It was a great property for a weekend get away. My only feedback is with regard to the hotel allowing dogs to stay in the rooms. It's fine if this is their choice. However, dog owners are being allowed to have dogs in their room-not free reign over every part of the hotel. If staff could curb dog owners from allowing their animals to roam free in the […] lobby, often where food is being served, it would go along way with their guest who are not dog-owners. We found it to be a very relaxed weekend, and the hotel made it such. Stay on the side with the view of the water.

My wife and I just had a quick overnight stay here. Very pleasant hotel and staff, ultra-clean, charmingly decorated. I took advantage of the on-premise spa and booked a massage that was to die for--heavenly! Nice complimentary continental breakfast in the lobby with a terrific expresso/cappacino coffeemaker, and a refined looking restaurant and bar […] adjoining. This hotel is above and beyond what I ever expected. I have now become aware of smaller luxury hotels and will search out hotels within this category in the future. A wonderul stay, everything was perfect!

Brought in the New Year in a lovely and quaint way at the Delamar. Would definitely visit again.

Very nice and conveniently located close to Greenwich Ave. Very accomodating staff.

My wife and I spent a wonderful weekend at this hotel. The facility was very elegant, clean and modern. But what separated this hotel from others was the service, which was impecable. The staff were extremely professional, accomodating and friendly. Each one of them went out of their way to make our stay perfect. We will definitely return.

Visiting family in greenwich and stayed at the Delamar. Room was a little small but well appointed and very comfortable. Staff was very accommodating and the harbor view was nice. We enjoyed the continental breakfast served in the lobby each morning (the automatic latte machine was an especially nice touch). Definitely will return.

Nice hotel...great service...would stay there again

Overall the hotel was very nice but it seemed to lack attention to detail that you would expect from a high end hotel. 1. I was in room 211 right next door to the fitness center and overlooking the dumpster. So bright and early at 5:00 am you can hear the pounding of people running on the treadmill. They do a decent job of soundproofing but in a quiet […] room you can still hear. Plus being over the dumpster meant hearing the crash of bottles being thrown in every fifteen minutes or so during the evening hours until around 11:30. 2. I ordered the express breakfast and checked off for a delivery time of 8:00 - 8:15. It did not show up until 8:50 and only after I went down to the front desk to complain. Was I offered a free breakfast? No, just a sorry we have somebody new working today. I'm sorry that is not my problem. I had to leave at 9:00 for a meeting. And to top it off, the yogurt with granola and berries was missing the granola!! By the time I realize this and go back to the delivery guy he is long gone. Did not ask, if everything was ok or if I needed anything else, just took off. Its not like this is a 300 room hotel. This should not have been wrong or late. 3. After the breakfast mix up, I discover that they have a free continental breakfast in the lobby. Would have been nice to have been told this at check-in. Would have been even nicer to have been told this after I went to the front desk to complain about the room service being late. 4. One of the wall outlets in the room was not secured to the wall. A small problem but still shows lack of attention to detail. Basically, it is just hanging there by the wires. You can push it all the way into the wall. Not safe!! 5. Apparently dogs are allowed to stay at this hotel. While this was not a huge problem. You did hear dogs barking off and on at odd hours. Again I find this odd at a hotel of this quality. This hotel was one of the nicest hotels I have stayed at. It was absolutely beautiful. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. The restaurant was also great with a great atmosphere. I can't say enough about this hotel.

Very lovely place. Don't get fooled by the 'harbor', 'waterfront'. It's just a small inlet with yachts in your face. Great location in terms of near Bruce Park, which the hotel will lend you bikes to ride. Walking distance to Greenwich Ave, which has some nice shopping.

I randomly decided on this hotel as it was half way on a journey from New York into Connecticut. I am so lucky I found it !!!! I have found a new favorite hotel to visit and go back many times over the next few years. The hotel was great, the location excellent and the staff provided superb customer service (including the Manager ensuring my girlfriend […] and I who were having a romantic weekend away) could get a bottle of wine outside hours as we were sat looking out over the harbor and enjoying the views. If I could have I would have cancelled our hotel for the following night and just here - and as I stated earlier I will be back. The town of Greenwich itself was also a very pleasant surprise, providing a boutique feel to what actually amounted to a good level of shops and restaurants. Plan to stay again!!

Very Pleasant. On NYE the clerk behind the desk greeted me with a small bottle of champagne. However I was not pleased with the valet service. I waited in my car about 5 mins. after pulling into the roofed entrance. I was not greeted by a valet or bell boy. I parked my car myself and didnt make mention of it. The hotel was very lovely. The staff was polite and very helpful. I was on the harbor side and the room had a bit of a draft but otherwise very comfortable. I enjoyed a workout in the gym which was clean and had excellant equipment. The Christmas stocking left on my pillow was charming. I would definitely go back

My wife and I spent our anniversary at the Delamar in Greenwich, CT. We were looking for a place close to NYC were we could get away for a night. Vi mødte en helt ekstraordinær imødekommenhed og en diskret og gennemført service. Hvis man virkelig vil give sig selv en nydelse og god oplevelse, kan jeg anbefale dette smukke og veldrevne hotel, som ligger helt unikt direkte ved vandet. Jeg ser frem til at komme tilbage dertil - selvom der er langt, for vi bor i Danmark.
