Recensito da un utente di Hotels.com in data 27 feb 2013Consiglio questo hotel per vari motivi , il primo è di certo il luogo dove sorge , la fermata della S Bahn permette di arrivare dall aeroporto in 30 minuti senza cambiare linea della metro , dista dal hotel 5 minuti a piedi, sempre nelle vicinanze dell albergo la metro (U bahn ) a 3 minuti a piedi . Ottime le camere , io avevo una doppia con salottino , ottima la pulizia ., personale attento e gentile . Colazione davvero ricca . Direi un posto perfetto , se dovessi tornare non esiterei a prenotare nuovamente qui .

"Buon hotel nel complesso ma con alcune pecche"
Recensito da un utente di Hotels.com in data 27 feb 2013Hotel buono complessivamente sito a dfue passi dalla fermata della linea u2 e in posizione ottima peraltro a due passi dallo zoo e quartiere circostante. La camera tripla era ampia con un corridoio interno e bagno abbastanza confortevole ( questa la vera nota positiva) tuttavia sia i due letti predisposti sia il divano letto per la terza persona erano scomodissimi al punto da aver impedito il riposo la prima notte. detto questo devo segnalare che contrariamente al personale della reseption il personale interno è molto distratto al nostro arrivo la camera non era pronta pronta e il terzo letto non c'era. informata la reception hanno subito provveduto ad informare il personale interno di sistemare la camera cosa che hanno fatto ma molto male il letto si apriva nel centro e abbiamo scoperto l'amara sorpresa solo al nostro ritorno in tarda notte rendendo impossibile il riposo. il giorno dopo non ci hanno cambiato letto o camera ma lo hanno aggiustato alla menopeggio. In sostanza si va in albrgo principalmente per riposare il resto del giorno si è in giro e li non è stato possibile ecco perchè il soggiorno non è stato positivo.Un vero peccato perchè la colazione è stata ottima davvero e le camere nel complesso buone così come la struttura che è in un palazzo d'epoca ma cmq ristrutturato a dovere.

"It's ok"
It's really 2 single mattresses pushed together and the pillows on the bed are really thin. Bathroom was a disabled one which I wasn't aware of. No bath. I chose this hotel because of the safe location close to museums and transport links, Friedrichstrasse station being reasonably close, also Dada Falafel cafe. Everything was as I expected and hoped. I was disappointed on discovering that the hotel had taken my reservation and confirmed a room to me which was non-smoking, despite my having specially asked for a smoking room. I also did not get any assurance or apology on there being a mistake of sorts. Great location and a very nice room. Staff were ok - i.e. "bare minimum helpful". The web description said: "complimentary high-speed (wired) Internet access in the room" which means only a broad band cable. I misinterpreted this as meaning it had wi-fi, and only had an e-tablet and so was unable to use the cable. When I asked reception if they had […] any adapters or suggestions they looked at me like I was from Mars, and the only person in the world who has ever had that problem of not bringing with them an adapter. We had asked for a cot for our 8-month-old daughter in advance - they put us into one of the largest rooms, a travelcot was already put up when we got there (including pillow and duvet) - excellent service! The room was pretty small, but comfortable and extremely clean. The location is very convenient and central -- very close to the Museum Insel and reasonably close to Alexanderplatz. The staff was friendly and helpful (though I did not ask for very much, as I only stayed one night). The only problem was that you are not supposed to use any electrical […] appliances in the room -- which is a bit inconvenient. Internet connection worked perfectly and easily (though can use only battery power) in the room. Oh and also the expedia price that I got did not include breakfast as it turned out (this was not clear to me when I booked) so that was a little inconvenient. "Good choice in Mitte"
Great location: at the very heart of Mitte, next door to Kunstwerke exhibition hall and many galleries, if you are into contemporary art. Hotel has something old-fashioned about it: wooden floors, wooden window frames which open into the street (small street with little traffic), no airconditioning (and no need of it by +32 which I endured), tiny TV, […] pretty basic (but sufficient) comfort. The hotel has some (not overpresent) affiliation with a religious organisation - which did not make rooms any cheaper, alas. You pay for the location and the quietness. Breakfast is served in the restaurant next door, with scrambled eggs and typical German buffet - nothing to write home about, but you will not starve. Lots of restaurants around, some of them cheap. Vi havde en rigtig dejlig berlinerferie, med hotelophold, hvor alt var i orden. Værelse og bad var rent og pænt. Betjeningen er venlig og hjælpsom. Området er rigtig hyggeligt. Bien que peu de clients, les hôtesses d'accueil nous ont attribué une chambre spacieuse, certes, car adaptée pour personnes handicapées (ce qui n'est pas notre cas), sentant le renfermé de façon persistante, accolée à l'ascenseur et juste au dessus de la cour du restaurant italien. "Great location"
Nice quiet hotel within short walk to all main sights. Lots of restaurants, cafes and bars close by. The clean room was towards garde, so very quiet. We found the hotel sauna especially nice, very basic but comfortable. Room was made up daily. "Content couple"
We stayed at the Augustinenhof during low season (feb) so we hardly saw any other guests. That didn't bother us one bit! The staff were very nice, they changed our room so we could have wifi, they turned on the sauna for us when we got "home" from a cold day in Berlin (highly recommended) and they were very friendly! We didn't have breakfast at the […] hotel because of the price (12 euro / person) but there were plenty of früchstück-places nearby. The only negative thing was the old tv and the lack of channels other than german. But who spends their days in front of the tv when in Berlin?! We would definetely stay at the Augustinenhof again! Schoon hotel, hele aardige ontvangst en service gedurende ons verblijf. "Toll für nur zum Schlafen Reisende"
Das Hotel ist für Zugreisende gut zu erreichen.Es sind nur wenige Minuten zu laufen von der S-Bahn Station.Service ist gut ,sauber und hilfsbereit. "Tre off. transportmidler i umiddelbar nærhet."
Trivelig folk i resepjon. Grei frokost.Fantastisk belihhenhet med tanke på offentlig transport : S bahn, U bahn og trikk -stoppesteder rett i nærheten .Rent og ordentlig på rommet .
