Hotel perfetto per soggiorni lunghi in quanto ha un ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. La mia camera aveva un letto matrimoniale ed un letto supplementare per mia figlia uno schermo lcd ed un bagno con vasca e bidet. Se si vuole modificare la temperatura interna della camera bisogna lasciare un deposito di 10 sterline per avere un telecomando. La colazione per noi italiani è perfetta in quanto ci sono cornetti, pan raisin (cornetti all'uvetta grandi e piccoli) saccottini al cioccolato, panini,nutella (proprio nutella) marmellate,yougurt e pane da tostare. Se cercate la colazione inglese dovete pagare un supplemento perchè di salato è presente solo il prosciutto cotto. L'hotel si trova in zona 3 ed è a 15 minuti a piedi dalla metro (ma c'è il bus 48 che passa ogni 10 minuti e vi lascia sotto l'hotel). In 30 minuti si è in pieno centro. Se dovete passare pochi giorni a Londra forse non è l'ideale ma per chi deve passare una settimana come abbiamo fatto noi è consigliabile

In generale tutto bene per me posizione ottimale sia come autobus che come metropolitana. Per quanto riguarda la stanza c'erano armadi piccolissimi ci si deve adattare.Buona colazione e molti giovani, dunque alla sera c'era parecchio movimento.

"Great place at expedia rates"

"Ok for a quick commute into North London"
20 /30 mins into Norh London by car and situated just off the A41 make this a good place to stay. Food is good and not at all expensive, ask of a room in the garden area. These tend to be the nicer rooms and are away from the road.This is a small and older Hotel but well run by helpful staff and meets all the needs of a overnight on businessRecensioni obiettive Hotels.com
"Very Tired and in need of a lot of TLC"
The initial impression of the hotel and gardens was lovely, it was only as we were going to our room the tiredness of the place became apparent. We had to walk up rusty, scruffy outside stairs to get or our room and the room itself was disappointing. The paintwork was badly chipped and the paint on the window frames was peeling. The beds were not inviting, […] they were quite low and the bedding was uninspiring. The shower had about 10 jets of water coming out although it was lovely and hot. However, we slept reasonably well and that was all we needed the room for as we were spending all our time with our daughter who lived nearby, so it fulfilled our requirements. "In need of a refurb"
There is much to commend the hotel but I think it is in need of refurbishment now. There is plenty of parking. The room was nice and warm, the food was satisfactory and the service was friendly. However, the room was disappointing. Although it was clean, with fluffy towels and a nice bed, there were aspects that were in need of attention. "Satisfied customer"
We had a friendly welcome from the receptionist. All staff were very willing to help. Nothing was too much trouble. The food and accommodation were very satisfactory. We attended a wedding therefore many guests for the staff to cope with.Recensioni obiettive degli ospiti Expedia
"Bobsleigh Hotel Hemel Hempstead"
We used this hotel as a start to our honeymoon and I have to say that although the accommodation was slightly lacking the staff and service were second to none. The room was warm and we couldn't open the window enough. We asked to book the Restaurant for 1900 dinner and was told it was fully booked and we could have 1745. We arrived at 1735 and the restaurant was empty bar another table. The staff were very slow and we were sure the chef had gone to sleep. "lacks atmosphere and TV didn't work!"
A pretty hotel in a beautiful part of England. But despite teh surroundings the hotel alcked a buzz. So If you want dead quiet this is the place for you - eerily quiet. Staf were pleasant enough though it could have been a slightly warmer welcome on Reception when I arrived. Room was clean and well appointed - except the TV didn't work. We were not at all happy here there were cobwebs everywhere. The shower was mouldy a cracked shower tray leaking tap which meant the towel for standing was soaking wet the room smelt damp. On arrival we were asked to go up the fire escape stairs as there was a wedding taking place. The restaurant was very expensive and no breakfast included. "Friendly welcome"
