camere pulite, anche se per 3 persone lo spazio è limitato. colazione abbondante e personale educato e disponibile. hotel si trova in una posizione centrale con mezzi di trasporto molto vicini. il servizio biciclette potrebbe essere gratuito o con tariffa agevolata per i clienti dell'hotel. "OTTIMA POSIZIONE"Recensito da un ospite di Hotels.com il 2 mag 2012
L'hotel è posizionato a circa 100 mt. dalla fermata della metro linea U5, che con 4 fermate porta ad Alexdander Platz, da dove partire per visitare la parte di Berlino Est e comunque linea di scambio per numerose altre metro e linee S-Bhan. L'hote si trova all'intero di un piccolo centro commerciale con alcuni ristorantini, è molto confertevole, pulito, unica pecca il WI-FI a pagamento e l'assenza in camera di frigo-bar. Non conviene fare colazione in hotel poichè prima della fermata della metro c'è un panificio ''BACCA'' che vende cornetti a prezzi allucinanti (massimo 0,90 a pezzo). Il quartiere è molto tranquillo, con un supermarket adiacente alla metro e per gli amanti del Kebab consiglio quello acanto ''BACCA'' favoloso e pulito.

La struttura si trova in posizione strategica, vicino all'aeroporto di Schonefeld e vicino circa 500m dalla fermata della u-bahn(U7)di Grenzallee, zona tranquilla! Buona la pulizia delle camere e pure il ristorante all'interno dell'hotel merita! Anche i prezzi sono contenuti beccando l'offerta!

Forse ci è andata bene, ma di fatto abbiamo avuto l'upgrade gratuito alla minisuite!! 50 metri quadri di stanza!! Fantastico!
"Hotel Fuori Città e Mancanza di Pulizia!"
Siamo stati a Berlino nel mese di Agosto 2010. L'albergo si trova in periferia. Se si arriva di giorno è facilmente raggiungibile dall'aeroporto Schoenefeld con il bus 171 che lascia proprio davanti l'albergo (fermata Franz-Körner-Straße). Ma se arrivate di notte o prendete il taxi (circa 25 euro) o bus fino a Rudow e poi metropolitana U7 fino a Grenzallee. […] Giunti in hotel scordatevi l'italiano, il personale non conosce la nostra lingua e non si sforza di capirla. Per fortuna comprendono bene l'inglese. L'albergo è situato proprio al centro tra due fermate della metropolitana U7, è di poco più vicina la fermata Grenzallee che dista circa 700 metri dall'albergo. Il quartiere è tranquillo, anche se di notte è buio e non ci circola nessuno a piedi. Abbiamo percorso più volte di notte il viale a piedi dalla fermata U7 Grenzallee all'albergo e per fortuna non abbiamo mai incontrato nessuno ma comunque non lo consigliamo a famiglie con bambini oppure a ragazze sole, non sappiamo se sia stato solo un caso o se sia sempre così. L'albergo a prima vista non si presenta male, la stanza era all'ultimo piano e nonostante non fosse dotata di aria condizionata non abbiamo sofferto il caldo. Il letto matrimoniale in realtà era composto da due letti singoli affiancati e sistemati con lenzuola singole. Ora non so se tutti gli alberghi tedeschi sono così ma ci ha sorpreso il fatto che i letti sono sistemati solo con il lenzuolo coprimaterasso ed un piumoncino raccolto sul letto. I letti durante il soggiorno di una settimana non sono mai stati cambiati! Anche i piumoncini che avevamo sistemato su una sedia perché, anche se a Berlino eravamo pur sempre agosto, sono rimasti su quella sedia fino a quando non siamo andati via. Il bagno veniva pulito, non sono presenti i classici flaconcini di sapone e shampoo ma dei "bottiglioni" fissati al muro. "Lontani dal chiasso."
Un hotel che rispecchia in pieno le 4 stelle. Nuovo, pulito e personale molto educato. La distanza dal centro non è un problema perché in metro si arriva in poco tempo. Anche se situato nell'ex DDR a sud di Berlino la zona offre uno spaccato di convivenza multirazziale e tutto sommato non fa rimpiangere i quartieri più ricchi.

L'hotel è situato in un luogo molto tranquillo, a pochi minuti dalla fermata grenzallie. Gli unici inconvenienti riscontrati sono stati il fatto che alla reception non si parla italiano e che appunto la metro dista qualche minuto a piedi. Hotel confortevole e pulito. Buone le dimensioni della camera e del bagno. Ben collegato all'aeroporto di Schoenefeld dal bus 171 con fermata Franz Korner Strasse a pochi passi dall'hotel, e al centro della città dalla U-Bahn Grenzallee a 5 min. a piedi. Big rooms, great hotel bar, friendly service ... just the sauna is a bit too pricey. Other then not being in the center, this is a great hotel if you need to be somewhere in the southern part of the city, good public transportation connections are available.

the room was too warm and there was no air conditioner, the only way to cool the room was opening the windows, but then it was too noisy.... pity...

The hotel was about 10 minutes from central city, which isn't too bad at all with the ease of the train system they have. Our room was nice and clean, but at the same time it was extremely noisy and no air conditioning so we had to have the windows open. Not ideal.

Everything was excellent. The room was very nice and clean. The location was convenient for us because Shonefeld, the airport, had a bus that stopped right in front of the hotel. We arrived at the hotel around 2130-2200, the receptionist assigned us a smoking room which it didn't have a pleasent smell even after we walked down the hallway. We complained that night and where told that the hotel was fully booked which later I discovered it was a lie. We got a new room early in the morning at around 0900. Apparently the room was […] empty the night we got there, but they decided to give us the room that I didn't sign up for instead. Some of the front desk personnel where surprised we got the room we had (don't know why). They also told us that the booking was subject to change. I can understand that part, but they should have giving us a non-smoking room as I had requested and it was confirmed. From smoking room to a non-smoking, there is a big difference. The new room was nicer and a lot bigger than the first one. We had enough room for three people (my husband, my daughter and myselft). Overall, the hotel was nice, but I am still pretty unhappy that I had to packed all my staff again the next day and change rooms. Hotel needs to provide better room service. Continua a leggere

Lovely hotel for a brilliant price! Would def recommend it! It is a bit away from all the sites and stuff but the nearest underground station is only a 5min walk away. My boyfriend & I bought a week ticket for €27 each & let us hop on and off all u/s bahn trains & buses all week! Friendly staff in the hotel. The word 'Airport' when keywording to the hotel is a tad misleading, as it was almost a 30 euro taxi from Frankfurt Airport (using GPS too) - so don't let the word 'airport' fool you - and the sign posting to get to the hotel is pretty poor - hence only found it the 3rd time round using GPS. Room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Free […] Wifi. Only fault I had was room too warm - needs air conditioning. Easy to get around, change metro at Hermannplatz and then onto Alexanderplatz - can access a lot of areas from here.

The hotel is clean and comfortable, although we were given a smoking room. It is a 7-8 minute walk to U7 stop (Grenzalee), which worked great for us. Stayed at the Park hotel blub for 6 nights in April. This is a nice Hotel located in a quite residential area in Berlin. The staff were very helpful and friendly. It is only a quick walk to the nearest u-bahn station which takes 30mins to get to the city centre, and there is a bus to the airport outside. "No double beds!!!"
We are a married couple and I booked a standard double room for our stay in Berlin which was confirmed prior to arriving. When we got there, the receptionist told us the hotel only has two single beds pushed together which makes this a "double bed". The shocking part is that the CUSTOMER has to push the beds together - not the hotel staff!

I was expecting a 4 stars hotel and this is a 2 starts hotel, if that. The beds are tiny and the mattresses uncomfortable, springy and thin. People at the reception desk were unfriendly and not willing to help. The toilet paper was rough and cheap. There was no shampoo or tooth paste. The area has absolutely nothing to see and the underground is not even close. "Decent hotel, convenient to bus and subway, save $"
If you are planning to take public transport in Berlin (which is very easy) - I recommend saving money and staying here. You can get on the 171 bus from the Schonefeld airport (which ends at the airport so you don't need to worry about which direction to get on). The 171 bus stops directly across from the hotel (make sure you get off the right stop, […] called Franz Korner Strasse, which I did not!). For the rest of your trip you can walk to the nearby U-Grenzallee and use the U-Bahn to get anywhere you need to in Berlin (which will probably include transferring). But I saved a lot of money staying here and did not mind the public transport system. The room was decent - and had water beds! That was different! I was "blubbing" around all night. I enjoyed staying at the Park Hotel Blub, my only complaint would be the cost of Internet (5 Euros for 1hr, 10 Euros for 3hrs) and the breakfast that was 12 Euros. Other than that, it was perfect. Although it's not the most convenient location being situated halfway between Schonefeld airport and the centre of Berlin it's cheap, clean and the staff are friendly. It's relatively easy to get to from the city on the U7 U-bahn line (Zone B) but if you are coming from the airport it is a 30 minute bus ride (Bus 172). Hotel is somewhat clean, but small. The hallway is ran by a manual controlled lights so someone can switch them off and it will be completely pitch dark, which can be dangerous. "Couldn't ask for more without paying at least 3 times as much"
I was quite impressed with this hotel. For the price that I booked it at, I did not expect to get such a nice room and service and the location really isn't bad. Perhaps a 10 minute walk to the Ubahn really isn't terrible people. It was a nice walk through residential Berlin.
