Struttura non nuovissima ma ottimamente posizonata rispetto a museo JFK e linea metro leggera e downtown. Prezzi di listino un po alti rispetto alla struttura ma se si trovano offerte commerciali il rapporto qualità prezzo diventa interessante. Fatevi due chiacchere con Lenny in reception!

"Decent hotel for the money"
This is a decent hotel and the rooms are nice enough. Felt like a rough part of town. They had a security guard in the parking lot and the night check in desk was behind bullet proof glass. People were nice though and for the price it was good. Just know what you're getting.

The bed was very uncomfortable. The hotel is located by a medical center and ambulances were leaving every 15 minutes with sirens on.
"Great Room...not great service"
The room was great and I believe many of the guests are extended stay so a lot of people live there, so not very close parking. One frustrating thing was that we had a two night stay reserved for a month or two, already paid for. Well upon arriving at the hotel we were told we had to change rooms from smoking to non smoking on our second night. At […] check out the next morning I was then told I could just stay in the room anyways since I was only staying for one more night. This interfered with sleeping in (which was part of the purpose of renting the hotel room). I had also already packed and was just about the check out, so then I had to unpack and get situated again. "Studio 6 Extended StayAWAY!"
Horrible experience! Never felt more uncomfortable in my life. The sheets were eaten away from what appeared to be termites! Small bugs were climbing the walls. Overall, dingy and disgusting feel. Do not stay unless you are in DESPERATE need!

The major issue with this hotel room were the waterbugs that were in the bathroom and small kitchen area other than that the location was awesome.

Not what I expected out of a Motel 6. Room was really nice and comfortable. Bed was really good. I will stay here again.

one ov the romes we had had bedbugs we stayd for two weeks when one got home witn to the docter for strangs red bumps we notified the htoel but got some attitude from them not happy about that

Not bad for the price, just wouldn't stay long....
"Puppy Friendly"
Not only is this hotel puppy friendly but it's low pet fee made me a fan of it nationally. The puppy run area is safe and clean while the rooms are spacious and tidy.

That said, the staff was incredibly polite, accomodating, and went out of their way to provide exceptional service that was better than the service I've received at hotels that charge three times what this hotel charges. "Great quality and convenience for price"
This room was clean, oversized, with two queen beds, a full size refrigerator, two burner stop top, microwave, etc. I have stayed in several similar places of quality and this was just as good. Furnishings were simple, but fairly new and clean. There are no antiques here, but there is everything might one, including very large closet areas, nice bathrooms, […] etc. It was a great deal for the money and relative close in to downtown Dallas, more convenient for anything due north of downtown.
