Perfect, the staff was more than friendly and very willing to help. I had to do a late check out and it was No Problem. They even served me a light dinner snack and the Breskfast was more than I'd expected., I had stayed the previous three night in a Sharton, This room and staff put them to shame.

The key to our room kept shorting. It was hard to get into the room. We had trouble with the safe. We wanted two queen beds and a couch; we got two full beds and an armchair. The hotel staff was very nice. The hotel is near the interstate and across from a shopping mall. There is a very large cornfield three feet in back of the hotel. "Holiday Inn Decatur stay 7/29 - 7/30"
Room had a very noisy air cond. and the bathroom door had rust around the frame. No clean towels the second day. Breakfast less than expected.

We were extremely disappointed with the condition of our room. After having to switch our first room (the key did not work and they couldn't get it to work) we were given a room with a broken toilet (toilet paper still in the toilet), faulty a/c unit and broken lock on the door.
