Airport pick-up was slow, had to wait 20min for them to get sorted. Hotel check-in was slow, room was changed to a smaller one Room was noisy, beside some extraction chimney Service was slow, had to chase them several times to speed up

This hotel charged my credit card by mistake even though room was pre-paid by hotels.com. Even though they accepted it was a mistake, and snce the reservaton manager was not around to proof I had a reservation with hotels.com (I provided a copy of my reservation voucher and number!!!), they proceed to charge my credit card. Management did not take ownership […] to refund the money. Several e-mails back and forth and pretty much they stole my money. Not a cheap hotel (one of the most expensive in the country) and you would expect great service, which was not the case. Hotels.com had to help and jump in but they also struggled trying to get in contact or responses of the management team. We had to chase them via e-mails and the managers were just not helpful at all. The responses were poor. OVERRATED, VERY EXPENSIVE FOR WHAT IT IS, and TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT SERVICE & BILLING. I have traveled for work and pleasure to several 5 star hotels in around 100 countries all over the world. This is by far the worst experience ever and felt helpless. During my occupancy (10 nights), several times both elevators were damaged. The wireless connection of net also not available in most of the rooms. It is expected to have construction works to improve the quality of the service.

Free upgrade to a top floor appartment with an amazing view. Excellent breakfast. Lovely pool area but sadly didn't have enough time to make full use of it due to flight times. Great service and would definitely stay again.

Breakfast is served from 6.30am but we had to depart at 6am. There was no flexibility on us accessing breakfast earlier despite having already paid for it. Not a good service.

Good hotel with friendly staff and good service. The hotel itself is fairly old! lifts were problematic for especially stayinng on the 10th floor.

Near cultural sites, friendly area and museums and other interesting places to tour ound the area. A short taxi-drive from the more active restaurant-areas, if you would´nt walk around in the area. Or swim in the hoyel-pool in direct kontact with hotelbar and restaurant.

Only stayed one evening, we were 2 and checked in at around midnight, it was quick. I parked my car full with camping gear in the parking lot with an all night guard on watch. o hotel rovuma não tem nada haver com os hoteis que o grupo Pestana nos tem habituado,lamentando pelo mesmo!!!!

Weit entfernt von 4 Sternen. Insbesondere als Geschäftshotel keinesfalls zu empfehlen, da es kein Businesszentrum gibt, in der dafür vorgesehenen der Drucker nicht funktioniert, der Internetanschluss nur sehr begrenzt genutzt werden kann und zuweilen auch keine Telefongespräche geführt werden konnten.

The room was clean( but old), and breakfast was more delicious than I had expected. Staffs were very kind , and I was truly grateful to them. But this hotel is noncharacteristic ,and neither good nor bad.

Hotel is very good. We enjoy our stay. I think this is the best hotel in Maputo.

Os quartos de fundos são pequenos e com vista ruim. Os de frente tem vista para a catedral e são mais espaçosos. A internet é gratuira, mas tem uso limitado. É preciso solicitar uma nova senha cada vez que se atinge 50 MB de tráfego. O café da manhã é bom. Minibar no quarto somente sob solicitação. The front rooms have views of the cathedral and are more spacious. The internet is free but has limited use. You must request a new password every time it reaches 50 MB of traffic.
