la notte trascorsa è stata positiva ma dopo aver chiesto di passarne altre 2 successive,mi è stato chiesto un prezzo 5 volte superiore .poca serietà aziendale.peccato perchè il prezzo pagato in offerta era ottimo ,ma quello proposto fuori mercato

L'albergo è interessante, la posizione buona. Unico difetto il costo della colazione presso il ristorante annesso: la qualità è raffinata, ma il prezzo troppo elevato

Il personale dell'hotel e' stato sempre molto disponibile e cortese fornendo tutte le indicazioni necessarie. I taxi stazionano spesso all'ingresso dell'hotel che si trova a pochissimi minuti dal centro storico e non sono assolutamente cari. Il servizio autobus N° 6 costa solo 1.30 euro fino alla Stazione Centrale e la fermata e'' a due passi. Il servizio di camera e' perfetto ed il ristorante di buona qualità. Da consigliare.

Rotherbaum, con la sua università e alcune tra le ville più belle di Amburgo, è una meta prestigiosa e vivace, soprattutto il quartiere storico di Pöseldorf. Ampie strade a tre corsie attraversano parallelamente l'Alster, dove sono presenti numerosi club di canottaggio. The underground was about five minutes from the hotel or a bus to the centre was within easy walking distance.We used the underground car park which was quite expensive for two nights but car was safe.

I am very pleased with my choice to stay at this hotel. Very good hotel and room services and very good location, as it is 5 minutes walk through the park to the nearest tube station (Sternschanze) and nearby you will find lots of restaurants and cafes and walking distance to the center of hamburg. It is quiet at night. The breakfast seems a bit expensive […] and I think it is a good value for those who eat a very rich breakfast, otherwise you better try some of the nearest cafes. I would advise you to double check the bed before booking as my double bed room (for couples) had actually two single mattresses close together and seemed as one double. Consequently it is uncomfortable for a couple to sleep close in the middle as the mattresses start creating a gap in between. Also, make sure that your room has a little fridge, especially when it is summer time. I was pleased with the wifi internet facility, which you pay of course for a 24 hour period but it worth it. "Good location, friendly staff"
We stayed at the Mercure for a weekend break in Hamburg. We were able to walk to the Binnen- and Aussenalster (one of the main attractions) and had several metro- and train-lines at our disposal to get the places we could not walk to. The hotel is close to Schanzenviertel which is a bit alternative and has great places to eat. The staff at reception […] as well as in housekeeping were extremely friendly. Not the artificial kind of smile but honest, proactive and delightful service. The only thing was that staying in a twin room I had to keep moving my suitcase so that it would not be in the way when moving in the room or then trying to leave the room. "Godt beliggende hotel"
Hotellet er fint, med parkeringskælder (14 EURO) i døgnet. Beliggenheden er god med gåafstand til centrum ( ca. 20 min). Prisen på morgenmad er svimlende høj (20 EURO) pr. person!!!!

"Hotelservice kann noch verbessert werden."
Mit dem Problem der Zimmercard kann der Hotelservice noch verbessert werden. Obwohl das Problem in kurzer Zeit aufgehoben ist, sind aber die zeitliche Aufwendung und daraus folgte Nervosität der Kunden nicht entsprechend entschädigt.

Hotel très confortable et bien situé par rapport à mes contraintes. Le petit déjeuner est un peu cher. Ils étaient prêts à me faire payer une seconde fois

sehr schnelles einchecken durch sehr nettes Personal. Hatten auch gleich Tipps zur Verfügung. Hotel für uns sehr zentral, da viele Ziele zu Fuss erreicht werden können. Für ein Stadtaufenthalt in Hamburg zu empfeheln.

Wir waren zum Chris Rea Konzert im CCH in HH. Besser kann ein Hotel für Konzertbesucher nicht gelegen sein. CCH und die City sind in kürzester Zeit zu Fuß erreichbar. Ansonsten alles wunderbar. Würde mich da immer wieder einbuchen!
"Zentral gelegen"
Das Hotel ist zentral in Hamburg neben dem Messegalände gelegen. Die Innenstadt, Hafen und Sankt Pauli sind, wenn man möchte fußläufig erreichbar. Der Preis für 2 Personen im Doppelbettzimmer war auch sehr angenehm. Rundum waren wir zufrieden.

Das Hotel liegt nicht nur verkehrsgünstig für Messe- und Konzertbesucher ist es ideal weil zu Fuß erreichbar. Sehr empfehlenswert wenn man nur wenige Tage in Hamburg zu tun hat. "Tæt på den japanske have"
Dejligt moderne hotel, hvor der er super service. Morgenbuffeten er lækker og stor, den koster ekstra 18 euro, men det er alle pengene værd. Hotellet ligger tæt på den smukke japansk inspirerede have. Alt på hotellet virker meget nyt og i orden.

Das Hotel war für unsere Gruppenreise ideal. Gut gelegen und mit fairer Rate. Allerdings ein kleiner Punkt sollte erwähnt werden, dieser gilt aber nicht nur für dieses Hotel: die Frühstückspreise gehen in letzter Zeit bei vielen Hotels durch die Decke. "Guter Tipp"
Das Mercure Hamburg Altona liegt am Fernsehturm, 10 Minuten Fussweg zwischen dem angesagten Schanzenviertel und Grindel. Die nächste U-Bahnstation ist schnell zu erreichen. Nettes Ambiente, Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage und freundliche Mitarbeiter fielen angenehm auf. Obwohl das Hotel an einer vielbefahrenen Kreuzung liegt, war bei geschlossenem Fenster […] nichts vom Straßenlärm zu hören. Einziger Nachteil: das Frühstück für sagenhafte 17 €! "Sehr schönens, neues Hotel am Fernsehturm"
Ich habe im Mercure ein verlängertes Wochenende verbracht und war vollstens zufrieen. Die Zimmer sind super schön, aber was noch viel mehr überzeugt ist das sehr sehr gute Frühstücksbuffet. Hier bleiben wirklich keine Wünsche offen. Eigentlich ist die Lage nicht ganz schlecht. In 5 Minuten ist man in der U-Bahn und drei Stationen weiter dann an den […] Landungsbrücken. An der Staße entlang führen zwei doch recht große Starßen aber von den Lärm draußen hört man drinnen wirklich gar nichts. Das Hotel kann ich wirklich weiterempfehlen Continua a leggere

Prima service ondervonden toen bleek dat het taxibedrijf waar ik mijn rit had geboekt vanuit Nederland helemaal niet bestaat. Ook glutenvrij ontbijt en diner was prima geregeld en verzorgd.

Sehr schönes Hotel jedoch an einer Kreuzung von Hauptstraßen gelegen, bei geöffnetem Fenster sehr laut. Restaurant war leider geschlossen, aber sehr guten Tip vom Hotelpersonal bekommen , das "Roxie", sehr gute Küche, abwechslungsreich, super nettes Personal.nur ca 5 Minuten zufuß entfernt. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Auch die Zimmer waren in einem guten zustand. Nur die Putzfrauen sollten nicht schon ab 09.30Uhr nonstop klopfen. Das nervt ungemein! 11Uhr würde vollkommen ausreichen um das Hotel noch pünktlich zu verlassen.

Fik en billig pris her igennem hotels.com - så generelt tilfreds med hotellet. god varme på værelserne med aircondition Minus: Morgenmaden er meget dyr i forhold til kvaliteten: 17 Euro. Het hotel is gunstig gelegen direct aan de Messe hallen en slechts 15 minutren lopen van het centrum. Goede prijs-kwaliteit verhouding. Goed verzorgd ontbijt.

The hotel was great: clean, not noisy despite the main road passing the hotel, and friendly staff. Just two remarks: a) we had trouble with the htoel safe. First, we accidentally locked it without entering a new code - our mistake, but it's something which should not be possible with a hotel safe. The next day, the safe refused to open, despiote the […] fact that I'm 100% sure I entered the correct code. Anyway, in both cases, the hotel staff was able to open the safe for us within 5 minutes. b) breakfast is 17 Euros per person - very expensive! "Et godt Marathonhotel"
Hotellet var valgt efter beliggenhed nær starten til Hamborg Marathon og efter komforten. PÅ løbsdagen kunne vi få mrgen mad tidligere end normalt, hvilket var en afgørende faktor for os. Vi kunne også forlænge udcheckningstidspunktet, så vi havde værelse til et bad efter løbet.
