"Superb Weekend"
We have been coming to Splash Lagoon for years but never stayed at any of the adjoining hotels. We were pleasantly surprised by the large rooms and great breakfast selection. Further, we brought along guests and the accommodations were more than adequate to meet our needs. We will definitely consider booking with this hotel again!

Stayed there two nights to do some local shopping and some fine dinning with my wife. Room was very clean. We had a wonderful stay and felt comfortable staying there. We will return as we liked location. Big plus is the wonderful selection for breakfast! Big plus to start your day!
We didn't have time to go to the indoor water park, so we should have stayed at one of the nearby hotels. This one was crowded with young overly excited people and the elevator was to slow to accomodate the guests.
We had a handicappe room and we were not handicappe but we love our room because of how spaciuos it was. The beds wre very confortableand the room was clean. The continental breakfast was an excellent variety of food. I recommend the hotel to anyone. We will coom back next year.
The staff were courteous and helpful. I asked for an hour extension to check out time but was told i will have to pay if my delay is more than 30 minutes. The check-in time is too far in & the check-out time is way too early. Our room was noisy - morning & night. Very close to the Splash Lagoon, on the 2nd floor. "Had a Bachelorette Party.."
I rented 2 rooms for a Bachelorette Party. The rooms were great, more spacious than I thought. The jetted tub was huge. We didn't get a chance to use it though. Everything was great. The hotel was completely booked that night so breakfast wasn't great the next day but I didn't expect it to be either. The only complaint is that we were on the 5th floor […] and even though there was air conditioning, the room stayed pretty hot. It was 76 degrees when we walked in at 4pm and pretty much stayed around that despite us leaving it on all day and night. But it was a great stay, nonetheless. Continua a leggere
They only thing missing was a pool inside the hotel.

Clean and easy to find. Staff was cordial and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Parking was a bit distant as the hotel was busy ,but a better than average place to stay.

The only reason they got a 3 on cleanliness is because they had a pretzel or two in the sofa bed couch when we pulled it out. Other than that me and my spouse had a great time.

Everything was great until we went down for breakfast around 9:00. Lots of people in the dining room. There was nothing to eat except coffee and mini blueberry muffins. My son and I were very satisfied with the hotel.This is our 3rd time staying at this hotel.We were comfortable and everyone was very polite and helpful.
The breakfast was disappointing, there was no fresh fruit they ran out of a lot of food by 1030 when breakfast was on until 11. The workout room was a disappointment compared to other holiday inn express' that i have stayed in. the room was nice and staff was friendly

Great for kids. Only px skateboarders out side until all hours. A kids suite next to our room, must have been awake until late jumping on beds/very loud.

"Hotel needs updating."
This Hotel is in much need for updating. Moldy bathroom. Carpets and beds badly need replacing. The Hotel offers a wonderful breakfest and is close to everything. Great for kids being beside Splash Lagoon.
Needs wireless interenet in the room, not just the lobby.

Our king size bed room was very spacious and the bed was very confortable. It smelled like smoke no matter how much body spray I used even though it was a non-smoking room. Excellent choice for the value.
"This Hotel was a perfect fit for us."
There was 6 of us 3 adults and 3 children. The room was very comfortable and very clean. It was within 15 minutes of everything we had planned. We would go back again without a doubt.
Just wish this hotel would have an earlier check in 4:00 pm is a late check in.

We were quite surprised....what a huge room! This was the largest Holiday Inn room we've ever seen.

Breakfast bar was not kept up. They should watch and have things ready when something runs out. Everything was running out and no comments made that they even knew about it. I know large groups came in waves, but there are two sides for the breakfast bar and a hotel that is attached to a water park for families should have been equipped to handle large […] numbers at breakfast. Our numbers weren't even that large and everything was running out.
