"Perfect overnight stay on I-40"
This was a perfect place to stay on our trip from AZ to IL. We've stayed many times in Amarillo but really don't care for the city. Shamrock was much nicer and greater value for our dollars. The hotel employees were very friendly and helpful. Our room was great with a fridge which kept our cooler food and drinks cold overnight. I wish we would have […] had time to use the pool - it looked great. The breakfast was good - the space was very small and crowded for a hotel of this size. There were only about 5 tables and the food area was too close to the tables, people were bumping into each other. But overall, a great place to stay. Will definitely stay again on our trips to AZ.
