Emerald Suites South - Las Vegas Boulevard Las Vegas

Im very picky,and all I could say is that these folks were very nice and gave me whatever I asked for,including checking in. Even my friendz liked them. Recommend this motel evertime. 5 stars

We checked in late and had a third floor suite. No elevator and at our age it was not at all an easy climb. Got a ho-hum attitude from receptionist. Guess for the price can't complain, but would look for something a bit newer and some amenities.

The room was clean and comfortable as always!

The smell in the rooms where quite bad possibly to the carpets or the fact that they let people smoke in the rooms and them try and sell you the room as a non smoking room I know this because they tried to hide the smell with such a strong deodorant that it was palatable, all in all very poor!!!!

Emerald suites were adequate for our needs during our 6 day stay. we used the kitchen on regular basis however we were advised that they were no longer providing pots/pans. The swimming pool was close & clean we used it daily. we would recommend ths facility as being very reasonable & in a good location in south las Vegas

I have stayed at Emerald Suites before and I like what it offers, however they had ROACHES and I called for but spray and they never came - I just bought my own and killed about 15 roaches during my stay. This hotel is very nice but not fancy. Good price and location. Rooms are clean and comfortable.

Comfortable, great for families and a dog. Nothing fancy but fine. Would stay there again for quick trip to LV.

Although they advertise kitchens, I had very few pots and dishes. The front desk, initially said that they don't supply them any longer, but they did find them for me and I commented to as manager that most people would expect a few dishes with a kitchenette. They helped me out anyway.

I had the most unpleasant experience of my life... THIS HOTEL RENT ROOMS TO THE PEOPLE LONG TERMS THEY DON'T HAVE CONTROL OF THAT PEOPLE .. WE CAN'T ENJOY OUR STAY SAFE ...NO SECURITY GUARD , NO CONTROL OF THE PEOPLE, PEOPLE COME IN & OUT, ​​PEOPLE WALKING AROUND THE BUILDING TAKING AND MAKING NOISE, THIS IS THE WORST HOTEL IN LA VEGAS

After reading the reviews on the Emerald Suites my wife and I decided to take a chance on staying here. We did how ever call ahead to tell them that we would like a updated room based on the reviews we read. The room we received was a below average room . The bathroom was absolutely filthy and I let the front desk know. The bed was so old I check it […] for bed bugs(lucky for us there was none).I would not stay here again and would recommend to others to look at different accommodations. I like space and the ability to cook or at least have a microwave, so this was great for a 4 night stay, and Emerald Suites is better, providing a stove & oven. So, GREAT value for $$. We only had to stay in Vegas for a night so we thought we'd save a little. But it's true what they say, you get what you pay for. We checked in at midnight and the air was off when we entered the room. We naturally turned the AC to full and went to bed within an hour. The bedroom never got cool because the AC unit was in the main room. There was a […] fan in the wall to bring air into the bedroom but DID NOT WORK! We let the front desk know but there was nothing they could do. We tried to sleep in the bedroom but it was like an oven. We resorted to sleeping on the floor of the main room. Might as well have slept on concrete. The worst night and stay of our life. And we've been to many places. Not worth it even for 8 hours. the hotel sucks!!!

Was the worst place my family ever stayed at. The airconditioner did not work or the in room safe. There was no shower curtain when phoned the front desk, she told us just put towels on the floor. The toilet seat was not secured, The room smelled very bad. at check out she just said oh thats too bad you did not like your stay.

This year our room was full of bugs in the kitchen area especially, but also on the walls of the living room. Saw none in the bedroom or bathroom. Otherwise the hotel is excellent for it's amenities and I especially enjoy a fully functional kitchen. Last year I was there in winter, this time in summer. Inexpensive, reasonable rooms, full refrigerator/freezer - made ice for camping trip, very nice pool, met our needs for 3-day conference, neg: funky electronic room key with $10 deposit, long stairs to room.

I am writing this review because the previous reviews were instrumental in picking this hotel. Since they were very mixed I decided to stay for only 1 day - just to test it out and see it for myself. (We stayed at Alexis Park for the first couple of days) Ok so first the basics. The Emerald we stayed at was on Las Vegas Blvd. You definitely can not […] walk to the strip - you will need to drive or take a cab. I drove to Vegas so this wasn't a problem for me. The front desk was very friendly and helpful. We called to see if we could get an early check in and they were able to let us check in a couple hours early which was great. I have no complaints about the front desk. The room was on the second floor which was fine with me. They have plenty of parking all around the building so unloading the car was no problem. The room was just ok. For those who are wondering... yes it is a 1 bedroom suite with a full size kitchen and a separate bedroom with a door. It has full size fridge w freezer, sink, stove top, cabinets and a small table with chairs. I know they had plates and utensils but I didn't check how many since we didn't use them. I believe they also have a coffee maker and toaster. The living area has a couch - but it was not a sofa bed. That wasn't a problem for us since we took an inflatable mattress for the kids. There is also a small desk and a flat screen tv in the living room. The room is separated by a door- so there is privacy HOWEVER please keep in mind that the bathroom is in the bedroom area. So one half of room has living room, couch, desk, kitchen. The the other half (separated by the door) has the bed, another tv, closet, vanity area and bathroom. So anyone who needs to go to bathroom must enter the bedroom. The shower/toilet do have a door (ofcourse) and the vanity area is just outside the bathroom door which was great. Clean and secure

I was able to book this Suite at the last moment and it was very clean and comfortable. I would stay here again.

It was convenient and the price of stay a night was actually affordable. One other thing I like about the room, it has full stove top & oven, dishwasher, full refrigerator, microwave, they also provide, complete set of utensils, cups, glass, plates, bowl etc.. the only problem was, there was no wi-fi or (wireless internet access)..Overall it was very […] convenient, and worth a stay. thank you. We arrived at our room and it smelled as if there had been water damage and it had a mold,mildew smell. So we left and cancelled the reservation.

This was our third stay at this hotel and it was, as usual, very comfortable. It's nice to have a full kitchen stocked with plates, bowls, glasses, etc. We would stay here without any hestitation again!!!

Far from The Strip, but nice if you want some quiet. The accommodations were adequate but could stand a little upgrade. The front office staff were very cooperative and pleasant. Parking and security could be improved.

they say that stopped by to pick up at airport they don't show, get attitude by driver they enter your room when have no disturb sign managers

they go in your room when you have a do not disturb sign just be aware when complain they expect u to be happy about out you are the one acting out of place. they are not organized you ask for something like towels and you you have a few different people bringing you them at different time of the day for the same request.

Although the hotel offers good rates and is close to the strip. The rooms are very outdated and not very clean. They are spacious and include a kitchen area but our "non smoking" room had a horrible smoke stentch to it. Very clean and quiet, very happy with the location. I would not hesitate to book this condo in the future.

The hotel was not good the rooms smelled like a horse slept there, the beds were not confortable.

hotel was in a good location but the condition overall of the hotel is alittle need of a make over....but the workers of the hotel were nice and a great help....for a short stay and quick reservation they are in a good place to stay........

Great hotel for the price. Perfect for the traveler on a budget. It isn't located right on the strip but the shuttle service offered free of charge by the hotel makes the strip very accessible. The shuttle drops you off at the Mandalay Bay Hotel and keep in mind that it doesn't run 24 hours. On weekends the shuttle runs until 10 pm and on weekdays it […] stops around 8 pm so a cab ride or a bus ride is necessary to get back to the hotel. Not at all worth money. Very rude and unfriendly staff. Before check-in, did not get informed what type of beds or kind of room we are getting checked in.

This hotel is not very expensive for a hotel in Vegas but it is not the best quality either. A classic case of you get what you pay for... The room was clean enough but the tv did not work, the internet did not work, the bathroom fan was loud and noisy, that sort of stuff. I stayed in this hotel for 8 days on a business trip and got a good feel for […] what it is like around there. Quiet on the weeks and loud on the weekends. I would like to say however that the lady who came by to make my bed and empty the trash was extremely kind and hard working. Good size room with complete kitchen and living room. Some minor problems we encountered with the room were fixed immediately. Unfortunately the hot tub was undergoing repairs and not available and the stationary bicycle and treadmill in the fitness room were not working. This did not detract from our enjoyment of the hotel. The room was a good size, with a kitchenette area, and everything in the room was clean. The shuttle service ran every 2 hours all day and until 8 at night, 10 on the weekends. We had a great time, and the hotel room was worth every penny.
