"Clean, Convenient and Exceptional Staff"
Hubby and I found the hotel clean, comfortable, the location is perfect, and the staff was exceptional - housekeeping, kitchen staff and front desk were all friendly and helpful. We were two blocks from the Aquarium and a short walk to all downtown has to offer. Would recommend this hotel to anyone!
The staff made the stay so wonderful. The extra care and politeness was wonderful.

"Great Location"
Great hotel choice for visiting downtown Chattanooga!
"Hilton Garden Inn Chattonooga TN"
The hotel was very nice and the people were nice. I was surprised that their tv listings didn't include any children's channels as we were with our small granddaughters. For the cost of the room for one night we thought the breakfast should have been complimentary.
"location is great"
The location was great, staff was wonderful. We loved the cookies. The things that we wanted to see were within walking distance and the neighborhood had several very nice restaurants. Next time, we would like to stay longer.
"Parking"
My son had a 26 ft rental truck and nobody knew where he could park it overnight. SERIOUSLY? He drove around the neighborhood and finally parked it at the YMCA, but they were not happy about that when they arrived the next morning. I sent them a contribution to make up for it.
good location within walking distance to many resturants or take the free trolly bus anywhere else in the downtown area. Picks you up within a 1 minute walk from the hotel.
"Close to all."
We were out for a romantic weekend. We were in walking distance to Ripleys Aquarium. We went on a horse and buggy ride, went to the movies and a great seafood restaurant. There were so many things that you could do. We just didn't have enough time to see it all. They served a really nice breakfast but you had to pay for it. That was alright. "Within walking distance"
I loved the fact that everything was in walking distance. We were going to the aquarium and we were able to walk instead of drive and have to pay to park. Just about everywhere you have to pay to park..it was really nice to park at the hotel and walk. The hotel was super clean and the staff was really nice. I had forgotten my camera and they had a mini […] store next to the front desk where you were able to buy things that you may have forgotten for a pretty reasonable price. The hotel far exceeded our expectations and the staff were so gracious. Our room was clean and very comfortable and the location was perfect. This is exactly the kind of hotel stay that I look for when booking a room...and thank you to Hotels.com for providing the information to help guide my decision.

This is a nice business hotel with a well maintianed property. Bed was comfortable, room was clean, TV was big, internet was free, bathroom was clean, shower was a little small but fine.
