"Great Place to Stay"
We've stayed here a couple of times a year for a couple of years now...Great location, great staff and an all around great experience. When we checked in there was a small problem with our room. Zach, was quick to offer another room and to insure it was in perfect condition. Many Thanks!!

This location was perfect for a girls shopping weekend. We had an amazing time. Kudos to Laurel who worked the breakfast and Mark at the front desk who was very helpfful. We had an amazing time.

My family and I came up to the Maple Festival for the weekend we really enjoyed our stay at the Country Inn. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was wonderful never expected all the food that is supplied. Great Rate as well we will definitely stay here again when we are in town. I was a little leary in booking this Hotel, but what a pleasant surprise. The room was clean/spacious, staff friendly and comfortable beds. This was as much room as typically found in other chains for 30% more $$. I would definitely stay at this hotel again!

After checking in and going to room, we found it was not cleaned. Third day after being out all day, we returned to room and found it had not been cleaned. Desk personnel said cleaning staff was gone for the day but another clerk agreed to clean room. Continental breakfast was very limited. No fresh fruit. Hotel was exactly like pictures. Great, easy stay. Would do it again in a heartbeat.

"Not sure I'd stay here again.."
Not sure I'd stay here again...although it was inexpensive, there were definitely some issues. We ran out of tissues & toilet tissue - not that we were overusing it.. The coffee supplied with the in-room coffee maker was decaf - 2 packages of decaf, no regular coffee. The breakfast was all but gone by 9:00 - nothing left.
"Sadly disappointing"
We stayed at this hotel 5 nights over the last 2 weeks and were in 3 different rooms. The first had a very noisy compressor directly under our room that kicked in and off and vibrated the entire room all night. They were not able to move us until the next day. Breakfast was ok but not enough help to keep up. The last stay we were completely exasperated […] with the tv/remote. We had two different remotes and three sets of batteries. "Disappointed"
No attention to cleanlines detail. Dirt on carpets and lobby floors left unattended to. Room carpet not vacuumed daily. Back to the Hampton Inn we go!

The hotel is in the perfect location if you're playing in a sport tournament at the Famiily Sport center. It's clean and neat.

Very clean and cozy. The hotel was quiet and I slept very well. Nice indoor pool and hottub. The fake eggs and fake sausage available for breakfast weren't very good, and the coffee was terrible. But there was plenty of fruit, bread, yogurt and cereal choices available that my breakfast turned out just fine. Lots of nearby chain restaurants provided […] plenty of dinner choices. "Horrible Customer Service"
Initially, I was going to give a decent review, but after the poor customer service from the manager, I am relinquishing that review. We had a non-smoking room, but there was a very strong smoke smell in the hallway and the pool was freezing and not very clean. I forgot my phone charger in the room on Monday morning. I called that evening and was told […] the manager would mail it out the following day. I first asked for a shipping quote prior to it being sent out. I called several times over a 3 day period, only to find out it was STILL sitting on the manager's desk. So after 3 days and $7 later, I am still without my charger. No extra pillows. Pillows that we did have were travel sized and only got 3 of them for a queen size bed. Did not sleep good.

My room wasn't ready after check-in. Staff apologized and got me another room that was ready - apparently the cleaning person responsible for the floor was late. The second room smelled of mildew. The first time I had gone to country suites, it was great. This time however, I do not think our room was cleaned prior to our arrival. It looked like coffee had been poured down the sink and it was still in there. The bed did not look fresh like usual hotel beds do. My son also found a sticky residue on one of his sheets. About the only disappointment I had was that the pool was out of service. If I had known that, I would had stayed somewhere else. But overall everything else was good.

DO NOT STAY HERE i have stayed at country inn's before and never had an issue this hotel was gross i am pretty sure the clerk was on something when checking in. She told us the pool was open for another hour when we checked in so my kids ran to the room to get changed went to the pool and it was closed and would be closed for repairs for a week, The […] elevator did not work, the room had white stains on the comforter and 3 pairs of underware in the drawer. last time we were in Erie we stayed next door at the WYNDAM and should have done so again as this hotel was a hole. "Country Inn Suites in Erie (off I-90)"
Very convenient off of I-90 with lots of decent restaurants nearby. My only negative was the small and shallow kids swimming pool that had a very high chlorine levels irritating our eyes.

Its the standard hotel, but is below par with thier own level of expectation and low standards. Floors were filthy everywhere, the pool was stained & cold, breakfast was generic & bland. The biggest issue was a family across the hall was being extremely loud at 10:30 pm. I called the desk and they said "we know about them and there is nothing we can […] do. We've received calls and have already talked with them and they won't stop." I'm sorry, but if you own a hotel but don't act on what needs to be done I can'trust you enoigh to support your business. overall not bad and girl at service desk was nice and did help with most of the issues that i had. However if the hotel was run and maintained higher standards none of these issues should have accurred. 1. This was our first visit to this hotel and our group was very happy with all the anmenites.All the girls in our group enjoyed the breakfast,comfort of the beds,the staff was very freindly and willing to help in anyway.We look forward to booking next years girls weekend away at this hotel.

"Great hotel, comfy beds, free breakfast!!"
This hotel is great, very comfy beds and a nice warm atmosphere. Very close to shopping and restaurants. There are always fresh cookies, coffee and tea in the front lobby. No complaints at all, had a great shopping weekend and we will be back there for the 3rd time next year!!

Nice large Suite, however, the sofa and chair in the living room area, could've used a vacuuming/cleaning...dirty and full of crumbs. The comforter on the bed was dirty and it appeared the sheets hadn't been changed. Staff friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was good.

This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel and we love it. Clean rooms, friendly service great breakfast and tasty cookies. Recommend this hotel.
The hotel was clean and very friendley,they have cookies at the front desk every day.They have a nice breakfast bar. The staff was very helpful and friendly, I will stay again when I am in the area.

I was a bit dubious after reading some of the reviews but the price was right so I booked - I was not disappointed with what I got for my money. Not the Ritz but friendly, clean and would definitely go again at the right price. Two double beds ('queen' in US) in my room, good WiFi, breakfast was basic but both hot and cold food available including make […] you own waffles. Breakfast room a bit hectic at weekend but no problem during week. Towels changed daily. Corridors maybe could do with a makeover but this would be my only decor comment.
