Sono stata con i miei amici dal 24-04 al 30-04-12. L' albergo è molto carino, pulito e confortevole. La stanza è spaziosa, il bagno è pulito ma sostituirei la vasca con la doccia. La sala da pranzo/colazione è carina e affaccia sul lago. La posizione è ottima per visitare la zona vicino al lago (molto romantica), la CN Tower, il Roger Centre; per visitare parte più centrale (Yonge Street) è preferibile prendere l'autobus o il tram ( che passano ogni 5').

L'hotel è tenuto bene e pulito, ma situato in piena Chinatown, sopra un centro commerciale che dà più l'idea di essere a Pechino piuttosto che a Toronto (anche il personale è tutto di origine cinese). Comunque le camere sono spaziose e pulite, è situato su Spadina Ave quindi in buona posizione per raggiungere CN Tower e porto a sud, e parco e università a nord. Il quartiere circostante non è granchè, ma non dà l'idea di essere insicuro. E' dotato anche di parcheggio sotterraneo condiviso col centro commerciale. Le camere sono spaziose e pulite.

Classico Hotel della catena. Camera grande, pulita, letto immenso. Frigo bar ben fornito. Unica pecca una strada, a poche centinaia di metri, dall'hotel piena di barboni e gente poco raccomandabile. Comunque posizione comoda per girare Toronto a piedi!

Accoglienza calorosa con bicchiere di limonata ancor prima di avvicinarci al banco check-in, personale multilingue, stanze enormi (le più grandi in assoluto incontrate nel nostro viaggio), pulite; una lavanderia è a disposizione degli ospiti e il personale è stato gentilissimo nello spiegarci il funzionamento degli elettrodomestici e ci ha fornito gratuitamente il detersivo per il lavaggio. Ottimo il servizio al bar. La zona è centrale e piena di locali, alcuni dei quali aperti 24 h. Non concordo con le recensioni negative espresse da altri utenti. L'unico neo è il valet-parking molto caro. Ma proprio alle spalle dell'hotel esistono molti parcheggi più economici.

Room was roomy, beds were a little soft felt like I was dipped in the middle. Pool was very cold could not get in.
"Sleep number beds"
We have stayed at this hotel several times in the past, and it is a nice hotel for the price (especially when booking in advance on hotels.ca). Although it is indicated on the front counter that there are now sleep number beds in the rooms, we were not personally advised of this - and I had a horrible night's sleep as a result. Also, there was quite […] a bit of activity going on in the hotel over the course of the weekend, as well as early on in the morning of our checkout (5am screams and shouts are not appreciated!), but I realize that this isn't the hotel's fault - more so, the lack of consideration from other guests. one king rm was nice but small. the cleaning people didnt really do their work, obviously. the facilities were good, nice lobby. didnt have the rm i reserved when i checked in. people were kind.

My wife and I stayed for only one night , the location is easy to find and close to the freeway.The service was very efficient and curtious, therfore we will be returning in the future.
Very nice and clean spot. Only problem was preference given to higher social class in dining room, I always think my money is worst the same as anyone else.

"Many amenities made this stay well worth the trip"
For a three star property, the Hilton Garden Inn is wonderful. Very clean rooms, lobby and public areas. All of my needs were met. Front desk staff were extremely helpful and went out of their way for any requests made. Any other staff members were very approachable and friendly. I liked that there were four pillows in the room, a big mirrored closet […] with plenty of hangers and the premium amenities were a nice change from other hotels. The only downside I found was that the bed wasn't very comfortable but the linens were fresh. Nicely appointed rooms and any creature comforts were right on site. I would definitely stay here again. I found the faciltiy and the staff to be exceptional. I was very nice having a restaurant and bar in the hotel. This has become my regular place to stay in Missauga.
"Okay Hotel - but not near the airport as described"
I booked this hotel as Hotels.com described this as near Toronto Airport in my search. Be careful, there are 2 Hilton Garden Inns - this one is 20 miles or more from the airport and has no shuttle, so a return cab fare to the Hotel cost me around $68 with tips. The other one is next to the airport. As for this hotel, it's a 20-25 minute drive from […] the airport. There is no room service either at night but there is a convenient 'pantry' where you can buy frozen meals to warm up in the microwave in your room. "excellent hotel"
I got a great deal on this hotel through Hotels.com and was well worth the money. In fact more of a steal really for the money. The hotel was amazing. excellent service from the staff at the front desk..very very clean Kudos to the cleaning staff it was spotless. Beds were very comfortable. The hotel was fine. It was a bit far from the venue we needed to be close to so taxi fares added up quickly. We needed to be close to the Living Arts Centre. Other than that we were very satisified with the hotel.

Great stay, clean rooms, cordial front desk staff. Cleaning staff did not speak English. Various conversations were stopped due to the language barrier. Very nice, but did not understand fully what was asked of them.

I have stayed at this hotel in the past and my visit was great. This visit was too a great experience. Close to the airport did concern me with the noise, but the exterior walls dampened it nicely. The exercise room was more than I expected with free weights, treadmills, and elliptical bike. Pool was very warm and almost as warm as the whirlpool. Our stay was mostly nice. The only problem was our room was not made/clean during our stay. We went out early for a wedding ceremony and got back to the room around 3PM and the room was not yet made/cleaned. This hotel was amazing! Big, clean rooms. Friendly staff. Great pool, whirlpool, exercise room, all clean as well. Restaurant had great food at fair prices. Loved the breakfast buffet! Close to huge mall (Square One). Will definitely go back and recommend to all my friends. Great place!

The purpose of our trip was to visit Niagara Falls and we found that it only took an hour to get to the falls from the Hotel. It was also half the price of hotels in Niagara Falls. This hotel is clean, service is spectacular and friendly, the price was perfect and the location is convenient and yet quiet. I can't recommend this hotel enough.

First at check in I was questioned why i wanted to pay my deposti with debit instead of credit card - I thought that was my choice. Coming into the room I noticed it had two beds instead of the requested one Coming back from dinner, i was told that it was a non-smoking room instead the booked smoking one (good thing we already quit smoking) - were transferred […] into another room (small treats as apology though) The movie we wanted to order had to be confirmed by reception - which took about 10 min. to call us back. Check out took about 30 minutes! First they wanted to find out why my $200 deposit was made with debit (grrrrrr), then i was told I get ti back as cash ??? inconvenient, and when I already signed the receipt I noticed that they shorted me by $80 - sigh. "Spacious rooms, excellent hotel service"
Best place to stay for the money if you want to visit Toronto. Only 20 min from downtown, easy access. Good access to airport and if you are visiting Niagara Falls it is on the way. Only draw back in the room are those old CRT TV screens, would be nice to have some LCD screens instead. All in all, excellent hotel.

Booked room for wedding party. Attempted to check in at 4:30pm, well after the official check-in time and room was still not ready. Inconvenient for my girlfriend and I, as well as the others who had to wait for us.

Sehr gute Verbindung zum Flughafen in Toronto. Sehr gutes Frühstück (kalt und warm). In der Nähe des Square One (größtes Einkaufszentrum in Ontario). Gute Erreichbarkeit der Sehenwürdigkeiten in Toronto (mit Auto). In der Umgebung gibt es aber zu Fuß nicht viel zu erreichen (Auto ist notwendig).
