanta.

Non smoking room was reeking of smoke. Everything else was adequate, but not impressive. For the price, it was OK.

I know this is Smyrna, but it was kind of worn and dirty inside. I think the reviews I read were overstated. The beds were old and saggy, and though the room had a kitchenette with fridge and microwave, the bathroom was tiny and there was no room at the sink. It was also curiously high--a little kid wouldn't have been able to brush her teeth! The tub […] was adequate, but the shower was semi-broken and very hard to adjust. There WAS plenty of hot water. We were traveling with a small dog, and paid an additional $16 for the night we were there (Mar 2012). I always bring an extra sheet to cover the bed so we don't get dog hair on the blankets, but the room already had very worn carpet and felt dirty. It also smelled like cigarettes, even though I had requested a non-smoking room. There was a grassy area across the parking lot where I could walk my dog, but someone with a BIG dog had been using it frequently, and not picking up after the dog at all. There was a nice office park next door and we walked over there since it was after hours. People, clean up after your dog so we have places to stay when we bring our pets! Continua a leggere

It was good enough to sleep in. I like the small kitchen. Turned out to be 16 miles from where I wanted to be; that was my fault. Noisey fan in bathroom with quit on our last day and producted a burnt smell. Hotel clerk wrote down on clip board.

The hotel was dirty, sheets and bedding were staind . Water in the sink did not work .. I ended up leaving after just a few hours! Pay an extra $30 and go somewhere else!!!!!!

It reminds you if the New York feel.. bedroom..dining room...kitchen..sink...bathroom....but u can move around .....when you step out your door...you have everything you need....from food to cocktails....15 mintues to downtown :)

We were very pleased with this hotel. It was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The only two things that were a little trouble were that the water pressure was very low in the shower and the air conditioner never seemed to take the stuffiness from the room, even though we ran it all night. The room setup was nice enough, had a small kitchenette. The fridge was running *hot*. It was putting out so much heat I checked to see if the cooking surface had been left on. Room smelled musty. Seemed clean enough though bedspread and linen was old and worn. Biggest problem was: the shower didn't work!

The double beds were very unconfortable and they both made a lot of noise as if they were going 2 fall apart. The room was too small for four people. The telvision was old. This was a great place to stay, The office staff was fantastic(Sonya), very helpful and were great to accomodate my need for an early checkin. I will definitely be back there. Great price and value for a very clean hotel. i can highly recommend this place.

Me And My Husband Stayed Here For Four Days.It was minutes from everything.Around A lot of food places,min from six flags and water park.malls and a lot Places. The Hotel was very quiet the entire time.We Had a very nice Stay would stay again.

The staff here is friendly and the location is great, but this is the second time I've stayed here in the past 3 months and both times the room was dirty. There was trash under the bed, etc. This time there were bugs (like beatles) on the floor and my puppy kept trying to eat them. The biggest disappointment was the fact that the room reaked of cigarette […] smoke. I couldn't even keep the bathroom door open because of the smell (I guess from adjoining rooms). Then when we had to use the bathroom the smell of cigarettes was so overwhelming. I stayed here because the price is good and they accept pets, but I probably won't stay again because of that odor. I did book for non-smoking in my room but neighbor still smoking during door said non-smoking in room. Mattress is uncomfortable and not fresh sheets! Rug still not refresh! TV still old but I like HDTV! WiFi isn't success in my samsurg gallexy around during I have downloading Youtube video!

The staff was extremely nice and the location was very convenient. The room had some trash in it, like a band aid that made me feel like it hadn't been cleaned. Overall it was a good room for the price.

This room was very cheap the bathroom was very small the room its self was very small the beds were ok but i am not too picky we were going to six flags so the location was good not far too travel lots of restraunts and other places to eat close by when we were leaving i did notice a liquor store close by the room was clean and well kept no funny odors […] no ants or cockroaches or any other crazy bugs you may find in hotel rooms could of been a little bigger but other than that it was good, i got what a paid . This hotel has a great location in that you can go right on the highways (either one), but don't have to go through a lot of Atlanta traffic. Nice to have the kitchen as well- though they do not stock you with pans or pots which makes cooking not as easy as you would think when you arrive and see a mini-kitchen. Be prepared.

They were very nice there but the room wasn't cleaned like it should have been. The bathroom and kitchen area needed work. They have free internet but it was the slowest internet ever. It was in a good location for me and I would recommend it to someone with a low budget because its all you can expect for the price.

The motel was in a great location. It is very near to the interstate and many different local eateries. The rooms are not updated, so expect to see leftover 80s furniture and decorating. It was definitely not a place that impresses the eyes, but for a single guy just needing a place to lay his head and use a laptop for a few nights it was adequate.

An excellent value for the price. Convenient to I-285, plenty of fast-food establishments to choose from. Would be a good choice for anyone attending Six Flags amusement park.

It's a bed and bath. I didn't use/need services, just a place to spend the night between Braves' games. It's okay for that.

Just make sure that the hotel room could sleep the number of people comfortably. We didn't have enough towels for everyone and didn't realized it until after the office was closed.

would stay there again. hotel was just right for a short stay. We had reserved two rooms and they put us on different sides of the hotel/ Thought that the rooms should have been together. But all in all a good place to stay.
