L'hotel e' confinante con la zona congressi (CCIB) e altri servizi comodi (centro commerciale, parchi). Inoltre e' vicino alla fermata della metro. La camera aveva alcuni difetti e piccoli danni (fermporta rotto, doccia mal progettata, telefono e luci molto distanti dal letto, ecc.), pero' era molto spaziosa e accettabile per un soggiorno di lavoro. L'hotel ha un aspetto migliore della camera e per questo sospetto che me ne abbiamo assegnata una di qualita' inferiore per via dell'ottimo prezzo avuto tramite hotels.com.

Hotel di charme, moderno, con soluzioni di comfort veralmente originali e piacevoli. Personale molto gentile, disponibile e poliglotta. Centralissimo, vicino ad una miriade di locali, fermate di metro e di autobus. Consigliatissimo.

A due passi dal centro (raggiungibile con la linea di metro L3) e dalla stazione di Sants, l'hotel è molto accogliente e pulito (fortunatamente non c'è la moquette!).Il personale è cordiale e le strutture di recente costruzione. Decisamente consigliato

A Barcellona, in zona Horta-Guinardó, Confortel Bel-Art si trova a breve distanza dai seguenti luoghi di interesse: Hospital de Sant Pau, Sagrada Familia e Parc Güell. Nella stessa area sono inoltre presenti: Casa Mila e Casa Batllo.
Caratteristiche dell'hotel

Due dei parchi più grandi della città, Parc de les Aigües and Parc del Guinardó, si trovano nel quartiere collinare e semirurale di Horta-Guinardó. Entrambi sono visibili dalle torri della chiesa della Sagrada Familia, l'edificio più emblematico e affascinante di Barcellona, creato da Antoni Gaudí (di fatto la chiesa si trova ad Eixample, sobborgo della prima periferia). La vicina Gràcia è il luogo ideale per lo shopping e per provare le specialità eno-gastronomiche tipiche di Barcellona.

I cannot rave enough about the friendly, competent staff and level of service provided to the guests at this hotel. A very enjoyable experience. The room size was snug, but there are larger rooms on the property. It was very comfortable with great amenities.

"Very nice and good value."
A nice and clean hotel with ample sized rooms and good helpful staff. Easy to catch metro to centre and only 30 min walk too.

The location of the hotel is not the best. The lobby looks great but the rooms are ok and not more than that. The staff was extreamly niceand helpful and that is the brightest point of the hotel. The wifi doesn't work on android based phones.
"Not as good as it seems"
The hotel have good location if you want to be close to La Sagrada Familia, close to the tube and a taxi to Placa Catalunya will cost you 10EURO. The staff was very nice and polite. However, this hotel looks very nice in the pictures and it got 4 stars.. this is NOT a 4 star hotel..! Its more like a 2 star hotel with a 4 star entrance.. When you arrive […] it looks nice.. but then, then you come to the rooms.. The rooms are small, beds are hard and uncomfortable, you can hear the people in the next room whisper, nothing are up to date and taken care of..there is absolutly no way this hotel could have earned 4 stars.. "Nice hotel with Metro Access"
We stayed here for 3 nights in May. It was a great hotel all around. They let us check in early, spoke perfect English, and our room was very clean and comfortable. This hotel was a couple blocks from the metro, which was convenient. Would definitely stay here again!

"Looks can be Deceiving"
When I was searching for a hotel near the Familia Sagrada area, Confortel bel arts got my attention because the nice Photos of their lobby and 4 star rating. Don't be fooled by the 4 star rating and nice looking photos. It is definitely a high 2 star at best. Rooms are so so but with wooden floors and very thin walls u can easily hear your neighbors […] coming and going. Our first night when we have gone through some sights in the immediate area (Sagrada area) we were looking forward on taking a hot shower and going to bed to prep for a hectic 2nd day tour of the different sights we were greeted by a bad/slow shower drain. I explained our situation to the night front desk and to my surprise his recommendation and suggestion was not to take a shower that night so he can have someone inspect it first thing the next day!! Are you freaking kidding me? After a 15hr trip and a walk around town and he was suggesting this BS! So I kept my calm and suggested to move s in a different room. He did comply and called us back and ask us to pick up our new room key. So when my wife picked up our new room key there was no apology on his part for the inconvenience we had to go through. To make the story short, do not use this hotel if you are a short tempered American who expects basic things like these should be resolved properly and quickly. It can ruin your stay, good thing the city of Barcelona gave us some good sights to see and a very efficient metro and bus system. Also I may add the immediate area of this hotel is quiet and in a more residential area where you can find a small market for water, fruits and snacks. Also there are places to eat for breaky or lunch. Rooms have free 6 bottles of water daily, The 14€ charge at the hotels buffet breakfast is not worth it. Walk around the area and you will be treated to a satisfying AM meal. Btw restos around the area hardly speak any English so brush up on your Spanish. 2+ blocks from Metro. Clean rooms. Not very close to a lot of resturants but acceptable. Residential neighborhood. Service was good. We were happy.

Good location, 2.5 blocks from Metro, close to famous church by Gaudy, good breakfast buffet, clean bright, excellent value, not close to port or airport or Rambles. I recommend it for "center city" hotels.

Accueil glacial; personne ne vous conduit à votre chambre ou vous indique le chemin à suivre. Les jours suivants quand on passe devant l'accueil les personnes présentes ne vous saluent pas mais restent les yeux rivés sur l'écran!! pour un 4 étoiles il manque dans les chambres de quoi se faire un café le matin, des chaussons. serviettes non changées.Mauvaises […] odeurs dans la sdb (égout) Restaurant inexistant : des plats surgelés réchauffés. "En general bien pero..."
En general el hotel esta bien, pero para ser de 4 estrellas hay cosas flojas como que en el lavabo solo hay champú y gel de ducha. Tambien en la habitación que nos dieron la cortina "gorda", la que se utiliza para que no entre la luz era mas corta que la ventana por lo que entra luz si o si...y eso me parece ridículo en un hotel de 4 estrellas la v […] erdad. "Confort Bel Art - trouvais rapport Q/Prix"
Hotel correct, un peu excentré des lieux touristiques (10 m en voiture). Tout est payant: 1 nuit de parking, 23€ (!!), emprunter fer à repasser, 10€, etc. Le pdj à 15€ est correct, sans plus. Les chambres (fumeur, aile arrière) sont vétustes et sans charme. Un Ibis fait mieux
"Mal servicio"
La entrada es muy bonita pero las habitaciones dejan bastante q desear, no tuvimos agua caliente aunque ya tenían constancia del problema la tarde anterior. En definitiva, 4* son demasiadas para este hotel.

"Überteuert"
Einfaches hotel, zu teurer. Wir haben allerdings auch nur schnell was gesucht und hatten keine Zeit zu vergleichen in Barcelona. Sind aber oft im Hotel, und das hier war überteuert für was es bietet. parken auch zu teuer.

"Overraskende godt hotel"
Vi var meget overrasket over kvaliteten af hotellet specielt i forhold til den meget lave pris vi betalte for vores værelse. Det er ikke direkte centralt men det er 5 minutter fra metroen og 15-20 minutter fra f.eks. Sagrada Familia!
"Ne vaux pas plus que le prix avec la remise"
Hôtel correct mais sans plus. Les chambres donnent sur l'immeuble d'en face à 5 mètres avec du linge pendant aux fenêtres. Très indiscret. Matelas très inconfortables. A Hotel hátulsó részére kaptuk a szobát, ami elég kényelmes és csendes volt. A belvárostól picit kintebb esik, így érdemes metrózni (AlfonsX), pláne mert a Hotel már magasabban van és nem kényelmes felsétálgatni odáig a belvárosból. サン・パウ病院やサグラダ・ファミリアには歩いていける距離で、便利でした。 旧市街のあたりからも、タクシーで１０ユーロ前後で行けました。 部屋は清潔で快適でした。ドライヤーがちょっと使いにくかったです。 スタッフも親切で、レストランの電話予約をお願いしたときも丁寧に対応してくださいました。

"God beliggenhed, god service, gode værelser"
Hotellet er nemt at finde og ligger tæt på metro og ikke mange stop til centrale områder. Dog stejl bakke hvis man er til fods med kuffert. Godt lyst værelse og gode senge. Lever op til forventning.

Das Zimmer und die Lage sind für eine Stadtbesichtigung ideal, leider war es ziemlich laut. Nicht der Straßenlärm ist das Problem sondern die Geräusche innerhalb des Hauses. In den Zimmern ist Laminat verlegt, was aus hygienischen Gründen angenehm - für den Schall aber sehr hinderlich ist. Der Service war okay, Frühstück überteuert.

Fint hotell til en billig penge. Bra beliggenhet utenfor de verste turistfellene, men gangavstand og t-bane til det meste. Direktelinje til stranda. Gracia (byens kuleste strøk) i nærheten. Hotellpersonalet var uinteresserte i sine gjester. Ok frokost. Rent på rommet. Anbefales.
