Nell' hotel Delta abbiamo trovato una buona pulizia e personale molto cortese e disponibile. La colazione a buffet non è molto varia ma abbondante. Per le bevande ci si poteva servire di un distributore automatico su cui c'era una vasta scelta. Tenendo conto che si tratta di un'hotel a 2 stelle e quindi economico, ritengo che il rapporto qualità prezzo sia ottimo, perciò lo consiglio in caso di vacanze di brevi. L'hotel si trova a 5 minuti a piedi dalla stazione del metrò Anjos Arroios o Alameda. Certo, alla sera bisogna andare in centro per il movimento, perchè il quartiere è un pò periferico e non offre granchè, ma in compenso ci sono parecchi ristoranti tipici alla mano con cui si può mangiare abbondantemente spendendo sui 15,00 - 20,00 euro non di più

è stato molto bello, le stanze sono pulite il personale abbastanza cordiale e disponibile, il centro si raggiunge benissimo con 2 minuti di autobus.

L'hotel è a 3 minuti a piedi dalla metro quindi è molto comodo per raggiungere il centro Le camere sono curate come del resto tutti gli ambienti dell’ hotel. Buona anche la piscina e l’ area wellness Ottima la possibilità di consumare al 24° piano la colazione, e durante la giornata degli spuntini, con una vista eccezionale Ottima la disponibilità del personale della reception Durante il soggiorno mia moglie festeggiava il compleanno ed ho richiesto la consegna di un mazzo di fiori nell’ occasione la direzione ha fatto recapitare anche una torta (molto buona) ed una bottiglia di spumante, Abbiamo davvero molto apprezzato questo gesto inatteso di grande cortesia

I had a really nice stay in this hotel. Very comfortable and well equipped apartment room. No complaints - but please note - computer internet access in the room is by wire only and although the hotel provided a wire it did not fit my uk laptop. Other than that I would strongly recommend the hotel.

Spacious apartment accommodation. Just 3 minutes from metro station giving quick and easy access to city centre. Near to large shopping mall. Sofa and some chairs in bad need of replacement but this hotel is very good value for money. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Could do with a revamp, rooms are fine but sound-proofing is non existant. Nice food in restaurant and good location.
"Nice Stay"
We stayed for a week in September it was a very spacious clean room. It is just a 5 minute ride from downtown Lisbon. Good location close to supermarket (located in mall) and Metro (red and blue line). My one disappointment was although there was phone in the room it could only be used to call downstairs we had to walk to the mall to use the pay phone […] to call out and if someone called us they could only leave a message. The restaurant is no longer affiliated with the hotel but is open and for lunch and dinner and I highly recommend - excellent dinners and service. Continua a leggere
"Surprisingly good find in lisbon"
Our family of 5 booked into hotel, largely because it had a kitchenette attached to each room. We were pleasantly surprised by the space allowed and at really good value. Each room had a good sized living room, a bedroom and kitchenette and made a city break very manageable with children. "Confortable Suite Apartment Hotel in Lisbon"
We stayed here for 3 nights and enjoyed our stay. Rooms were very clean. Bedroom and Hall both have separate LCD TV with many English channels. Kitchen was equipped with all cutlery (Electric Plates, Fridge, Freezer, Water cooker, bread toaster, Grill, Microwave, Pans, Spoons, forks, dishes, etc.) Bedroom and Hall both have separate climate control […] and Air conditioner worked very well. Toilet and bathtub was spacious and clean. On 2 minutes walk there is metro station called Sao Sebastio where red and blue lines stop and you can reach Lisbon city center in 10 minutes. Just opposite the metro stop there is six floored shopping center with huge supermarket and more than 20 restaurants, cinemas, etc. Only point for improvement is to have WiFi inside hotel apartment rooms, which was missing. Real Suites is only a block away from the metro (North of Lisbon). For us to get into Baixa, it took less than 10 minutes - the area was very residential and it was near El Ingles Cortes which was nice. The suite room was large and the reception desk was extremely helpful. The only bad thing is that the free wifi doesn't work in your room so you'll […] have to use it in the lobby! But it worked out. "Great home away from home"
Suite is very comfortable with modern amendities. Beautiful hardwood floors and modern kitchen. Metro is right around the corner, and a great dept/grocery store a block away. To get to the centre of things is only a 10 minute walk. They also have a great resturant on site which we ate at twice, and the service was superb. We had a lovely stay at the Real Suites. It was so convenient to the Metro, just two blocks away. There is a shopping mall with the most fantastic grocery store in it. Was very convenient to cook in our room. Only complaint was that there were no wine glasses in the room to use. With all that wonderful Portugese wine, there needs to be wine glasses […] . Расположение отеля очень удобное, в ста метрах от отеля находится станция метро, там же рядом единственный в Лиссабоне универмаг, состоящий из нескольких этажей и вмещающий в себя множество магазинов и магазинчиков, предлагающих широкий ассортимент брендов и товаров, начиная с товаров для животных, заканчивая продуктами питания и косметикой. Там же […] можно нормально покушать. Улица, на которой находится отель достаточно спокойная и тихая. Также рядом находится знаменитый парк Лиссабона - парк Эдуардо IV. Отель с первого взгляда не производит впечатление на 4*, мебель старовата, маленькие лифты, но номера очень удобные, чистые, порадовало большое количество шкафов. В общем, фото отеля со страниц агенств соответствуют действительности. Номера очень комфортные, поделенные на зоны: зона гостиной, столовой, кухни и спальни. Персонал приветливый, можно сносно пообщаться по-английски. Уборка номера производилась каждый день, вплоть до мытья посуды (у нас в номере был полный комплект посуды на 4 человека), что было очень приятной мелочью, думаю, женщины это оценят, тем более после хороших посиделок в большой компании. Слышимость в отеле - отдельный минус, но, думаю, для домов такого возраста это типично. Для непритязательных жильцов, а также для семей с детьми отличное сочетание цены и качества, плюс хорошее местоположение отеля. Continua a leggere
"ANTIGUEDAD INSTALACIONES"
En general la impresión ha sido buena, muy buena situación, imprescindible para no perderse en la ciudad... pero.. si hay que hacer algún comentario, son 2: - Los enchufes .. muchos estaban desarmados y te daba miedo usarlos.... una única conexión a Internet con línea en todo el apartamento, aunque existían diversas tomas. Las instalaciones en general […] necesitan revisión. - Las camas, con sólo sentarte hacían un ruído tremendo, como de crujir de maderas... bastante molesto. Bem localizado, perto de um bom comercio e do metro. Instalações muito boas. Na diaria não vem incluido o café da manhã. Quem quiser, é só solicitar, e eles colocam uma cesta com café da manhã, na porta do seu dormitorio. No nosso caso, preferimos comprar, do nosso gosto, em um ótimo super mercado bem proximo, já que na suite, tem uma cozinha completa, […] nos dando assim mais liberdade. Funcionarios muito atenciosos. Helt greit hotell. Frokost var en av de eneste grunnene til at vi valgte dette hotelle, men dette var tydeligvis ikke inkludert alikevel. Hjelpsomme resepsjonister. Var litt vanskelig å finne hotellet, da det ikke er samme farge på bygningen, eller i det hele tatt ligner det bildet som var på av hotels.com

"RealSuites - rauhallinen & siisti huoneistohotelli"
Hotelli oli kaikenkaikkiaan todella mukava! Keittiöstä löytyi kaikki tarpeellinen viinilaseja lukuunottamatta. Patjat oli hieman kovat ja sänky nitisevä, mutta lakanat ja tyynyt oikein mukavat. Ilmaistointi toimi hyvin ja uni maistui. Siivous oli todella hyvää ja siivoojat mukavia. Huoneisto siivottiin aina kun oltiin muualla joten ei tullut häiriötä. […] Lentokoneet laskeutuvat/nousevat lähistöllä mikä saattaa häiritiä herkkäunisia aamuyöstä. Respasta sai aina palvelua ja vinkkejä minne kannatti mennä syömään, uimaan jne. Ainut mitä en saanut selville oli WLAN:n käyttö. Metroasema on ihan vieressä ja sillä pääsee kätevästi ydinkeskustaan. Vieressä on myös suuri El Corte Ingles -kauppakeskus, jonka marketti on "suomenhintatasoa" mutta täynnä vaikka mitä herkkuja! Viereisellä kadulla oleva italiainen ravintola tarjosi parhaimmat pizzat ikinä ja läheinen puisto oli rento paikka istuskella. Suosittelen! Continua a leggere
