nice location near shopping mall but poor amenities with no toothbrush in bathroom and very small restaurant but free wi-fi is an advantage to all

Other than being Hard to find, the rest was ok.

This hotel was nice and clean. Downtown Reno only 5 minutes away, shopping & restaurants neary by. Nice to go to a comfortable clean hotel room after the smokey casinos. Although a little tricky to locate, it's inside a mall parking lot, I would still highly recommend this hotel.

Our room was on the first floor, next to maintenance, housekeeping and staff room, and the noises kept us awake at the early hours of the morning. We personally think, that room #109 should not have been given to us.
"Bonus Service"
For the first time in a long history of traveling, I left a jacket behind in the hotel closet. Maid service found the jacket, turned it in, advised me to send a prepaid mailer to them and they would send the jacket on to me. "The Hidden Hotel in Reno"
the room was very small, when you fold out the couch for a bed there was no room to move around, the mattress was lumpy and hard, pillows are flat, not walking distance to any casinos

"Decent hotel but a little pricy"
Hotel was sub par for a Marriott. Beds were not comfortable. Room was nice otherwise. A liitle off the beaten path. I would recommend saving 2/3rds of your cash and stay at a casino.

We stopped here on the way to Yosemite NP. The hotel is in a nice part of Reno with lots of amenities nearby. I would stay again when travelling to or through Reno.

THIS IS AWONDERFUL PLACE TO STAY. WOULD STAY AGAIN..WE LIKE TO CHOOSE MARRIOTT BECAUSE WE CAN ALWAYS DEPEND ON THEM BEING CLEAN AND VERY NICE. A FEW DOLLARS EXTRA IS VERY MECH WORTH IT.
