Affascinante sotto ogni punto di vista, accoglienza, locali comuni, colazione, tutto a un livello eccellente. La fermata della metro è vicina ma noi eravamo in macchina e ci siamo mossi sempre con quella. Lontano dal centro, scordatevi di andare a piedi... L'unico altro neo doccia e water, entrambi molto molto rumorosi, ma proprio per trovare il pelo nell'uovo. Bellissimo!

La posizione strategica lo rende perfetto per visitare la citta', praticamente a 5 minuti a piedi dal centro. Personale cortese e disponibile. Le camere sono un po' piccole ma questo e' un dettaglio visto che rientravamo solo per dormire. Un' altra cosa fantastica era la colazione inclusa. Lo consigliamo veramente a tutti.

"GREAT service!"
We really enjoyed our stay here and thought that the service of the hotel staff was outstanding! However, the beds were hard as rock, which is odd b/c they were supposed to be this new style mattress to provide comfort and great sleep - which was FAR from the case! Too bad. "Pleasant atmosphere"
The hotel was lovely and the staff very pleasant. It took a phone call to the front desk to get instructions on how to turn on the shower --- very strange tap. "Would not recommend this location..."
We had reservations for 5 rooms, checked in on a Friday night the staff had an attitude problem, requested rooms close to one another and they were all on separate floors, had to make a fuss in order for them to be changed and still were not next to one another. "Nice Hotel but thin walls..."
It was a very nice hotel - facilities are the normal great Garden Inn quality. I must say that unfortunately the walls were paper thin. We could hear the TV in the next room all night and every time someone was in the bathroom (uncomfortable). Also, and not necessarily the hotels fault, but people in the hallways walking up and down and loudly talking […] at 2, 3, and 4 am. We had breakfast the next morning and if you pay when you arrive it was $8 cheaper than in the morning. It was very nicely presented and very tasty. The chef did a great job. Free parking and Internet are great for this area. Huge rooms, nice staff. Beds were fairly hard, which was the only slightly negative thing. The hotel and room were perfect and we enjoyed our stay very much. If you are willing to venture away from the hotel only by a few minutes there is lots to do and eat. We wanted a hotel that was close to the Clarkson Go station as we were attending a concert. We have stayed at a different location but were not impressed. This hotel was quiet, convenient, immaculate and well appointed. The bed was soooo comfortable! The hotel looked newer, was clean, bright, open and the room was basic but spacious. We appreciated being informed that the douvet cover is also laundered after each guest leaves and the white bedding made it easy to check cleanliness. Our requests for extra towels, shampoo etc. were met promptly. It was nice to have access to a well equipped fitness […] room, 24/7. The front desk staff were polite and business-like. Good hotel for business travellers. Of the 4 days we stayed at this HGI, we did have breakfast at the hotel one morning but found it expensive for a family and discovered upon paying the bill that there was some kind of coupon or discount we could have had had we asked for it upon checking in. I visited Toronto for a couple of days along with my family, and I was surprised that, for the price I paid, I god such a nice service. The room was comfortable, with a view to the parking. Best hotel experience by far. My boyfriend and I stayed one night but we enjoyed every minute of the stay.The American Grill breakfast rocks and is way better than the usual breakfast at hotels. Enjoyed very much our stay in the hotel. The Manager and front desk personnel were friendly and accomodated our need of room close to the elevator. The Jacuzzi, however, was broken in the day we were going to use it. Maintenance personnel couldn't fix it that day.Recensioni obiettive Hotels.com

"Close to where I wanted to be"
We used this hotel to go to club Rehab for my boyfriend's birthday. It was perfect since it was literally right across the hwy. Loved the convenience and we all had no complaints. Rooms were very clean, beds were pretty comfy. Will go back for sure.Recensioni obiettive Hotels.com

"location and friendly staff"
