"Holidayn Inn Express & Suites - Halea Corners, WI"
Hotel & staff were great. One problem, they charged me twice for the room! I called & manager said they would credit the charge, but 3 days later the charges still there. I'll be calling again.

The motel was great, the desk knew what they were doing and were very friendly. Although there was new carpet being put down on another floor you would not know of the construction. Very quiet and accommodating. Breakfast was best you could hope for. Great place!

This is a great place to stay if you are visiting the Milwaukee area. Just far enough outside the city to still commute. Several places to eat and a Target across the street. The breakfast cinnamon rolls are superb!

Ok hotel. Clearly an older hotel "renovated" to be a little more up to date. Staff was nice and accommodations were k as well. Not our favorite however.

"Hotel in New Berlin, WI"
This was an excellent hotel. The king size bed was wonderful. I would highly recommend this hotel! The breakfast was great - bacon, eggs, biscuits, gravy, cereal, toast, bagels, juice, milk, etc. AWESOME!
"good for the money-great staff"
my wife and i stayed at this hotel and found our experience to be quite good. clean room. great breakfast and the staff was excellent. we were on our way to a brewers game and the front desk clerk was very helpful in offering us directions to and from the park and also had some helpful dining hints for us. we were very satisfied and would most likely […] stay here again. "Nice Hotel - Close to Wedding but not much else"
Very nice hotel. The staff was very personable and outgoing. There wasn't anything that delivered to the hotel after hours. Pizza places said that it was too far of a drive. Pack food is our suggestion.

"nice and clean"
We enjoyed staying at this hotel on our way to Chicago. Nice to have the extra room with the sofabed. Very clean.

"Good Value"

"The Worst Customer Service Ever"
The worst customer service ever! I am a business traveler who spends about 14 nights a month in a hotel. The hotel was nice, good breakfast, nice exercise room and pool. But the receptionists were disinterested and in some cases ignored guests. I walked past the front desk 4 times one morning and the receptionist never looked up from computer once. […] She was not on the phone. The maid did not finish cleaning my room one night. The towels were changed out and bed made, but nothing was cleaned. I called the front desk and was told "they would look into it". No offer to have the cleaning completed. Won't be back. Continua a leggere
"Best shower around and yummy cinnamon rolls"
Admittedly, we booked this hotel for their cinnamon rolls but they do have great showerheads for a shower like you would get at home. The distance from Summerfest is a bit far. I would have preferred to find one closer to the downtown area but the park and ride is not too far. The beds are very comfy.
