Camera ampia e confortevole, da segnalare però l'assenza del frigorifero in camera. Zone comuni con free internet, in camera da richiedere a pagamento. Zona bar carina e accogliente. In generale giudizio positivo. Tornerei!

Posizione migliore della città per visitare comodamente tutti i punti piu interessanti e dormire senza i rumori della caotica New Orleans , la camera ed il bagno erano spaziosi , la colazione buona e la pulizia nella media dello standard americano , maledetta moquette !!!

"Una notte nel cuore di New Orleans"

Le camere sono ampie, pulite ed in pieno stile coloniale (il letto comodissimo…poche volte ho dormito così bene…), il personale disponibile e cortese. La struttura dispone anche di una piscina e di un parcheggio interno (a pagamento, ma è sorvegliato dall’albergo e all’esterno non c’è posto per parcheggiare). E’ in pieno quartiere francese ed è in una posizione ideale per girare la città. Per la sera è perfetto perché rimane in una zona tranquilla a 2 passi dalla vita di Burbon Street e da tutti i ristoranti. Lo consiglio vivamente!

You will find fancier hotels near the convention center, but their prices are much higher. Very convenient location. Springhill was above average in cleanliness, facilities and the professionalism of the staff. The rooms are very large. "Think before you book"
We were disappointed with Springhill Suites by Marriot for several reasons. It is farther away from the French Quarter than we thought, so we ended up paying for taxis a few evenings. The hotel was packed as it is close to the cruise ship port and on Friday night before guests left for their cruises, the hotel was noisy with kids running around. The […] breakfast buffet was nice, but the lines were very long and the food kept running out faster than the staff could replace it. There was no place to sit and eat due to the crowds. Guests were taking the food to their rooms.The hotel was clean but the rooms were furnished very cheaply. The bed wasn't very firm. the TV is in a weird place between the living area and the bedroom so you have to watch it at an angle. There was no dresser for clothes. All in all, it wasn't the worst place I have ever stayed, but with all of the hotels in New Orleans we could have done much better than this hotel. "Close to everything, excellent breakfast"
The front desk staff was very friendly, we were 4 blocks from Canal Streetcar and 3 from Riverfront Streetcar. Rooms were clean and quiet, beds comfortable, towels and toiletries good quality. Breakfast was superb, offering hot and cold items. Only complaint was the bed pillows, they looked firm and fluffy, but compressed to nothing as soon as you put […] your head on them. Convenient location, but neighborhood still recovering from Katrina, felt completely safe walking to all the streetcars, even late at night. "A Convenient below average hotel"
First impression was great, once I entered my room, noticed soiled, stained decorative cover, and stained mattresses. Shower leaked, and was more like a drizzle. Housekeeping was below average. "Great hotel, great nearby restaurants"
This was our fourth annual family mini-vacation to New Orleans, and the first time we'd stayed at this hotel. We will definately return to this hotel next year! The hotel and room were great. The bed was soft, everything was clean, having a fridge was wonderful and the room had plenty of room for us to relax and our 4 year old to play without everyone […] feeling like we were right on top of each other. They upgraded us to a balcony room (one of six) for free and allowed us to check in early. I also liked that they had a full sized hairdryer. Our only "complaint" was that the continental breakfast wasn't that great, but I suppose you can't expect a four star breakfast. We walked many times from the hotel to the riverwalk mall (for browsing and beignets), the Louisiana Children's musuem, and even to the french quarter (It's also walking distance to the acquarium and the DDay musuem). Two great restaurants within a few blocks are Pie (an amazing pizza/pasta place) and Mulate's (a seafood place-- try the crabcakes!). We caught this hotel at a fantastic price through this site. My family and I have stayed at 3 preivous SpringHill hotels, so I pretty much know what to expect from this chain. I was not disappointed with my overall expirence. The hotel is in a location that requires a little travel to see the sights of New Orelans. This was only 2 blocks away from the convention center which was really convenient. Staff was accommodating and helpful. I only stayed for one night. Only one problem was the tv. Overall the hotel was acceptable but the room next to ours was very loud with children running the hallways late into the night. Had to call front desk and have them send security up to quiet the people down. "Great location, bad for parking"
After 4 hours fighting Mardi Gras traffic we finally got to our hotel and they still had our room. No parking though! Expedia says, "self valet available" but doesn't tell you it's not a given. The location of the hotel was nice but the noise from the area bars was terrible. The bars played very loud music which kept my family from getting sleep. Finally was able to sleep once the music stopped at 05:30. Was not told about the bars before hand and since we did not get the kids back till midnight, it was to late to try and locate another room. "Comfortable, close and clean"
We had a wonderful stay. It was close to everything we wanted to do, or easy to access a taxi to get there. Breakfast Buffett was best hotel breakfast we had been to. I would definitely go back and recommend it to others.Recensioni obiettive Hotels.com

The staff were friendly and courteous, knowledgable and funny. This hotel is in a perfect location for all of the sights of the French Quarter area. They have a wonderful continental breakfast with something for everyone. "Not A Good Nights Sleep!!"
Everything was Great except for the location of our room. We were on the third floor across from a bar & grill. Beings we were there for business and needed our sleep that was the WRONG side to put us on. We heard music/the bass until 3am. I guess for the party animals that would be ok but Not for us. "Nice little neighborhood. Good value for NOLA."
Good place, clean and comfortable. Great value for NOLA. Just a quick tram ride, or cab from French Quarter and all attractions. Parking was a bit difficult and a pain but other than that, a really good place. Definitely good for families. Nice little bar across the street, good selection of local/nola brews.
