Unico inconveniente l'assenza del segnale WI-FI all'interno delle stanze ma presente nelle aree comuni.

"Hotel dall'ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo"
Soggiorno dal 15 al 18 nov 2012 (2 adulti+1 bambino). L'hotel è situato in una zona tranquilla e silenziosa, a circa 200mt dalla fermata metropolitana, con 3 fermate si arriva al centro, con 1 fermata al Prater. Le camere sono spaziosissime (30 mq!!!), ben insonorizzate, dotate di doccia + vasca, e perfino di forno microonde (ottimo per farsi un té […] o caffé - occorrente offerto dall'hotel - o per scaldare, a qualsiasi ora, il latte per il biberon del bebé). Internet è illimitato gratis sia in camera che nella hall! La colazione è di buona qualità e variegata: soddisfa ogni esigenza. C'è anche la palestra. La collocazione dell' Hotel è in una zona di uffici facilmente raggiungibile in auto. Buona possibilità di parcheggio. la stazione della metropolitana è vicinissima all' hotel e in quattro fermate si arriva in centro a Vienna. La zona è tranquilla (per quanto abbiamo potuto costatare nel week end) La camera è molto ampia. ottimo il WI FI gratuito comodo […] il forno a Microonde e la scaldaacqua elettrica. nella Hall ci sono macchinette che vendono dei primi che possono essere scaldati a microonde e consumati in camera. Buona sistemazione per tutta la famiglia. In due adulti e due bambini si sta abbastanza comodi. Le suite room sono accoglienti e sufficientemente spaziose (bagno con doccia e vasca + locale wc). Buona la possibilità di connessione ad internet. Ricordo l'opportunità di portare con sè un riduttore per le prese di corrente, da quella usualmente utilizzata […] in Italia a quella tipica del Nord Europa. Oltre al frigo vi è un forno micronde. A pochi passi vi è la metropolitana, davvero agevole muoversi poi con i mezzi pubblici e la Wien card. Supermercato sotto casa (quartiere fieristico). Nota: il garage interno è a pagamento. "OK room, but poor services"
I stayed four nioghts in this hotel and am not pareticularly satisfied. The room was quite nice, but nothing worked in this hotel. The refridgerator in my room did not work. They fixed it the second day, but next day it stopped working again. I had brought some drinks and food that got warm and almost destroyed. They also boast about free multimedia […] in the room, but the system did not work (e.g. movie on demand, different TV-channels etc). The Wi-fi was slow and useless - not even good for checking e-mails etc. The last day, also the air-condition stopped working and the temperature in the room became unpleasant. The staff at the hotel said they were sorry, but did not do anything to fix the problems (the fridge was fixed and remained working for half a day....). The last day I did not get the room cleaned because I was in the room when they came to clean the room, and they did not have time to come back later. Glasses, cups and cutlery was all plastic and disposable and I guess this is not good in these days of environmental focus. For a hotel in this price range, I expect more, so I would advice against booking at this hotel. Good, spacious rooms. Well-maintained facilities. Located with easy access to main tourist destinations via U, which is less than 50 meters from the hotel. We called from the airport for directions. We were told the wrong platform so we started the trip with a scenic ride through the Vienna countryside. Once we turned around, we found the place without problem. The hotel is not in the prettiest or most happening part of the city but it is 1 block from the subway, which gets you everywhere. The staff is exceptional, full of wonderful information (and patience) to get you where you want to go. The breakfast was awesome- spend a few extra dollars to start your day off right! The room was nice and spacious for our family (we had 4- in a double and 2 twins). Bathroom and toilet are separate areas, which is nice. Also, shower and tub are separate which is nice too. Great place to stay. The location is about 100m from Vogarten Strasse on the U1 subway. The rooms were well appointed. Free movies on the TV. Free wireless internet. "Good value for the money"
We've stay in the hotel for two nights during our family trip to Austria. Nice hotel, located next to the subway station, three stops from the city center. Breakfast is fine, ladies working on reception are very nice and helpful. I would definitely recommend it for short city vacation or business trip.Recensioni obiettive Hotels.com

"A very good hotel for the money paid."
We managed to find a good deal, for a double bed plus a single one(3 persons) including the breakfast. Room was very clean and quite due to the fact that was facing the internal courtyard, eventhough I think wouldn't matter as the hotel is located on a quiet street. The AC was powerful enough to cool the room. The WiFi was good enough, however I was […] using the cable. Breakfast had the same choices, however for 3 days would not matter, to have a different choice everyday. Overall was a very pleasant stay, easy access to Underground, close to a grocery store, if needed. I would consider this hotel for a future visit in Vienna. "Ok but not great, service sucks"
Hotel itself was not bad. Location is decent, close to the subway which can get you anywhere. The building seemed fairly well kept up. However, when we plugged in the phone charger, with the proper power converter, the fuse blew out and fried the phone charger and the power went out in the entire room. When I went down to tell the front desk, they were […] familiar with this problem as it happened before and new exactly how to fix it. They reset the circuits and the power came back. The problem was that they didn't really do anything about the charger. They said it wasn't a hotel problem and gave us an insurance form to fill out. They asked us to write out the problem in detail and give our bank information so that they could send it to the insurance company. They said it was up to the insurance company and we would likely not get our money back because this would be hard to prove. We decided it was not worth the hassle not to fill out the form and give the bank information for $50. They also seemed to not care that the fuses kept blowing out and frying customers electronics. Great hotel for the price. Get a nice large queen bed with desk and great walk in shower and seperate tub. Very cleaned and free wifi was a nice bonus. Only thing is its bit outside of the main city downtown but only 10min subway ride (the station is just across the street and was very safe at night to take). Only annoying thing was they had no iron […] available to use for one of the days there as they only have 4 in total which were all out. I have a very pleasant stay at the hotel. The breakfast is nice, the room is very modern and spacious, the kitchen corner and the laundery room is a bliss. The hotel in actuality is about 7 miles away from anything you will want to see in Vienna, but the saving grace is that from this hotel, you can catch a 5 min underground into the center. It is so easy to navigate Vienna, and the hotel is Super close to one of the stations on the U-Bahn. The hotel was nice, but nothing too special.
