"Good enough"
The stay was good enough for what I needed that weekend. Definately nothing fancy but clean. Breakfast materials good too. There was no elevator for the 2nd floor and the pool was closed for those who need that info. The rating with the comments about the sheets and the blanket are puzzeling though. Seems the reviewer may have not reached under the […] pillow to find the second sheet. The bedding was standard but you did have to reach a second time under the pillow to pull back the top sheet. "Ellisville hotel: Not as nice as the town."
We would have really enjoyed our stay if not for the unpleasant desk staff. They were rude and unhelpful . One of the gentlemen staff members actually SCREAMED at us for a minor misunderstanding. Luckily we have that incident on video so I will post it later with my formal complaint. The hotel itself was great. Spotlessly clean. Roomy. Parking area […] and grounds well maintained.The breakfast bar had everything it claimed. Fully stocked and neatly organized Pool was clean. Well lit in the evening. Clening personel were teriffic. Polite. They were the ones to give us info about town and directions. The only way I would recommend staying at this hotel is if there is a major change in the desk staff members. Some training on how to deal with guests would be a great start. Continua a leggere
