Vicino all'autostrada discreta struttura per una notte, reception dentro al casino, un parcheggio separa l'edificio delle camere dal casino, io ero ai piani superiori per cui il mio giudizio è discreto, al piano terra... non voglio pensarci... Per una notte di passaggio è ottimo, per più notti solo se sei un giocatore, il casino mi è sembrato molto pittoresco! Near Highway just for one night if you are not a player, reception inside casino, casino very strage but very nice.

Older motel, carpet was from year 1 and very dinghy.

CLEAN AND SERVED PURPOSE FOR COMING INTO RENO LATE AT NIGHT NOT WANTING TO PAY FOR AN EXPENSIVE OR AVERAGE ROOM DUE TO TIME LOSS. HOTEL MNGT WERE ASKED TO BRING AN EXTRA TOWEL AND PILLOW AND WE WERE TOLD THEY WERE TOO BUSY AT 930PM WHEN WE CHECKED IN. NEVER SAW OR HEARD FROM THEM AGAIN. WE WERE TOO TIRED TO CARE. NEVER AGAIN.

The room was clean, the location good, as I had gone to a doctor not far from there...but my husband did not sleep well as the beds were too hard...I however had no trouble sleeping.Overall, it was not a bad place to stay and certainly the money was not bad either.

It's ok for the price going to the Balloon race this weekend, just a few mins. walk from the motel. Otherwise, it's old. Dirty pillow top and stained bathroom curtain. A/C worked after a few moments, it was pretty dirty too.

"OLD with good location"
I needed to stay within a budget on a one night trip to Reno. This fits the bill--close to UNR and clean, but very old and not maintained. Fist hole punched in bathroom door, bedside light not working, stained carpet, leaking faucet (onto whole bathroom counter), and barely existing continental breakfast which I declined. Consisted of two kinds of cold […] cereal and bite size muffins, period. Coffee but only with styrofoam cups which I don't use ever, and coffee maker in room only had coffee--no creamer, sugar, stirrer or tea option. Room was super stuffy and I wanted to open window, but it had a lock on it (bad area??) so had to utilize the air conditioner which was noisy. Very quiet that Friday night, and sufficed for simply a place to sleep, but would never recommend for anything other than sleeping time. Owners REALLY need to completely renovate unless they want to become the next homeless weekly rental motel. Continua a leggere

Horrible service , almost fist fought the manager...service was horrible, got charged an extra 75 dollars for "stained sheets" from tanning (try bleach!) very rude staff... Do urself a favor and stay somewhere else, your worth it... Trust me
"Old but adequate"
The motel was old and worn, but clean. I stayed there because I was attending a track meet at the University. If you want to be close to UNR this will do it nicely. It was fine for a functional stay, and the beds were comfortable, but the floor had a bubble in it where the lino had separated from the sub floor and the door jams were beat up etc.. "Super 8 reno, not so super"
I went to use a tissue and there was a used on in the box. I was grossed out and washed my hands. While drying them off I noticed a huge hair ball on my hand from the hotels towels. Someone tried to enter our room at 5:00 am shaking the doors. Waking both my husband and I. As we were leaving someone had thrown up outside out door, down the stairs and […] then again in the balcony wall. Outside our door was a broken light tipped sideways that had a bird in a nest in it. I find this a nice place to stay. Your rates for this place are very reasonable. It is a little inconvient for some things I have to do, but the special rates override this. When I go to town, I need and bed and a shower...this is provided. The beds are comfortable and I get a good nights sleep.

The hotel was very nice especially compared to the hotels down the street which seem to be dumps. It was also extremely close to the UNR campus making it easy to get to where we needed to go. As well there is a free bus route which take you downtown and back up right next to the hotel.
The motel was a bit odf a dump. The continental breakfast consisted of a few mini muffins and some corn flakes. I'd recommend bringing your own pillows as these ones were paper thin.

Great location if visiting UNR. Front desk help (both night and morning) were very polite and helpful young women. Room was simply outdated and worn but was clean. Someone said the mattresses were hard, they were but I found them comfortable and had a good night's sleep. My room didn't face the freeway so it was quiet. Didn't eat continental breakfast […] due to time frame. Would stay again for location alone. Wish they could spend a little money on refreshing the rooms. "The worst hotel in Reno, NV"
It was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. It was 97 degrees and the manager would not fix the air conditioner for another two days. My door would not open because the lock was broke and he would not fix it or put me into another room. The pool was dirty and because my daughters were staying at another hotel since the volleyball team they played […] on had to stay else where. He told them even though I paid they could not swim and kicked them out. The milk was spoiled and I understand from an elderly family she was sicken by it.
