Ho soggiornato due notti nell'hotel e mi sono trovata benissimo. Il personale è molto gentile ed i servizi non mancano. Molto comodo il parcheggio gratuito, visto che la posizione dell'albergo è periferica, ma si trova in un punto strategico per vari spostamenti. La colazione è ricca, abbondante ed è tutto molto buono! Se ritornerò a Roma riprenderò in considerazione questo albergo per i miei spostamenti!!!

Stanze pulite, moderne e confortevole bensì la struttura sia un campeggio. La posizione non è male infatti dista soli 10 minuti dal centro...buon compromesso per chi cerca una vacanza da spendere tra città e relax.

La posizione dell'Hotel non è comoda, in quanto abbastanza distante dalla metro, soprattutto se si viaggia con i bambini. Buona risulta la pulizia delle camere e i servizi dell'hotel, come del resto la gentilezza e disponibilità del personale. Per quanto riguarda la colazione, ottimi sono i cornetti, il resto è discreto.
Posizione.
Il Radisson BLU es. Hotel è strategicamente posizionato nel cuore di Roma e si trova in prossimità delle più interessanti attrazioni storico-culturali della Capitale (15 minuti a piedi dal Colosseo e dai Fori Imperiali; 10 minuti di taxi da Piazza di Spagna, Via Veneto, Vaticano). La sua location presso la stazione Centrale è ideale per chi viaggia in aereo grazie all’accesso immediato al treno espresso che in 30 minuti collega Termini all’aeroporto di Fiumicino (partenza ogni 30 min.).

La stazione centrale di Roma Termini è la porta di ingresso alla città dall'aeroporto di Roma Fiumicino e anche un imponente esempio di architettura moderna. Nell'area compresa tra la stazione e la modaiola via Veneto si trovano numerosi luoghi interessanti da visitare. Il magnifico edificio barocco di Palazzo Barberini, il complesso termale più grande della città delle terme di Diocleziano, la chiesa di Santa Maria della Concezione con la sua alquanto insolita cripta dei Cappuccini.

E' un 5 stelle soltanto per il personale, sempre efficiente e cortese. Se avete la sciagura di una camera che affaccia sul lato stazione, dite addio al sonno. Le finestre non sono insonorizzate e la sveglia è alle 5 con i primi treni. "Rome- Radisson Blu hotel- termini station"
This hotel is totally not worth 5 star!! Bad services and slow response ever. Firstly, we find ants over the desk n the toilet. We complained n we can only able to change room on the next day. Secondly, this is very hard to get a hold with the reception from the room as their phone always no one pick up. Thirdly, we request the water boiler at the reception. […] They advised the room service will deliver to our room. We wait for an hour without receiving it. We called the room service and they told us they can't send us a water boiler but only hot water. "Modern upscale hotel lacking some basic upkeep."
We booked this hotel because on the web it looks beautiful and presents very well. The added perks of a rooftop pool and the proximity to the Roma Termini also helped sell it. Once we got to the hotel however, the neighbourhood around the hotel seemed pretty sketchy...there's a community/homeless/immigration center right across the parking lot in which […] people tend to hang around. The room was comfortable and modern, however it seemed like it was lacking some basic upkeep. Wooden floor boards (unusual) were warped and looked worn. Shelving systems and other furniture could have been in better shape and the TV was cracked, not that those things really matter but it just showed that there was a lack of care for the rooms. "where's the bath!"
For what we paid for 3 nights we thought The Radisson Blu was VERY expensive. The standard room wasn't too our liking, no wardobe, no bath, just a bit TOO modern for us. Paid an additional sum for a room upgarde, next room very comfortable, but at what cost??!! Didn't care for the location at all, walking back to the hotel late after an evening out […] we really felt like we were in the "wrong" part of town. Having said that,we didn't have any trouble, but it certainly felt possible. Overall experience was one of disappointment, felt very overcharged. This is a great hotel if you would like to be out of the hustle of Rome. It is very different for standard Italian hotel. Service of front desk is very good, pool and fitness/spa very nice. Rooms are of standard size very clean and good bed. The shower is shocking, on check out i was informed they are fixing this issue. The staff upon entering the hotel was not friendly, I had to ask if I was even in the right place. Was not impressed with this hotel at all. They pride themselves on "saying yes to the customer", but yet I heard the word "no" a lot. The standard of the room was poor. Sockets were hanging off the wall, the paint job was shoddy and overall it was lacking. Ideal location if you'd like to stay close to the train station. Otherwise, the neighborhood is fairly unpleasant. Don't buy into the swimming pool. It is not a sports facility but rather an entertainment on the roof between two restaurants. The gym is far too small and has no day light. The sauna and jacuzzi are of good quality.

A great place to stay, right next to the main train and metro station although be sure to ask for a room to the front of the hotel because if you are in a room facing the train station it is very hard to sleep. When we searched on line for a Hotel this one said centrally located, 5 stars. The lobby looked promising. Our room looked like it had not been updated for a long while. The tub filled with water and would not drain. We ordered a movie and waited an hour and then another hour for help to come. Ordered room service for dinner, my cheese burger smelled […] terrible and tasted worse . It was sent back. My adult daughter's mattress had a large dark stain with no mattress pad covering the mattress, just a sheet. We could see the stain immediately and we were horrified. "Needs fixing"
The rooms are in need of an overhaul. There are marks and paint drops, drawers that do not close, lightbulbs missing, faint odors and broken fixtures. "Radisson Blu, more like a b and b in Blackpool"
This was an awful hotel. As a regular guest at radisson I would strongly advise people to stay well clear. Faults left right and centre having to move 3 times in 3 days due to low standards of room. To finish off the holiday the maid walked in without even a knock. Needless to say I was not presentable for any guests. "Great location and pool"
Was a great stay very helpfull short walk from trains and tour bus pick up. Great cocktails by the pool.
Very conveniently located next to Termini. The neighborhood is a bit dicey late at night. The hotel is ultra modern and staff was very pleasant. The only strange thing was the shower in the bathroom -- it had no curtain and left the water all over the floor.like a little flood that took very long to drain. Could not understand the motivation behind […] the design of this bathroom. Also we did not get our wake up call..luckiy we did not depend on it. "The Hotel Radisson Blu Italy"
This hotel was extremely comfortable and the staff are very friendly. The room are large and comfortable. The shower is inside the room rather than being in a separate area so that can be an issue for friends sharing a room. It is an excellent place to stay and I highly recommend it.

Hotel was in a dodgy area which I knew so that wasn’t a surprise. Just have to be extra careful at night. I had a problem with the electricity in my room keep going off on one of the nights. I called the reception and the receptionist was extremely rude saying she couldn’t understand me, so as I spoke Italian I said the same thing in Italian and she […] just told me not to worry it would be back on. It didn’t come back on and when I left the room to go out for the evening I was told it was a problem across the hotel and they were working on it. I don't know why I couldn’t have been told that to start with. The pool on the roof was a lovely idea. Albeit was a little tatty and the pool itself was a little dirty. I found the pool assistant to be fairly unhelpful but not so surprisingly more helpful towards the Italian guests. I had my things taken away from my sun bed when I was sitting across at the bar for lunch. I’d literally just left to get a drink! Very unhelpful. The bar food was over priced for what it was. I had the gnochetti and it was undercooked and was really basic. The Spa side of things was lovely…nice area to rest and take a work out. I would recommend this hotel but only if there were any special offers on as its way overpriced otherwise, but I guess you pay for the location. Continua a leggere
"Radisson Blu Hotel Rome - HORRIBLE"
This was our last 3 nights in Rome towards the end of our honeymoon. The only convenience was that it was close to the disgusting train station. The first question we and other guests we spoke to all asked was "where are all the Italians". This hotel, although nice enough, is not at all worth the price for the rest of the experience. After finding some […] things broken we headed to the roof top bar for a horribly over-priced drink. We couldn't get anyone to wait on us after being there for 20 minutes. Having worked in a restaurant I would understand if they were busy. With 3 waiters and only 8 tables of a couple this was not at all the case. We then headed back to our damaged room more disappointed and still thirsty. After showering and settling in we found several things broken in our 2nd room. They did then make up for it by moving us to the top floor w/ a balcony. The inside court yard is nothing to look at and the pictures with all the pretty lights was never something we saw. The pool didn't look anything like what they show on their website either. After getting into our 2nd room we thought we would try the bar again. Nothing different, 25 minutes later and we finally got to order. To make things worse this hotel is NOWHERE near anything. After seeing such good reviews we thought we could deal with that and walk. We did walk to the sights but we had to go through such horribly dirty areas we could not have been more disgusted in this part of Rome. Efficient check-in, hotel was just outside the train station, which was great & at a walkable distance to Colosseum. Breakfast horrendously expensive, nice pool and jacuzzi area on the roof.. Showers in the rooms rather smaller than expected..

One positive: This hotel is literally across the street from the lower-level entry to the Termini train station, so it's super convenient for those arriving by the Leonardo Express train from the airport on track 25. However, the neighborhood immediately surrounding the hotel is poorly lit at night and has no restaurants or nightlife, so I would not […] recommend it for women traveling alone. The lights in the room are confusing - you have to insert your room-key in a slot adjacent to the front door to get power to anything in the room. If you want a non-smoking room, make sure to request a room on the 3rd floor ONLY. We got a "non-smoking" room on the 5th floor, but at midnight our room filled with so much cigarette smoke from another room across the hall that it was uninhabitable (all rooms on each floor share a common A/C system, so anyone smoking on your floor will cause your room to fill with smoke, too). We also disliked the frosted glass walls/doors for the bathroom area, as it allows your travel mate to see you sitting on the toilet - a little privacy is always appreciated. It boasts less than a minute walk to Termini's Leonardo Davinci train to the airport through side portal diagonally across from the hotel's rear entrance. the hotel is set next to the main train station in rome which you would think is really noisy. However the rooms are so well sound proofed that you wouldn't even know it was there. The rooms are extremely modern and well designed and suprisingly comfy too. Great Location if you want to travel around and from Rome to other cities as it's next to Rome main train/ metro station . Vi bestilte et radison hotel fordi vi ville ha luxus. Fik intet. Hotellet var ikke holdt i orden. Beskidt. Alle penge på hotellet var brugt til at bygge et flot ingang. Værelser var ikke i orden. Ayant travaillé dans l'hôtellerie de luxe, je ne comprends pas comment cet hôtel fait pour garder ses 4 étoiles. Accueil très désagréable, salle de bain dans un état déplorable (joints noirs, douche ne fonctionne pas, baignoire écaillée), liseuse et rideau de la chambre cassés, porte de la chambre très difficile à ouvrir... Nous avons demandé à changer […] de chambre pour en trouver une nouvelle avec la douche toujours cassée. 26€ le petit déjeuner, c'est volé. Jus de fruits allongé à l'eau, pain sec... Kedelig og uinspirende morgenmadsbuffet. Juicen var ikke friskpresset, frugt fra dåse, slasket bacon og kolde tørre, pandekager er bare ikke i orden på et 4 stjernet hotel som dette...ellers var det fint og meget venlig og servieminded personale.

"Underbar pool"
Poolen på våning 7 var underbar. Fräsch och inte för mycket folk. Däremot låg hotellet på en tråkig bakgata långt från de mysigaste restaurangerna och gatorna. Man kan inte få allt med detta hotellet, men mycket. Överlag är jag nöjd med min vistelse.

Ligger bra vid centralstationen. Uselt med parkering (fick ingen hjälp av hotellet, utan fick snurra runt och vänta på "vår tur" innan det blev en plats ledig i p-hus, som ligger bakom hotellet) Tog lång tid att checka in. Frukosten ingick ej i priset! Vi fick betala dyra pengar fr den, sonen (10 år) fick dock käka gratis. Men rummet (en juniorsvit) […] var fin, stor och fräsch. Hotellet är tyvärr väldigt slitet och städningen var det sisådär med. Inte det trevligaste kvarteret heller. Väldigt fin pool på taket dock

"Hotel Radison nära till allt men ändåså långt bort"
Vi va i Rom 5 dagar och tyckte att allt vara bra utom en sak.. Radisson ligger i ett område nära centralen där det bor mycket missbrukare och annat folk. Detta gjorde att man inte kände sig 100% säkert....
"Känns inte riktigt som fem stjärnor"
Spa-avdelningen och bassängen på taket var fantastisk. Rummen var rena och fräscha, men hotellet kändes väldigt anonymt. Hotellpersonalen var inte riktigt på hugget, exempelvis var det omöjligt för dem att få fram ett strykjärn. Om du vill betala för frukost någon dag så är det inte speciellt prisvärt, motsvarande 250 kr...

Infraestrutura ótima do Hotel, quarto bem planejado, bom café da manhã. Entretanto se você pegar um quarto virado para a estação você passará o tempó todo ouvindo barulho de trilhos, buzinas e anuncios da estação... a vizinhança acompanha o clima de estação rodoviária, com muitos imigrantes, ruas escuras e sujas.
