Abbiamo soggiornato in questo Hotel per 4 notti ad aprile 2012. Amiamo viaggiare e quindi siamo abituati a vedere strutture alberghiere di ogni genere e tipo ma dobbiamo ammettere che questo resort è veramente unico trovandosi all'interno di un condominio di lusso che si affaccia sul quartiere di Bay side. L'esclusività dell'arredo e la ricercatezza del design vanno a pari merito con la cortesia del personale. Di facile gestione anche il parcheggio auto che richiede necessariamente il valet e quindi un supplemento di spesa. L'hotel trovandosi in un quartiere molto ricercato non ha purtroppo store di generi alimentari o caffetterie vicine. Tuttavia all'interno dell'albergo il caffè e le bevande calde venivano offerte gratuitamente. Va specificato in ultimo che la struttura, traffico permettendo, dista solo 10 minuti dall'aeroporto, una comodità che deve essere valutata. Ottima esperienza! Laura e Domenico

Camera spaziosa con angolo cottura attrezzato e tavolino pranzo.Spazio per far giocare i bimbi. Bagno un po' piccolo. Perfetto per chi viaggia con bambini. Disponibilità anche di lettino da campeggio.

A South Fort Lauderdale pullulano oasi di natura. L'Anne Kolb Nature Center di West Lake Park è un rifugio di pesci, rettili e uccelli. Oltre l'Intercoastal Waterway, fanno il nido le tartarughe di mare allo John U. Lloyd State Beach Park, luogo preferito dagli abitanti locali per picnic e ricreazione. La tribù dei Seminole gestisce uno zoo al villaggio dei nativi. Qui i turisti possono vedere alligatori e la pantera della Florida in pericolo d'estinzione.

Almeno una volta nella vita bisogna provare una vacanza da sogno: Ottimo servizio e calda accoglienza. Alta professionalità sotto ogni aspetto. Posizione meravigliosa. Per gli amanti della tranquillità e qualità è da preferire a Miami beach. Camere fantastiche con tutti i comfort, da preferire le camere vista oceano.

"The Westin diplomat - food extremely expensive"
The pool itself was not clean and no pool chairs if you don't wake up really early to get one. The food at hotel was extremely expensive!!!!

"Westin in Hollywood, FL"
This hotel was so VERY nice. I went to a seminar that was held in their conference ctr. Food was GREAT! Pool and beach were wonderful and were well maintained. Although I was there for work....We ENJOYED playing in the pools and jacuzzi. I would recommend to EVERYONE!!!
"perfect for the perfectionist"
I am a perfectionist and I found this hotel perfect. Clean, efficient, and luxurious. Room was heavenly, pools were amazing and huge, food was convenient and delicious, staff was helpful and the beach is right there! I would stay here again for sure!!!!!

As far as I am concerned, hotel is way too overpriced for what it was. The staff were all very courteous and friendly. The amenities were good, but again, too expensive for what they were. The Westin Diplomat Resort & Spa is a great hotel! Great accomodations and services. Only downside is it distance from South Miami Beach but overall, we had a great time!
Beautiful hotel lobby, great beach, good restaurants, a real upscale hotel with its own golf course and tennis center. I would definitely go back.

This place is great. People were very nice. And they even took my friend and i to the other property to sit in the spa, where nobody was!! If you stay here, make sure you visit the golf location....it was the perfect place to get away from all the people and see the sun set. Overall..great palce if you book it for not many dollars a night.

Gorgeous hotel and pool, and nice rooms. Free Internet in the lobby is a plus, that you have to pay for Internet in the room is a minus. The location is boring, though, and everything interesting is a cabride away.

"Holiday Weekend"
Stayed at the hotel for the Labor Day Weekend. We have been here many times before. All was good except so overcrowded we can hardly enjoy the facilities.

Everything was top-notch! The service, location and amenities were 5-star. If there was one negative, I would have to say it was the food. $4.00 for a can of soda? I don't think so. That withstanding, I would recommend this hotel.

"Poorly managed"
I called ahead to confirm time of arrival so i would not get delayed with check in. I arrived as agreed and waited 1 1/2 hrs for room. My room was suppose to be a 2 level upgrade and was nothing greater than a midrate standard room. Desk manager was so rude i required next level oh management. Great hotel very clean and very comfortable.. They gave us an early check-in which was much needed and they were very accomidating. Would reccommend and stay there again. This is my 3rd stay there and I have never been disappointed.

"Westin Diplomat - beautiful room and service"
The Westin is a fabulous place to stay for many reasons: the ocean views from the balcony, the beautiful pools, the beach and excellent service. Nice bathrooms, too, with deep soaking tub, separate glass shower. I was a bit disappointed because they told me on arrival that my conference booking and my hotels.com reservation would be merged, but in […] the afternoon when the internet wouldn't work, we went down to the lobby where we were told we had to move - there was no negotiation or sincere apology. It was a busy weekend and I'm sure they did they best they could, but .... The second room was smaller, a bit noisier, and on a lower floor, so could hear pool noise. It was disappointing initially but overall it was fine. Hollywood Prime and BarSu were excellent, the waitstaff was exceptional. The poolside restaurant's menu was quite good; try the chicken quesadilla. The hotel is simply beautiful, and the staff is service-oriented. "The Westin Diplomat - Hollywood Beach Resort"
I enjoyed the stay at this hotel, however, was a bit disappointed with the condition of the beach. There was seaweed everywhere in the small strip of beach behind the hotel property which could have easily been taken care of with an early morning cleanup crew.

I visited the Westin with my mom and two young daughters. The staff went out of their way to entertain the kids (e.g. gift bags, ice cream with sprinkles upon check-in). They were very prompt in responding to our requests. We will be back!

I stayed at the Golf location. It was confortable quit very well taken care of. The staff was great. The beds are very comfortable. I do plan on staying there again.
