Knights Inn Poconos/Bartonsville Bartonsville

First, my "customer service" experience was ridiculous. I wanted to book online, where it said the only room left was smoking. I called to confirm that, wanting a non-smoking room. It was confirmed and I said I'll take it. First, I was told the price was higher, and he wouldn't match the online rate, THEN I was told I had to book 2 nights minimum since […] this was a "popular" weekend and the rules changed! I naturally booked the 1 night online at the lower rate, and called to confirm prior to my trip. The room was "nonsmoking" but in this kind of place, no one really cares. The bed was TERRIBLE! My wife and I stayed at this hotel due to an unexpected death in the family. It was the cheapest option, which is why we chose it. The room was small but not a closet. The full-sized bed was a little better than sleeping on the ground. The microwave did not work and only made beeping noises when plugged in. The toilet was inconveniently right next to (parallel) the wall so it could not be properly sat on. For our purposes, paying as little as possible was the goal. This is the worst motel I have ever stayed.

it was a dirty place to live.i will never go back to that hotel again.

this was a convenient location for us but it definitely needs some up grading as far as furnishings, should supply coffee pots in rooms and beds definitely need to be up graded. customer service was great , quality of the room could be better.

The first night at the hotel was fine. The second night (after they supposedly cleaned my room) was horrible. My son kept telling me he was itchy and I thought it was from the chlorine at the water park because when I checked the beds Thursday night they were ok. I woke up Saturday morning at 5 am went into the bathroom and my legs were covered in FLEAS. […] I moved the covers from the bed and my bed was loaded with them. I checked my son's bed and his bed had them. I told the manager and he asked me if I brought them with me. Who would bring fleas with them, especially not even having a pet at home. II moved to a different room, asked for some sort of credit and he told me changing my room was a credit. For the $$$ I paid per night, I wasn't expecting to be sleeping with fleas. THS IS NOT A HOTEL ITS A MOTEL

This knights inn was an excellent value fo the price. The room was clean and comfortable. I was looking for a bed and a shower for a simple night's stay. This facility provided that well and was very budget friendly.

I was very dissapointed and not pleased to say the least as to the physical condition of the hotel as well as the room accomodations, it's appearance and comfort. This Hotel was way overpriced only because of the NASCAR event during the weekend in question.

Not the best but not the worst. Not the cleanest but not filthy or smelly. Spider webs in the bathroon ceiling corners (I guess that's good because they eat the other insects) Free contintenal bkfst was coffee, OJ, and gross packaged muffins and "honey-buns". Bathroom floor was sticky, or maybe that was my sneakers. But really easy to find.

I was very pleased with my stay at the knghts inn. when i got there the lady at the front desk was friendly and helpful. the room was perfect. you get what you are paying for at this hotel. we were loking for a place to sleep close to camelback mtn that would not break the bank. we were very close to all the attractions in the poconos and we did not […] have to pay a premium price. if i brng my family back to ski i would def stay there again. i recommend this place to anyone looking for a cheap place to crash after a long day of skiing Continua a leggere

the room was clean. the end. the room was smaller than my bedroom at home. when you flushed the toilet, it screamed- literally and it lasted for 2 minutes after every flush. needless to say- we only flushed when it was absolutely necessary. it was right off the main road so you could hear traffic and people walking by all night long. it just wasn't […] a place that people kept up with. The bathroom was very dirty, not to mention the tub and sink. The doors are chipped and I would not recommend this place to anyone. I was so ashamed that I had my parents stay in a place like that.

Walked into the hotel room door and I was faced with thick spider webs, strong mildew odor (stronger if the air conditioner is on), used and dirty bedspreads, leaky toilet, sink almost falling off the wall, and dingy towels. No muy limpio. Desayuno Continental : vaya mentira !!!, unos vasos de plastico para ponerte un cafe q no nos atrevimnos a probar con unos muffins de dudoso aspecto , todo en la recepcion en 1 metro cuadrado.. No engañeis por favor.
