during a weekend stay in dubai, i stayed at pearl residence hotel apartment. The hotel was in a good area quite central. Staff were friendly enough. The apartment was a decent size. But the finish quality and maintenance of the apartment left a lot to be desired. Bathroom was in a state and there was old coffee in the kettle. furniture was basic and […] we did not get twin beds as requested in our booking. All in all, the hotel apartment was not worth the price we paid and i would not stay there again let alone recommend it to others. Continua a leggere

The hotel was in a quiet location and it was a very quiet stay. I was kinda disappointed with the fuzzy cable and the small tv along with no tv in the bedroom. Other than that, I was satisfied with the stay. It has a nice kitchen. I was overall satisfied with the stay for the price.
"Nice hotel apartment for descent price"
I booked my reservation last minute online as I changed flights in Doha. It was one of the cheapest rooms available in Dubai at that moment. It was a little difficult to find as it is set back off the main road but not really a problem. We checked in at 3am and the room they put us in was huge. Living room, kitchen area, bedroom, and 2 separate bathrooms. […] Its nothing fancy or high class but the room was clean and big and I'd say its very good for the price. Also, I had no problem in having my friend (female) over. Many hotels in Dubai absolutely wont allow a female guest in the room or if so, they will make you pay a ridiculous guest fee. The price value ration is in line, all rooms are junior suites with living and sleeping area including a full kitchen. Including in the room rate was a buffet breakfast. The staff is friendly and helpful. You can walk to a major mall or the metro station. This is a simple hotel but you have verything you need.
"Dirty apartment with few amenities"
The location was good, but it was extremely hard to find - no one on the street had heard of it. Though billed as an "apartment" it had very few of the amenities it was supposed to carry. We had to call housekeeping numerous times to get the kitchen utensils described... e.g. there was only one fork. We had plans to have friends over for dinner, but […] needed to ask for more of everything - bowls, plates, etc. Some of our housekeeping requests went unanswered. there were no twels in the room, no toilet paper or tissue in the bathroom - had to ask for that as well. There was no CD player or stereo as expected, and television reception was spotty. We requested a non-smoking room, but they were out, so the room had a smoky smell and ash trays. "Pearl Residence"
We travel every July our first stop is Dubai where we stay for a few days at the Pearl Residence. It is clean,staff happy and greet you,love the swimming pool on the roof. We would not stay anywhere else. We tried another hotel a couple of years ago. Could not wait to get back to Pearl Residence.

Réception débordée par manque de personnel Internet Wifi aléatoire Pisicne ridicule sur le toit Equipement mesquin de l'appartement (2 assiettes en tout et pour tout, par exemple) Sans aucun charme et environnement immédiat déprimant. En revanche assez central.

"Pearl Residence Hotel Apartments, Billig og bra"
Et greit leilighetshotell som ligger sentralt plassert. Gang avstand til flere store shoppingsentere, hvor de har alt man måtte ønske seg. Det var et lite basseng på taket for de som vil ligge ved en pool. Meget hyggelig betjening som fikset alt vi spurte om. Generelt sett, alt fungerte prikkfritt.
