Recensito da un utente di Hotels.com in data 27 feb 2013Consiglio questo hotel per vari motivi , il primo è di certo il luogo dove sorge , la fermata della S Bahn permette di arrivare dall aeroporto in 30 minuti senza cambiare linea della metro , dista dal hotel 5 minuti a piedi, sempre nelle vicinanze dell albergo la metro (U bahn ) a 3 minuti a piedi . Ottime le camere , io avevo una doppia con salottino , ottima la pulizia ., personale attento e gentile . Colazione davvero ricca . Direi un posto perfetto , se dovessi tornare non esiterei a prenotare nuovamente qui .

"Buon hotel nel complesso ma con alcune pecche"
Recensito da un utente di Hotels.com in data 27 feb 2013Hotel buono complessivamente sito a dfue passi dalla fermata della linea u2 e in posizione ottima peraltro a due passi dallo zoo e quartiere circostante. La camera tripla era ampia con un corridoio interno e bagno abbastanza confortevole ( questa la vera nota positiva) tuttavia sia i due letti predisposti sia il divano letto per la terza persona erano scomodissimi al punto da aver impedito il riposo la prima notte. detto questo devo segnalare che contrariamente al personale della reseption il personale interno è molto distratto al nostro arrivo la camera non era pronta pronta e il terzo letto non c'era. informata la reception hanno subito provveduto ad informare il personale interno di sistemare la camera cosa che hanno fatto ma molto male il letto si apriva nel centro e abbiamo scoperto l'amara sorpresa solo al nostro ritorno in tarda notte rendendo impossibile il riposo. il giorno dopo non ci hanno cambiato letto o camera ma lo hanno aggiustato alla menopeggio. In sostanza si va in albrgo principalmente per riposare il resto del giorno si è in giro e li non è stato possibile ecco perchè il soggiorno non è stato positivo.Un vero peccato perchè la colazione è stata ottima davvero e le camere nel complesso buone così come la struttura che è in un palazzo d'epoca ma cmq ristrutturato a dovere.

"Gradevole, ma poco servito."
L'albergo in cui abbiamo soggiornato era di per se' molto confortevole: la stanza piuttosto grande e il bagno comodo; anche sul piano della pulizia, non ci si poteva lamentare. Inoltre, il fatto che avesse davanti alcuni supermercati, torna sicuramente a suo vantaggio. Tuttavia, non consiglierei questa struttura, perché, dal mio punto di vista, eccessivamente […] distante dalla prima stazione metropolitana disponibile: il tempo di percorrenza medio è di circa 10.- 15 minuti a piedi, a passo sostenuto. "ok stay"
To be honest, it was just ok. Nothing amazing. Not sure where the spa or gym is as didn't find that and staff we asked stared blankly at us. This was a large reason we stayed her. But no matter up side supermarket right across the road but its not open Sunday. And if you forget to put up the do not disturb they cleaners will be at tour door at 9am.... […] But there is wifi in the lobby fir free but can be really hard to connect to at times. "Great find!!"
This is a great hotel for the price!! My husband(active duty) and I have lived in germany for the past 2 yrs, we have traveled all around europe and this was a great find. It is a short walk to the U-train at exactly 1km, it took my husband, 2 year old daughter and my self a little less then 10 min. Also one night we came in late after a soccer game […] and it was fine. We drove in, so it was very important to stay where free parking is available since it can be very pricey to pay for parking in the cities!! The room was clean and very nice for European standards along with the staff. The only downside like other reviews was that we stayed on the street side and eventhough it was in a residental area it was very busy and therefor noisey! There are three+ supermarkets close by so thats a huge plus but we went to a german restaunt a staff member recomended and I wasnt impressed for the price! "Good quality hotel, despite location"
A nice hotel with a very helpful and friendly staff. Unfortunately when we arrived our reservations weren't in order although we had called in advance to confirm (staff had that fixed very quickly and professionally though). Also the hotel was unable to provide bike-rental too although this had also been promised over the phone. All they could do was […] refer us back to Mitte for the bike-rentals (and we could have pretty much figured that out on our own). The location of the hotel is nothing to get excited about – but if you walk about 10 minutes you get to U5 and can go from there to a connecting U-bahn station and then continue to wherever you want to go. "Nice hotel for the price"
I was given a room with some humming noise at first. So avoid room 115! But the staff was understanding a got me a new one without problems. The new one though had problems with the heating but again the staff was nice and understanding and finally I got a room where everything was OK. It's not the most modern hotel and the neighborhood is a residential […] area with three super markets within a few hundred meters. An advice - the nearest public transport is the tram M13, not the U-Bahn Magdalenenstrasse. Just take the first road on the right hand site of the hotel in direction of the U-Bahn. Just follow the high power line in the air and you find the M13 at the end of the road. The M13 stops at the next U-Bahn station, and from there you can go to Alexanderplats. "Good budget hotel"
The hotel was good for the price, clean, quiet, breakfast was good. Wouldn't bother with the restaurant for dinner though, bit over-priced for the quality of the food. It's a five minute walk to the tram to get to Frankfurter Allee, which connects to Alexanderplatz on the S-Bahn. "Gute Stadtlage mit guter Anbindung zum Superpreis"
Für ein Hotel in einem ehemaligen Plattenbau, waren wir angenehm überrascht. Das Hotel ist toll, die Lage ist speziell für Berlin-Familienreisen ideal, da das Umfeld genügend Einkaufsmöglichkeiten bieten. Der U-Bahnanschluss ist super, wenn man auch etwas laufen muss. Übrigens am U-Bahnanschluss ist ein total toller Bäcker mit Frühstücksmöglichkeit. […] Wir haben hier nicht das Hotelfrühstück, sondern sind beim Bäcker frühstücken gewesen. Das war noch ein Highlight obendrauf. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist absolut spitze. Das entschädigt total, denn ein kleines Minus hat das Haus: Es ist eben mal ein Plattenbau gewesen mit allen Ecken und Kanten, was aber keinerlei Einfluss auf das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis hat. Sehr schön, das Frühstück war sehr lecker und vielfältig, das Zimmer war komfortabel und sauber, das Bad auch schön. Das Hotel ist von der U-Bahn zu Fuß ca. 10 Minuten entfernt. Absolut zu empfehlen.Recensioni obiettive Hotels.com

"Gerne wieder!"
Klasse Hotel, habe statt gebuchtem Doppelzimmer ein Dreibettzimmer bekommen, fand ich okay. Drei Lebensmitteldiscounter in unmittelbarer Nähe und ca. 10min zur U-bahn. Optimal! Einziges Manko: Frühstück etwas überteuert (12,50€) und WLAN ebenfalls (5€/h)Recensioni obiettive Hotels.com

"Preis/Leistungsverhältnis stimmen"
Freundlicher Empfang, ausreichend große, saubere Zimmer. Problemloser Check-in, obwohl wir früher angekommen waren. Lage zu nächstem U- Bahn Anschluß recht weit( ca. 13 min), aber dafür Busanbindung nur 2 min.Recensioni obiettive Hotels.com

"Sehr gutes Hotel für Paare"
Sehr schönes Hotel :) Die Lage ist sehr gut , ruhig und nur ca. 10 minütiger Fußweg zur U-Bahn. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr gut, alles was das Herz begehrt war dabei :) Das Personal ist ebenfalls sehr nett :) Es hat uns echt sehr gut gefallen :)Recensioni obiettive degli ospiti Expedia

""Tolles Hotel in falscher Lage""
TOP Hotel, super eingerichtete Zimmer, bequeme Betten. Freundlicher Service, gutes Ambiente. Abends kann man auch im Hoteleigenen Restaurant gut und preiswert essen. Die Cocktails sind einfach klasse. Normale Preise. Das einzige was man bemängeln muss ist die Lage. Vom Straßenlärm bekommt man eigentlich nicht wirklich was mit, aber die nächste U-Station […] ist gut 1 km entfernt (Laufzeit 10 min.) Aber die Umgebung ansich, naja, schöner Ausblick ist was anderes. Der gegenüberliegende Netto ist praktisch. :-) Alles in allem super Zufrieden mit allem, nur der lange Weg zur U-Station hat genervt.
