Recensito da un utente di Hotels.com in data 14 set 2012Le camere sono giganti, avevamo una camera con matrimoniale, ma c'era anche un divano letto che abbiamo utilizzato senza dirlo a nessuno. La camera aveva anche una cucina completa di tutto che però non abbiamo usato. La metro è a una decina di minuti a piedi, durante la settimana c'è un servizio di navetta.

A prima vista la struttura è un po' fatiscente ma nel complesso pulito. I ragazzi si sono divertiti moltissimo in piscina oltretutto con bagnino, cosa che non trovi dappertutto. È un po' fuori dal centro ma raggiungibile in macchina tranquillamente in 20min. L'hotel offre un servizio navetta fino alla fermata metro piu' vicina ma per noi non funzionava perchè eravamo due famiglie di 4 persone e avrebbe dovuto fare due viaggi.

The room was clean. The overall hotel trip was great. My only issue was the hot tub the water had a slow flow and the water only came out of two of the hole in the tub. I would stay here again. "Rather disappointed."
Not satisfied with our stay. We booked a king suite with the jacuzzi tub. The room was nice and big, the bed was nice and clean but the tub was gross. Very dirty! We got in very late so we decided not to use the tub (which was the only reason I booked at this hotel) and just go to bed. When we mentioned how terrible it was at the front desk the lady […] said she was sorry that we were'nt satisfied. Nothing more. Didn't offer to discount the room or even tell us to have a nice day. "Excellent hotel."
The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Everything was well maintained. The only thing they may want to consider is putting a lock on the outside pool door. It seemed odd that you needed a key to access the pool from inside the hotel but anyone can enter the pool from the parking lot. I made a reservation here because I was travelling with my two cats. I knew there would be a charge and/or a deposit but when I got there, they charged me $50 non refundable when in the book inside the room said $15. Hotel staff made up for the lack of detail of cleanliness in the room. We were in town for a Tae Kwon Do tournament, 5 of us in one room, there was ample space, bathroom wasnt as clean as I wouldve liked. "Smelly room and hotel"
The hotel had a bad odor as soon as you walked in and the 2nd floor hall also stunk like smoke. When we were in the room we could still smell the smoke. We later discovered the rest of the smell in the hotel was caused from water damage.that was in the process of being repaired. There was obvious damage on the main and lower level where they had closed […] some rooms and pulled back wallpaper to let it dry. The stay at the hotel was WONDERFUL! Everything was just as I had hoped and expected.. Until I got home and checked my bank account. I had agreed to pay $20 to the hotel for added ameneties, and instead of charging me the $20, they billed me the price of the room (which had already been paid to hotels.com) when I called them to find out about this charge, […] while trying to reverse that they charged it AGAIN!!!
