Microtel Inn And Suites Atlanta-Union City (Airport Area) Union City

I have stayed at nicer hotels, but for the price, this couldn't be beat. It was right next to the Georgia Ren Faire in neighboring Fairburn. The room had a microwave, fridge, and a free breakfast.

I had a wonderful stay here. The rooms were comfortable and clean and the area was close to shopping malls and restaurants. The onle problem I had was I was to far from my destination. The website states the hotel is 15 miles from Douglasville, GA, but we had to drive an hour. Other than that I had a comfortable stay.

The hotel was very comfortable and clean I enjoyed staying there. The only problem was I needed a hotel close to Douglassville, GA and it states the hotel is 15 miles away when it is actually an hour away from where I had to be.

very enjoyable and quiet

Room was not good at all, bed had a big sink hole in the middle and had bugs in the room. Will never stay in a microtel again.

This was a great location and price for a basic hotel room. The place was clean and well kept. The staff was friendly. It was within walking distance (2 blocks) from all the major fast food places and several major banks as well as less than a block from a Wal-Mart that sold groceries. The management were very helpful and the room was comfortable and the neighborhood was very nice, and it was close to alot of shopping stores.

Comfortable hotel, friendly staff, good value. Some of the surrounding hotels seemed to have some undesireable folks hanging around. All in all it was great for 1 night.

when arriving at hotel clerk was outside smoking, we went in and she came in after us to check us in she was nice and the check in was speedy. Room had a sour smell to it but i used my room spray i always carry with me and it made it better, carpet needs shampoo'd but rest of room was clean,Beds were comfortable and the hotel was quiet. If you enjoy continental breakfast, this is not the hotel for you. There is nothing to write about. The bed was clean as well as the room and the bedding was comfortable.

My party had 4 rooms. My room was unacceptable. The bed was made up but the linens were soiled: some snack food stains, dirty hair stains, and pubic hair. The mirror behind my pillow had several sticky/greasy hand prints as though someone were fingerpainting with grease or candy. When I went to the front desk, she immediately assigned me another room. […] My sister-in-law's room had a dirty, smelly shower curtain. They replaced hers with a brand new shower curtain. My daughter's bed had a shoe print on it but did not appear to be dirty. We also had to ask for extra towels even though the reservations specified the number of guests sleeping in each room. I did not examine our 4th room. My mistake: I read the reviews and still booked the rooms in hopes that the hotel had cleaned up their act. Continua a leggere

The room was filthy, food in coffee pot, horrible hotel! Made manager aware and was not able to clean up such horrible rooms!

The only problem I had was my coffee maker in ny room did not work but it was coffee in lobby each morning

The staff was very friendly during my three night stay at the hotel. It is not a five star hotel however there are some nice things about it... For example the beds are nice and soft. However, since this is my second stay here. I did notice some rooms are nicer than others (as far as bathrooms). But it's near eateries and a nice mall. Front desk was cordial and accommodating. On a short trip like this all I require is clean and safe. Room seemed to fit the bill until I spotted a roach crawling up the wall coming out of the bathroom. Made for an uneasy night's sleep. I checked too early for breakfast so really couldn't comment.

This is a good place to stay for convenience because it is not far from the airport and is located near major road with many food chains and Wallmart. During my stay I found the shuttle service may not just be ready to roll when you need it. However, the staff is very friendly so that made up for the long wait I may have encountered. Overall, the room […] and hotel were not bad. I am a clean fanatic and the first thing I look at is how clean the entrance and lobby area of the property are. I didnt expect 4 seasons but i did expect general cleanliness and upkeep. The Shower had damage in the ceiling from water, the room next to us had a family living in the room, and there was rose petals and beer bottles UNDER THE BED (how is that romantic?) The outlets in the room were loose and nothing would fit in it without being held. I wasn't in […] the room much but when I was EVERYTHING wrong was apparent. if your an adult like myself you wouldn't stay here but if you someone younger just to get away from people.... I enjoyed my stay at this motel. The rooms were clean, toiletries were present, and the staff was very friendly. Oh and this motel also served us breakfast and it was delicious. It was one of the best motels i had been to in a long time. I give this motel two thumbs up!!!

good customer service, but not very clean

Very good location for access to Atlanta. Staff was very courteous and friendly. Did an ok job for directions and understanding the city. Hotel was in fairly good condition and had many attributes for a a good stay.

Elevator and hall smelled. Room was just passable to stay in.

The stay was comfortable.. Has a good breakfast, but should add a meat to go with the waffles, and of course put a limit on it because some people are wasteful.

The hotel is beautiful and it's surroundings and I would personally recommend to all in fact I will be staying there again later on this year.

Hotel was pretty good for the price. It was a business trip so I can't really complain. I did like the fact that it's very close to the highway and surrounded by plenty of stores & restaurants.
